9.好消息，将在22 Nov开始装修!
话说上一篇，一连有几个坏消息，昨天一次过解决了！
第一，小白窝的新买主答应让我们延迟多一个月才交屋子，新期限是15 Feb 2012。
第二，发展商也答应让我们开始装修，只要不碰那些漏水的地方，可以和Defect Fix同时进行。

上星期我们也在REX 2011定了，back yard的遮棚.
这个design, 5mm solid polycarbonate = RM1260. 跟我之前问的便宜了RM500。

你的裝修細節分得很清楚。我的水泥工，拉電，石膏也是point by point list out給我。
但是鐵花及roofing就給lumsump figure，我家的鐵花是4300，polycarbonate hanging roofing是6000 |
