MCT第三季净利涨近5倍

(吉隆坡8日讯)MCT Bhd第三季净利按年飙涨近5倍,因雪兰莪赛城的Skypark和Lakefront Villa发展项目节约更多。
MCT今日向大马交易所公布,截至3月杪2018财政年第三季净利达3078万令吉,或每股2.11仙,高于去年同期的521万令吉,或每股0.39仙。
第三季营业额则从1亿3409万令吉,跌5.8%至1亿2631万令吉。
综合2018财年首9个月的表现,净利起4.5%至4762万令吉,同期为4556万令吉,主要由于单次收益抵销较低的完工和认购率,因该集团清除库存。
“年内的开销为7960万令吉,较同期低11%。”
然而,首9个月的营业额由4亿2093万令吉,跌33.6%至2亿7950万令吉,因Lakefront Villa、Residences和Casa View的库存于2017财年末季清完,而且本财年并无推介。
展望2019财年,MCT表示,尽管对实际经济成果的情绪不一,但该集团对产业发展和建筑业务的增长持乐观态度。
该集团正在策划梳邦再也、赛城和龙溪现有地库的未来阶段,同时寻求机会扩大土地储备,以期市场回升。
“房地产业务的市场仍在可负担房屋,每单位介于10万至40万令吉之间。”MCT并称,该集团提供了改进产品和更强大的营销策略。

(吉隆坡27日讯)针对警方表示One City Development私人有限公司涉及本周一(26日)在Sri Maha Mariamman兴都庙发生的骚乱,MCT Bhd正寻求警方的澄清。
MCT今日向大马交易所报备,子公司One City与兴都庙发生的冲突毫无关系。
该集团指出,一个新闻网站引述警方消息报道,One City雇人策动骚乱,以便取得该庙目前所在地。
消息称:“也许想要收购(土地)的一方雇一群马来人来促成收购。他们可能是黑帮,当然印度人试图阻止这次入侵。”
MCT强调,该集团已经赔偿这座兴都庙150万令吉,并且同意推迟搬迁,以确保在重置之前举行相关的仪式。
文告指出,根据2014年的同意判决,有关单位必然会帮助和平搬迁兴都庙。
该集团强调透明和公开,并协助警方进行调查。
Sri Maha Mariamman兴都庙坐落于梳邦再也,与One City、雪兰莪州政府和寺庙理事会达成协议,定于11月22日搬迁。
然而,尽管2014年作出同意判决,但寺庙的一个派系仍然反对这一举动。
两帮人于周一凌晨在寺庙发生争执,周二则在寺庙附近发生骚乱,更有紧急服务人员受伤,财产遭到破坏。

吉隆坡4日讯)MCT Bhd宣布,调任Apollo Bello Tanco为执行董事,并担任公司总营运长。
根据今日向大马交易所的报备,这家产业发展商也委任Susan Jacob Secreto为总财务长。
该集团说,委任和调任即日生效。Tanco是从集团非执行董事调任为执行董事。
“Tanco是项目和策略管理集团的主管,也是Ayala Land Inc子公司Avida Land Corp的管理委员会成员。他还是Ayala Land的助理副总裁。”
MCT指出,Secreto曾在2017年7月至2019年2月期间担任Ayala Land Offices的总财务长及管理委员会的成员。
根据MCT最新年报,Ayala Land是公司最大股东,截至9月28日持股66.25%。该公司是通过Regent Wise Investments Ltd持有MCT。 |
