（吉隆坡5日讯）首相拿督斯里纳吉的胞弟拿督纳占拉萨，已经辞去7-11控股有限公司（SEM，5250，贸易服务组）独立非执行董事一职，2015年12月31日生效。

7-11控股向大马交易所披露，年届53的纳占拉萨，因海外业务而辞呈。

拥有建筑师资格的纳占拉萨，在伦敦Yorke, Rosenberg & Mardell Architects（YRMA）展开其职业生涯，担任助理建筑师。

他在1988年离开YRMA，并随后加入伦敦Geogrefy Reid Associates（GRA），为项目建筑师。

一年后，他离开GRA，加入伦敦Biscoe & Stanson Architects，担任设计建筑师。在1990年，他回到马来西亚，加入Kumpulan Akitek私人有限公司，出任建筑师。

（吉隆坡26日讯）大马7-11控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）截至去年12月杪末季净利按年下跌22.2%，但仍派发每股4.7仙的股息。

据昨天发出的报告中显示，该季净利从上财年同季的1791万6000令吉，减少至1393万7000令吉。

营业额则按年增长3.9%，录得4亿9974万4000令吉，高于上财年同期的4亿8112万4000令吉。

派息4.7仙

大马7-11控股指出，虽然产品销售表现良好，但由于新开张分店的成本拖累，令净利出现按年减少。

累计全年，该集团净利共萎缩11.5%，滑落至5580万1000令吉；而营业额按年上升6%至20亿628万4000令吉。

另外，该公司宣布派发每股2.3仙中期股息和2.4仙特别股息，将于下个月15日除权，同月31日派发。【南洋网财经】

消費放緩‧開銷增加‧7-11錢景謹慎

（吉隆坡2日訊）7-11控股（SEM，5250，主板貿服組）雖放眼2016財政年開設200家新分店，惟分析員基於消費情緒放緩及新店開銷增加，謹慎看待其短期盈利前景。

馬銀行研究出席該公司業績匯報會後表示，該公司2015財政年同店銷售成長（SSSG）按年下挫3.6%，管理層預期今年增加零至2%。

該行認為該公司短期將可能面對逆風，包括最低薪金制及外勞人頭稅調漲的問題。

正面的是，該公司管理層維持開設200家新分店的目標不變，其中30至35%的分店設立在巴生河流域，其餘新分店地點則坐落在全馬各地。馬銀行相信，一旦消費情緒回揚，該公司可從中受惠。

不排除再派高息

同時，該公司連續2年的派息率達到100%，比預期50%的派息率還要高，不排除會再派發更佳股息。

聯昌研究補充，該公司管理層透露，將會增設更多店內服務，如賬單繳付及禮品卡。

此外，公司“寄放”（put away）服務業務從2014年的88%的分店，在去年增加至97%。

聯昌基於該公司營業額成長放緩及開設新分店需更高的營運成本，因此調低該公司2016至2018財政年的淨利預測，下調幅度介於25至26%，2017財政年的本益比保持23.6倍不變，目標價則從1令吉65仙調低至1令吉44仙。

帕乐兴设计膳食 拟供应7-11销售

（吉隆坡15日讯）航空餐饮公司帕乐兴（BRAHIMS，9474，主板贸服股）与大马7-11控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）签了解备忘录，探讨为大马7-11便利店供应食品。

根据文告，大马7-11控股独资子公司大马7-11有限公司，与帕乐兴子公司Brahim's Sats食品服务有限公司，在周二（12日）签署了解备忘录（MoU），一同协商和合作发展食品业务。

双方在今天发出文告中指出，帕乐兴将计划、发展和制定菜单和膳食，透过大马7-11公司旗下的国内便利店网络销售。

而大马7-11则提供分销中心，并且将帕乐兴提供的产品分销至分店。

文告中提到，双方将会在备忘录有效期内承担责任，确保双方合作利益得到保护，同时也会持续探索其他业务的合作机会。

帕乐兴近年积极拓展新业务，减少对的航飞机餐业务的依赖，早前更表示探讨发展连锁餐厅业务。

去年初，该公司更建议收购持有马新两国汉堡王特许经营权的Rancak Selera公司，惟随后遭股东否决而告吹。　【南洋网财经】

1.      INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that 7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“7-Eleven”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 12 April 2016 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Brahim’s SATS Food Services Sdn. Bhd. (“BSFS”) for the purpose of collaboration and cooperation in food chain supply. (“7-Eleven” and “BSFS” are referred to as “Parties”) 2.      SALIENT TERMS OF THE MOU The salient terms of the MOU are as follows:- (i)     BSFS shall plan, develop and create menu specifications and products to be marketed through 7-Eleven’s nation-wide chain of convenience stores; (ii)    7-Eleven to provide a centralised distribution centre for BSFS to deliver all products manufactured by BSFS and to arrange for the products delivery; (iii)   both Parties shall take responsibility to make sure that both Parties’ mutual interest are protected and remains exclusive during the term of the MOU; (iv)   both Parties shall also continue to explore any other opportunity in other areas of business that may develop into continuous business relation or cooperation; (v)    a joint working group is established to facilitate the cooperation by overseeing the smooth implementation of the MOU; and (vi)   the cost of the cooperative activities under the MOU shall be funded on terms to be mutually agreed upon by the respective Parties on a case by case basis. 3.      EFFECT OF THE MOU The MOU is not expected to have immediate material effects on the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2016. 4.      INTEREST OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS AND DIRECTORS None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the MOU. 5.      DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT The Board of Directors of the Company, having considered the terms of the MOU, is of the opinion that the MOU is in the best interest of the Company. （吉隆坡27日讯）虽然消费税（GST）的负面效应和消费者情绪疲弱仍影响快速消费品（FMCG）零售开销，但大马7-11控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）业绩仍报捷，截至3月31日首季净利按年增长10.79%。

公司首季净赚1593万1000令吉或每股净利1.35仙，高于上财年同季的1438万令吉净利或1.17仙，主要因为营业额增长、总盈利赚幅扩大，以及其他营运收入提高。

此外，新店增长、商品组合获得改善，以及消费者促销活动，带动营业额从5亿499万令吉，按年提高4.21%，至5亿2625万令吉。

拨9000万扩充

大马7-11控股总执行长加里布朗昨日出席股东常年大会后的记者会上表示，虽然市场有明显的下行风险，但有信心新店持续扩增、重新粉刷、促销活动、商品组合获得改善，以及店内服务增加，将持续带来正面业绩表现。

该公司将投入8500万至9000万令吉，作为今年扩充业务之用，包括增设200家新店。

“除了继续投资建设新店，所投入的资金也包括为现有的7-11店面进行整修。此外，我们也会致力扩展网络。”

他表示，增设新店的地点，会选在巴生谷、东海岸、槟城、柔佛及马六甲。

另一方面，该公司也会拨出大笔资金，提升资讯工业系统。

“从2014年开始推行的资讯工艺系统提升计划，成本高达6600万令吉，估计会在今年中完成。”

最低薪加重成本
大马7-11寻策突围

（吉隆坡20日讯）大马7-11控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）指出，最低薪金制将导致该公司的员工成本上涨。

大马7-11控股总执行长加里布朗说：“我们还是欢迎这项新政策，即使它会加重大马7-11控股的员工成本。”

他今天在大马7-11第2000家分店的开幕仪式后，发表谈话。

阿都哈密出任新主席

他说，大马7-11控股将会借助经销网络，从最低薪金制里攫取好处，因为该措施能够提高消费者的开销。

他预测消费者信心将在下半年复苏，因为本地经济将会更加稳定。

另一方面，大马7-11控股今天也宣布两项人事变动，主席莎烈玛莉安将调任为独立董事，即日生效。

该公司向马交所报备，现年66岁的丹斯里阿都哈密，则将取而代之，担任集团主席。

阿都哈密曾在司法和法律界服务，曾出任多个职位，包括推事、副检察长和法律顾问等。

7-Eleven包裹寄放服务

（吉隆坡5日讯）大马7-Eleven控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）将掌握电商商机，在旗下的分行提供包裹寄放服务，以为网购的消费者提供取货便利。

根据《星报》报道，大马7-Eleven控股总执行长加里布朗自指出，该项服务最快于本月开始。

他最近在亚太零售大会上接受访问时如是指出。

他解释，有了最新服务，购物者可选择把网购包裹送到最方便自己的7-Eleven便利商店后，以密码解锁取得包裹。

且7-Eleven是全年无休24小时营运的便利商店，方便购物者随时前往最靠近的分店领取自己的包裹。

加里布朗认为，大马零售市场和7-Eleven便利商店，都需要增加便利，改善客户体验。

他补充，该公司计划未来10年内，每年增设200家新分行。

过去2年半内，大马7-Eleven控股共开设500间新分行，同时也翻新500间旧分行。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡28日讯）大马7-11控股（SEM，5250，主板贸服股）在截至9月30日第三季，净利按年下挫30.41%至1165万1000令吉，或每股净利1仙，低于上财年同季的1674万2000令吉。

尽管消费者信心或支出持续疲软，但受惠于新店增长、商品组合改善，及消费者促销活动的推动，营业额按年微升5.5%至5亿4780万8000令吉。

上财年同季营业额报5亿1922万8000令吉。

累计首9个月，净利微扬1.89%至4265万3000令吉；营业额亦扬4.86%至15亿7975万8000令吉。

展望未来，集团料营业条件仍充满挑战，因为消费税的实施和最低薪资提高加重成本。

但是，集团仍然保持积极的态度，维持市场领先地位。
