有没有可能不卖本地的apartment然后可以买resale?

應該不可能。你買政府組屋是不可以有私人產業。

现在JB的市场那么烂。
如果和HDB讲我们有心要买但是卖价(RM300K)底过LOAN (还有RM500k)这样的理由会让我们保留然后买HDB再慢慢卖的机会高吗? ![](static/image/smiley/default/icon_redface.gif) |

我听过HDB officer这样说过,那这样的话你就不要买HDB,既然你不能卖掉外国的产业

可是卖掉还得从口袋掏RM200千现金贴LOAN。我有200千现金就不用买HDB了

先去上诉试试,不过现在上诉成功的机会比起之前的少了一点.....因为有一些人失败

現在要這些:
Annex
- your wife’s and your identity cards and marriage certificate;
- your children’s identity cards (if available) and birth certificates;
- proof of citizenship for your children;
- your wife’s and your latest three months payslips;
- your wife’s and your latest CPF statements showing the available balance in the CPF Ordinary account and the CPF contribution history for the past 15 months;
- Sales and Purchase Agreement for the private property in Malaysia;
- recent market valuation report for the private property prepared by a Professional Licensed Valuer in Malaysia;
- details of the resale flat you intend to buy (e.g. flat type, location, estimated purchase price, mode of financing etc. Please do not enter into contract to buy a resale flat before the outcome of the appeal is known);
- written confirmation that you will not apply for the CPF Housing Grant to buy the resale flat, if special approval can be granted for you to retain the private property in Malaysia (private property owners are not eligible to apply for the CPF Housing Grant and HDB loan to buy a resale flat);
- complete the enclosed form on the details of the private residential property;
- any other documents to support the appeal.

HDB是說如果可以保留大馬屋子就不能拿grant而已。因為原本私宅是不能申請grant和HDB loan. |

我朋友申请到retain overseas private property 还拿到HDB grant for resale flat.
