沿海工程获1.1亿订单

（吉隆坡20日讯）沿海工程（Coastal，5071，主板工业产品股）宣布获颁3艘船只销售合约，总值1亿1100万令吉。

根据文告，沿海工程透过子公司沿海岸外（纳闽）有限公司和Thaumas海事有限公司获颁合约，将售两艘起锚支援拖船（AHTS）和一艘海底支援船（SSV）。

海底支援船买方是阿联酋新客户，两艘起锚支援拖船买方则是印尼回头客户。

三艘船预计将分别于2012年和2013年陆续交船。

纳入新订单后，沿海工程年至今的销售订单增至7亿4300万令吉，将在2013年或之前陆续交船。

销售合约预计可在2012财年和2013财年、为集团贡献每股盈利和每股资产值。[Nanyang]

（吉隆坡21日讯）沿海工程（Coastal，5071，主板工业产品股）获得新船只合约虽受分析员看好，但预料从2012年开始净利赚幅会转向温和、介于15%至25%。

沿海工程昨日宣布获颁3艘船只销售合约，总值1亿1100万令吉，三艘船预计将分别于2012年和2013年陆续交船。
公司股价也受这项消息激励，公司股价全日走高，闭市报1.83令吉，升4仙，成交量16万3000股。

虽然公司股价走升，但侨丰投资研究分析员说上述合约脱售价较低，主要是为了和新客户建立起良好的商业伙伴关系，不过可喜的是，合约的确为沿海工程引进了中东新客户。

合理价RM2.53
肯南嘉投资研究的分析员指出：“获新合约消息对公司来说是正面的，因为公司还在陆续获得更多新船只订单，目前的订单总值达7.43亿令吉。”

分析员透露，上述表现超过了公司2011年杪6.1亿令吉的订单额，不过，扬升走势预料会转向温和。

他说：“净利息赚幅从2012年开始将温和维持在15%至25%的水平，相比过去5年的25%及34%，赚幅已略微收缩，主要是区域造船业市场已经开始正常化。”

另外，公司虽进军不同市场，如装配及工程、浮式生产储油轮（FPSO）及卸载设备船（FSO），但这些业务都尚未正式启动。

同时，管理层仍在寻找多元化盈利的其他财源。

肯南嘉投资研究基于之前的评估已将新订单利好纳入考虑，因此维持沿海工程的盈利预测，及“跟随大市”评级，合理价格为2.53令吉。[Nanyang]

沿海工程遭索賠793萬

（吉隆坡26日訊）沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主要板工業）子公司Seri Modalwan（簡稱SM公司）接獲印尼客戶的出庭傳票，后者要求索賠總額792萬7314令吉。

沿海工程向馬證交所報備，Mainstream印尼和聯號公司Mainstream創投，就旗下船隻送往SM公司維修期間失火毀壞，索取上述賠償金。

這兩家公司稱，有關船隻是于去年8月16日送修，于18日因SM公司的疏忽失火，最后因無法修復而被毀壞；故索賠逾792萬令吉，作為這艘船隻的成本，以及去年9月至今年7月的收入損失。

不過，SM公司已否認上述控訴。

沿海工程指出，子公司已就此尋求法律諮詢，必要時將公佈進一步發展。[ChinaPress]

不论在MACD,RSI,William,Sto
可是这两年有个关键因素就是quater profit都有上涨，同时油价都有上涨

之前好像看过新闻说他们很多船在2013年交货.
就是说今年盈利有望大大的上升.

这只股我可收了不少, 我发现每次股价跌时,改天肯定又回升上原位.

个人觉得是一只很值得收藏的股.

（吉隆坡20日訊）沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主板工業產品組）雖迎來國家石油發放合約、船隻更換需求等利好，惟黃氏唯高達表示，這些利好因素已部份反映在股價上，而其他催化因素則需時發酵，因此仍抱持審慎態度。

黃氏唯高達研究表示，隨著國油探勘（Petronas Carigali）頒發合約予環境海事資源（ALAM，5115，主板貿服組）與柏達納石油（PERDANA，7108，主板貿服組），意味著沿海工程在從服務供應商獲得合約方面出現轉折點，因他們需要透過的艦隊模板作為競標用途，惟時間尚不能肯定。

該行指出，沿海工程截至2012年末季止的未入賬訂單已達4億9千萬令吉，料可維持至今年第三季，但該公司仍需要再補充新訂單以維持盈利成長。

“該公司自去年9月起即沒攫取新合約，惟更換沿岸支援船（OSV）需求料可推動新訂單開始進賬，因主要石油服務供應商一般要求艦隊年齡不可超過20年。＂

此外，黃氏唯高達研究表示，雖然已將8億5千萬令吉的訂單納入考量，但這項利好因素已經反映在其股價，目前交易水平超過3年平均本益比。

“沿海工程涉足新領域，開發沿岸支援船、浮式生產儲油船（FPSO）與液化天然氣（LNG），以及成功發展海底船艦或許是該公司的股價催化因素，但仍需更多時間才能對股價有實質貢獻。＂

（沙巴23日讯）沿海工程（Coastal，5071，主板工业产品股）向马交所报备，获得总值4亿3400万令吉的7艘岸外支援船（OSV）和2艘驳船的订单。

沿海工程的文告指出，独资子公司———沿海岸外（纳闽）私人有限公司和Thaumas Marine私人有限公司，分别获得来自荷兰、西非、大马、意大利和挪威买家的船只订单。

上述船只预料在2013年和2014年陆续交到买家手中，并预料贡献截至2013年12月31日和2014年12月31日财年的净利。

截至目前，沿海工程手中持有总值7亿2000万令吉的船只订单。

沿海工程执行主席黄振兴表示：“刚获得的合约是自我们2003年上市以来，总值最大的订单，而且还获得数位新客户，也借此进军把我们带到新市场如西非和挪威。”

黄振兴补充，2013年的油气领域走俏，所以对岸外支援船领域复苏充满信心，预料业绩会因此而表现出色。[南洋网财经]

看你要长期的hold着,还是短暂的咯....

如果short term的, 个人觉得低于rm2都可以买入.

但我是看好这只股, 他们手上可有很多订单, 等交货时,股价一定bang bang 声起
