Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(46) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors (“the Board”) of Scientex Packaging (Ayer Keroh) Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Board had approved the revaluation surplus of approximately RM11.4 million, net of deferred tax, to be incorporated into the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31 July 2024. Please refer to the attachment for further details of the revaluation of property, plant and equipment. This announcement is dated 18 September 2024.
