（吉隆坡1日讯）成功汽车（BJAUTO，5248，主板贸服股）分别向两名卖家，以3000万令吉收购英诺康（Inokom）20%股权。

根据文告，成功汽车向成功集团和Pesumals，各别以1500万令吉或每股1.5令吉，收购英诺康各1000万股。

公司指，通过入股英诺康，可进一步拓展现有上游业务。

英诺康核心业务为生产和组装轿车，现持有万事达（Mazda）部分车款的组装合约。【南洋网财经】

購Inokom 20%助擴大出口‧成功汽車財測調

（吉隆坡2日訊）成功汽車（BJAUTO,5248,主板貿服組）以3千萬令吉收購Inokom20%股權，獲分析員看好將改善汽車製造及擴大出口盈利，調高目標價及財測。

肯納格研究表示，雖然每股1令吉50仙收購價比領域溢價23%，依然對此收購展望正面，因將獲取8個由Inokom組裝的海外品牌收益。

“若以Inokom2013財政年9千200萬令吉核心淨利及2年保守5%複合年均增長率（CAGR）推算，2015財政年將取得1千零20萬令吉核心淨利，料為成功汽車帶來200萬令吉盈利。”

肯納格認為，這次收購對成功汽車資產負債表影響不大，因目前持有2億2千910萬令吉現金，收購完成後，預計2015財政年的現金佔股本比例將從-0.5倍降至-0.4倍。

“2015/16財政年強勁銷售將受馬自達3CKD、CX-5及新車款支撐，利潤則受惠於日本自由貿易協定（FTA）低進口稅、高度本地化及日圓匯率利多，納入Inokom聯號貢獻及資產負債表調整，上調2015至2016財政年淨利預測1至2%。”

大馬研究納入Inokom貢獻後，也調升成功汽車2015至2017財政年財測1至2%。

“收購活動看法正面，可趁機獲取成長中的製造盈利、擴大出口收益。”

大馬研究估計，未來幾年馬自達對Inokom的貢獻將倍增，從40%增至76%（2016年初），收購得以讓成功汽車的製造盈利於2016至2017財政年擴大13至19%。

“馬自達CDK車款強勁成長量料催化短期盈利及改善盈利前景，促使成功汽車成為本行首選領域股。”

成功汽車持有1億9千500萬令吉淨現金，收購僅佔用15%現金，該行認為，未來12個月尚有拓展空間。

馬銀行研究認為，收購將為該公司增值及更多元化，雖然Inokom將因獲取更多組裝合約，取得更佳盈利及與成功汽車運作具協同效應，但是近期盈利貢獻不顯著（低於1%），維持財測不變。

（吉隆坡8日訊）由於馬自達（Mazda）汽車銷量在大馬和菲律賓保持強勁，成功汽車（BJAUTO,5248,主板貿服組）截至2014年10月31日止第二季淨利按年飆升108.41%至5千752萬2千令吉，上半年淨利則報1億1千362萬3千令吉，按年漲111.67%。

第二季營業額則按年成長80.15%至5億零882萬2千令吉，上半年營業額則升43.03%至10億1千677萬3千令吉。

派息3.25仙
另外，該公司也建議派發每股3.25仙中期股息。

成功汽車董事部透過文告表示，第二季和上半年業績表現亮眼，主要因大馬和菲律賓的馬自達汽車銷量走高，良好銷售組合和日圓貶值則讓賺幅同步改善。

展望未來，董事部認為下半年營運環境料更加艱澀，因業者開始積極展開促銷，以降低供應過剩現象造成的高貨存量，消費稅對汽車售價帶來的不明朗因素，也是集團關注的因素之一。

新車型帶動‧成功汽車前景看俏

（吉隆坡9日訊）成功汽車（BJAUTO,5248,主板貿服組）2015財政上半年業績符合市場預期，分析員普遍看好該公司前景，認為新型號汽車將帶動公司業績，而且日圓走弱也將使成功汽車獲利。

成功汽車2015財政年第二季淨利按年成長108%至5千750萬令吉，上半年成長112%至1億1千360萬令吉，並派發3.25仙股息。

派息率料維持40%

聯昌研究認為，成功汽車可以歸納為“高股息”股之一，該公司擁有強穩的現金流和低資本支出需求，相信該公司會繼續派息以回饋股東，派息率預計維持在淨利的40%。

分析員表示，該公司業績符預期主要是因為日圓貶值導致毛利比預期高的緣故。此外，該公司上半年營業額增長43%，歸功於旗下馬自達各型號汽車需求及菲律賓分公司業績理想。

肯納格研究及興業研究認為，馬自達3、CX-5及將推出的B-型馬自達2將會推動該公司2015年下半年和2016年業績，預計將帶動該公司銷售量分別成長35%及20%。

此外，肯納格估計，日圓持續走低及在自由貿易協定下對日本的進口稅較低將有助於該公司成長。

興業指出，大馬政府將會在2015年1月1日減低目前日本品牌的進口整裝進口（CBU）稅至5%。

聯昌認為，2015財政下半年汽車市場的競爭將加劇，競爭者們將更積極地進行宣傳及促銷活動，此外，消費稅也會對本地的汽車市場帶來不確定的影響。

雖然如此，聯昌仍然認為，成功汽車的表現將會跑贏同行。

肯納格上調成功汽車2015與2016財政年業績預測分別11%至13%。興業則維持財測不變，該公司可能的風險為匯率、供應鏈干擾和消息開支下跌。

（吉隆坡16日訊）成功汽車（BJAUTO,5248,主板貿服組）即將在1月杪推出馬自達2（Mazda2），分析員認為該車款可望獲得好評，加上菲律賓成功汽車表現不俗，看好成功汽車前景。

M＆A研究表示，在進行價格評估後，認為馬自達2在B級組別內屬於中價位，儘管B級車競爭激烈，但預計馬自達2會推動銷量。

以整體而言，該行預計占整體銷售48%的馬自達，2015財政年銷量將增加47%，2016財政年則增加21%。

該行認為，消費稅是該公司面對的一大挑戰，因為部份消費者或許會採取觀望態度，暫時不買新車。

但是，M＆A研究認為，憑著良好的業績紀錄，馬自達2會得到很好的迴響。

在菲律賓方面，菲律賓成功汽車的銷量至11月為止按年成長30%，M＆A研究估計，在菲律賓汽車市場不斷成長下將正面影響成功汽車業績。

雖說如此，該行不調整成功汽車業績預測，預計在2015及2016財政年將分別成長50%及16%。

在派息率方面，有鑑於成功汽車截至2015年第二季擁有3億1千300萬令吉的現金流，該行預計成功汽車將調高派息率，因此，將2015財政年派息率預測從30%上修至41%，接近該公司指引的40%水平。

成功汽车第三季净利扬52%

（吉隆坡9日讯）受惠于万事达（Mazda）汽车销量增长，成功汽车（BJAUTO，5248，主板贸服股）截至1月底第三季，录得52.19%的净利增长，并派发每股3.35仙股息。

文告指出，归功于新的Mazda2，以及备受欢迎的Mazda CX-5车款，成功汽车营业额按年增13.33%，至3亿8876万1000令吉，胜于去年同期的3亿4303万4000令吉。

营收较高也激励净利，从3056万9000令吉，年增52.19%，达4652万3000令吉，或每股5.74仙。

派息3.35仙

成功汽车指出，若非我国车市供应过剩，业者展开削价战，给予相当大的回扣，大马业务可获更高的销售额。

董事部建议派发每股3.35仙股息，除权日为4月6日，预计21日支付。

首三季营业额年增33.37%，达14亿553万4000令吉；净利则录1亿6014万6000令吉，按年大涨90.07%，每股盈利有19.81仙。

消費稅衝擊微‧成功汽車亮麗可期

（吉隆坡10日訊）成功汽車（BJAUTO,5248,主板貿服組）第三季淨利按年增長52%至4千650萬令吉，首9個月淨利則按年飆90%至1億6千零10萬令吉，分析員預期今年4月推出消費稅（GST）其衝擊同儕中最輕，盈利前景仍然亮麗可期，派息率有超越目前逾40%之上漲空間。

肯納格研究說，2015年4月實施消費稅後，預料消費者採取謹慎態度，主要是車價的不確定性，促使整個汽車業於上半年受到衝擊。

儘管這可能衝擊成功汽車財政年第四季與新財年首季業績，肯納格還是認為成功汽車將遭受最輕衝擊。

“究其原因，其客戶主要由中產至高收入群組成，對生活成本上揚較不敏感，其二、在日本自由貿易協議下享受更低進口稅兼日圓貶值，其三、具吸引力的新車款，正等候推出車款包括CX-3和MX-5。”

基於上述因素，外加菲律賓市場今年汽車業首個月仍按年增長19%，馬銀行研究預測其中期盈利前景可期。

派息率有超越40%上漲空間

“首9個月有3億1千900萬令吉淨現金，派息率仍有超越目前40%的上漲空間，不排除有潛在併購（如增持Inokom、大馬馬自達有限公司（MMSB）或菲律賓成功汽車（BAP）股權和在印尼車市有新投資。”

大馬研究說，第三季宣佈派發每股3.35仙股息，使派息率從財政年第二季的45%上揚至55%，也符合管理層之預期。

大馬研究指出，馬自達是最凌厲推出新車款車商，預期可鞏固2015日曆年盈利增長30%之期許。除了1月推出馬自達2，預期另一銷售和賺益驅動車款為國內組裝的馬自達3和CX3，兩車款將於2016年財政年首半年推展。

儘管傳統上第三季為疲弱一季，單季與首9個月盈利皆符合上述分析員預期，促使各分析員維持財測、評級、目標價；首9個月營業額受更高汽車銷售，尤以馬自達SkyaActiv諸車款的馬自達2、組裝CX-5、馬自達3和Biante受歡迎，日圓貶值賺益更加，稅前盈利上漲91%。

成功汽車在文告中指出，該公司將透過把股票溢價戶頭中的至多1億6千295萬1千600令吉資本化來進行此紅股計劃。

完成紅股計劃後，成功汽車的股本將從4億零675萬2千令吉（包含8億1千350萬3千股））擴大至最多5億7千零33萬2千令吉（包含11億4千零66萬1千股）。

配合紅股計劃，該公司建議將注冊資本從5億令吉擴大至10億令吉。

（吉隆坡30日讯）券商看好成功汽车（BJAUTO，5248，主板贸服股）以每5股送2股比例，派送红股回馈股东，因这可扩大股本增加流通率，并使股价更容易负担，料掀起散户购兴。

根据文告，公司将以每5股送2股比例，发出最多3亿2590万3200股新股，回馈股东。

公司表示，将动用股票溢价户头的1亿6295万1600令吉，来派送红股，预计今年中旬会完成。

对此，联昌国际投行感到正面惊喜，虽然派红股不会改变基本面，但却能扩大股本，让股价更容易负担，并提升流通量。

分析员相信，这是把股价推高至接近4.44令吉目标价格的催化剂之一。

股价跑赢同行“基于股价更容易负担，我们相信，成功汽车的交投情绪会高涨，且特别能引起散户购兴。”

这也是成功汽车自2013年11月上市以来，首次派送红股。

成功汽车依旧是分析员在汽车领域内的首选，建议投资者累积该股。

销量跌联号公司成本高 成功汽车财测下修

（吉隆坡8日讯）由于汽车销售疲软，以及联号公司成本的影响，成功汽车（BJAUTO，5248，主板贸服股）预计在2015财年的净利，将受到短暂的冲击。

马银行投行指出，将于本月11日公布的成功汽车2015财年末季业绩或低于预期目标。

“万事达（Mazda）2015财年在本地和菲律宾的销量，分别是1万2200与3600辆，低于我们的预期10%。”

菲国销量跌

虽然集团汽车总销售量按季获得好转，其中在我国的销量增28%。

不过，菲律宾销量则因季节而面对下滑，而销售的增长都是来自于价值赚幅比较低的车款，例如Mazda2与本地组装的Mazda3。

另外，成功汽车的联号公司方面，持30%股权的大马万事达私人有限公司（MMSB），在推出本地组装的Mazda3后，面对一些初创成本。

至于持25%股权的英诺康（Inokom），则在提升喷漆厂后，蒙受更高的折旧成本，这些都冲淡公司的盈利。

因此，该投行下调成功汽车2015财年的净利预测6%，至2亿1400万令吉，并且预测末季的核心盈利介于4000至4500万令吉。

零件进口成本扬

展望接下来的两个财年，该投行分别下调盈利预测3%，因为预测令吉兑日元走软，进口零件成本高昂所致。

无论如何，成功汽车的中期净利前景还是不俗，首先是Mazda亮眼的新车款将加强市占率，第二是更低的进口税扩大盈利。

还有，在菲律宾汽车销售量的高增长率。

同时，2015财年首9个月拥有3亿1900万令吉稳建的现金，体现公司零负债、资本开销地，及精实业务模式。

该投行预测派息率40%，因此重申买入，目标价4.90令吉。

（吉隆坡11日讯）销量和赚幅表现亮眼，推动成功汽车（BJAUTO，5248，主板贸服股）末季净利涨14.9%，达5526万4000令吉，同时建议派息6仙。

截至4月30日末季，营业额涨7.4%，报4亿2434万3000令吉。

累计全年，净利大幅增长64.9%，至2亿1541万令吉；营业额扬26.1%，报18亿2987万7000令吉。

该公司宣布派息6仙，其中包括3.25仙的特别股息，以及2.75仙的第四次中期股息，将全年股息推高至每股14.6仙。

Mazda2贡献显著

成功汽车表示，虽然消费税影响万事达（Mazda）的销量和赚幅，但国内外业务的销量，仍持续录得双位数增长。

其中，新款Mazda2的贡献最为显著，因价格较便宜。

全年而言，营业额走高归功于新款Mazda2，和本地组装（CKD）的Mazda CX-5。

而去年第三季推出的整装进口（CBU）轿车，全年贡献也已反映。

“菲律宾市场的Mazda3销量，更是增长3倍以上，是公司主要的推动力。”

展望未来，该公司预计2016财年将持续充满挑战。

“短期而言，国内Mazda轿车的销量，料受到竞争者大幅折价的促销所冲击，赚幅料受压。”

不过，受惠于菲律宾子公司和大马联号公司下半年推出新车款，相信可缓冲这些挑战。
