高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)旗下双溪龙工业私人有限公司,获Aktif Unggul私人有限公司颁发价值约3550万1424令吉的合约。
该公司将为从双溪毛糯至亚三爪哇(Assam Jawa)的Persekutuan FT54路,进行配套2的路面和暂时道路改线工程。
行家建议
该工程预计将在12月16日动工,需在31个月内竣工。
这是高峰控股今年获颁的第二项合约,将今年至今的获颁合约总额,提高至7050万令吉。
假设这份新合约的税前盈利赚幅为5%,预计可在工程期内贡献70万令吉的净利,或相等每股0.3仙。
今年首项合约时泰国曼谷的I’m Fine公寓,总值3500万令吉,工程期为12个月。
目前,未完成建筑订单达15亿令吉,是2016财年建筑营业额的约1.8倍。
由于我们预计今年可取得8亿令吉的新合约,所以这项新合约仍在预期内,不会调整财测。
目标价维持在37.5仙,是根据2018年8倍的本益比计算。不过,我们将评级下调至“卖出”,因为当前股价几乎完全反映出价值。

冀产业发电机大幅贡献营收
高峰减少依赖建筑业

(吉隆坡15日讯)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)执行董事郑家恩预测,建筑成本只涨不跌,冀望未来产业发展和发电机业务贡献更多营收,而产业发展业务料依然是今财年的主要净利来源。
他指出,虽然建筑业务仍是公司最大的营业额贡献者,但他预见建材成本在未来依然高企,加上建筑项目受各种外围因素如天气等拖慢进度,因此,不会过度依赖建筑领域。
“我们不会将所有的鸡蛋放在一个篮子里。公司一直希望未来公司营业额来源的组合可更均衡,如产业发展和建筑业务各贡献40%营收,其余的20%收入则来自其他项目和投资。”
他今天在企业汇报会上,对媒体发表上述谈话。今日其他出席者,还有营运总监(合约与行政)黄河清。
郑家恩续指出,高峰控股最大净利来源,其实是产业发展业务。根据2016年财报,产业发展上财年贡献公司2432万令吉净利,比其他业务合计的1249万4000令吉还要多。
“今年,产业发展业务依然会是主要的净利贡献。我们计划在2018年再接再厉,推出数个产业项目,发展总值将达5亿令吉,位置遍布东西马的主要城市。”
其他业务方面,他透露,公司计划在未来三至五年内,为印尼发电厂业务组合引入更多小型水力发电机,押注该国高居不下的电力需求。
瞄准11亿合约
尽管如此,郑家恩点出,高峰控股的建筑业务前景依然不错。
他估计,在未来六至九个月内公司可锁定总值11亿令吉的合约。
“目前,我们手上的未完成订单达12亿令吉,可保证公司建筑臂膀未来二至三年内的收入。”
另外,当被询及高峰控股是否会投资在业化建筑系统(IBS),郑家恩表示公司暂不考虑。
“如果采用IBS,我们的建筑成本起码要在高20%以上,公司目前使用的人力成本相当廉宜。”
明年首季完成收购IHP 51%
另一方面,郑家恩透露,公司放眼在明年首季,可完成收购Ideal Heights Properties(IHP)私人有限公司的51%股权,并指出完成并购后公司的净资产值可倍增。
“IHP为高峰控股的联号公司,目前我们持有该公司的12%股权,希望可在明年初完成收购计划。”
持有IHP过半股权,可使高峰控股更加受益于关丹海滨度假城(KWRC)的发展。KWRC的发展总值达150亿令吉,总占地约500英亩,希望可成为关丹首个综合式度假城的雄心项目。
今年六月,郑家恩接受媒体访问时曾指出,公司早在2015年就筹划收购,无奈进度一直缓慢,当时他表示收购有望在今年九月完成。【e南洋】

高峰赢能委会合约
沙巴建太阳能电厂
2017年12月19日
(吉隆坡18日讯)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)获能源委员会颁发合约,在沙巴古纳兴建、拥有和营运一家5兆瓦的大型太阳能光伏发电厂。
高峰控股向交易所报备,上述合约是由子公司BP能源私人有限公司所获得。
这也是高峰控股子公司在印尼交易所上市后,所获得的首个大马发电厂项目。
根据文告,能源委员会要求BP能源符合特定义务,包括在明年3月前,完成洽谈及执行项目文件。
高峰控股执行董事拿督郑家恩表示:“我们非常正面看待,并计划增添更多太阳能发电厂和小型水力发电厂在我们的发电组合内。”
明年3月敲定
他补充,该厂房位于古纳的甘榜达沙,所有文件预计在明年3月就能敲定。
郑家恩透露,2016财年,建筑业务始终是公司的最大的营业额贡献者。
不过,展望2017及18财年,估计其他业务的贡献,特别是发电领业务的贡献将走高。

高峰末季净利翻1.6倍

(吉隆坡28日讯)高峰控股(BPURI,5932,主板建筑股)在截至去年12月底的末季,净利飙涨1.6倍,净赚203万4000令吉,或每股0.76仙。
高峰控股向交易所报备,这胜于前年同期的78万3000令吉净利,或每股0.32仙。
当季营业额则增42.39%,报3亿3000令吉。
全年方面,该公司净利大涨193.93%,至314万5000令吉,相等每股1.2仙;营业额则报10亿8120万7000令吉,按年小涨2.94%。
高峰控股目前进行中的建筑项目总值14亿令吉,可确保未来3年的稳健营业额来源。

高峰寻求与沙巴州投资臂膀合作建水力发电厂

(吉隆坡3日讯)高峰控股(Bina Puri Holdings Bhd)计划与沙巴州投资臂膀Warisan Harta Sabah私人有限公司(WHSSB)合作,在该州的斗亚兰(Tuaran)及古打毛律(Kota Belud)建造两座小型水力发电厂。
高峰指出,与WHSSB合作将为其进军该州水力发电厂的发展提供一个有利的平台。
高峰今日向大马交易所报备,独资子公司BP Energy私人有限公司已于3月29日与WHSSB签署一项谅解备忘录(MoU),就拟议的水力发电厂进行合作。两座水力发电厂的产能分别是5兆瓦和3.5兆瓦。
去年3月20日,WHSSB原则上获得沙巴州经济规划单位的同意,在数个地方发展小型水电项目。
高峰指出,双方将设立委员会和小组委员会,就项目的发展进行讨论和协商。
该MoU的有效期为6个月。
高峰表示,执行MoU预计不会让BP Energy面临任何新的商业风险,因该MoU与集团现有业务有关。
“如果该项目最终落实和执行,BP Energy预计会对未来盈利作出贡献。”
高峰集团执行董事拿督郑家恩在文告指出:“随着去年6月成功将电力子公司在印尼证券交易所上市,我们确实非常积极,并计划为我们的电力组合增加更多的迷你水力发电厂。”
“通过这次合作,这将是巨大的机遇,并成为高峰在沙巴投资更多水力发电厂的平台。”
他表示,尽管截至去年12月杪2017财政年,建筑业务仍是最大的营业额来源,但相信其他业务,尤其是电力供应业务的贡献将在2018财年提高。
“公司前景将会更好,并且凭借我们的综合实力和专业知识,我们致力于将这一历程提升至更高水平,以增强股东价值。”
高峰指出,沙巴的电力需求在2019至2024年之间预计将以5%的速度增长,2015至2018的预测为6.1%。

INFORMATION ON WHSSB WHSSB was incorporated in Malaysia 6 April 1995 with its registered office at Level 5 & 6, Menara Borneo Housing Mortgage Finance Berhad, Lot 48, Lorong Ikan Juara 4, Sadong Jaya, Karamunsing, 88100 Kota Kinabalu. WHSSB is the strategic investment fund of the State Government of Sabah and has been granted consent in principle by the State Economic Planning Unit vide letter dated 20 March 2017 to develop small hydropower projects at a few locations.
SALIENT TERMS OF THE MOU 1. The Parties intend to work together to ensure that the purpose and understanding are development-focused and that they aim to bring about long term positive changes, and build relationships that are based on the development of the Project. 2. The Parties intend to provide each other with beneficial business relationship giving added advantage to the other Party. 3. The Parties intend to establish committees and sub-committees to pursue discussion and negotiations to achieve the objectives. 4. The implementation of the activities or collaboration under this MOU will be subjected to specific arrangements to be mutually agreed by the Parties.
EFFECT OF THE MOU COLLABORATION The collaboration with WHSSB will give BP Energy an advantageous platform to venture into the development of hydropower plants in Sabah.
DURATION OF THE MOU The MOU shall valid be for a period of six months from the date of signing the same. The Parties may review this MOU after six months.
RISK FACTORS The execution of the MOU is not expected to expose BPHB to any new business risk as the MOU is related to the Group’s existing business.
FINANCIAL EFFECTS OF THE MOU The execution of the MOU is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings, net assets and gearing of BPHB for the current financial year ending 31 December 2018. Nonetheless, BPHB expects positive contribution on its earnings in the future should the Projects be finalized and implemented.
DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS None of the Directors, Major Shareholders of BPHB and/or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the MOU.
APPROVALS REQUIRED The MOU does not require approval of the Company's shareholders and/or any regulatory authorities.

(ii) proposed termination of the existing executives’ share option scheme of Bina Puri (“ESOS”) (“Proposed ESOS Termination”); and
(iii) proposed establishment of a new share issuance scheme of up to 15% of the enlarged number of issued Bina Puri Shares (excluding treasury shares, if any) at any one time over the duration of the scheme for the eligible persons (“Proposed New SIS”).

(246157-M) (“BPPSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd. has incorporated a new subsidiary known as Bina Puri Hotel Management Sdn. Bhd. (1282743-V) (“BPHM”) on 6 June 2018.
The share capital and number of issued shares of BPHM is RM1,000.00 comprising 1,000 ordinary shares. BPPSB is holding 70% of the total number of issued shares of BPHM. The intended principal activity of BPHM is hotel management.
The said acquisition is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of Bina Puri Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018.
None of the directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the above matter. |
