In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:- 1) The expiry date of the 70 years lease.
2) The following information in relation to each unit of the Subject Properties: - Net book value based on the vendor’s latest audited financial statements;
- The proposed use and the details of the expected rental income per month;
- The approximate age of the buildings;
- Encumbrances, if any; and
- Amount of lettable space and percentage of occupancy.
3) The particulars of all liabilities, including contingent liabilities and guarantees to be assumed by Strategic Ambience Sdn Bhd arising from the Proposed Acquisition.
4) The size of the land on which the Subject Properties are erected.
5) The names of the directors of the vendor. | Unless otherwise stated, the terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Company’s announcement dated 6 September 2022 (“Announcement”).
Reference is made to the Announcement and the query letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 7 September 2022 (Ref IQL-07092022-00002) in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
