Cash Deposit ATM Machine often Out of Service

Dear Customer Service Manager，

Refer to the above matter, I  _________(Account Number：314406××××,Branch: ___________）would like express my dissatisfaction on facing the frequent out of service of the 24 hours cash deposit ATM machine.

Normally I will visit the bank branch ( ______ state,__________branch,)to make cash deposit three times a week ，but the machine is out of service for two times.(basically on ____, time ____). This problem bring a lot of inconvenience to me in terms of time and transport difficulty. Even it would cause loss of money if i was unfortunately being robbed.失。

I hope Public Bank could set up a few more cash deposit machine in this branch in order to compensate the malfunction of the other machines.

The proper action to solve the customer inconvenience on this matter would be appreciated. I am looking forward for an positive reply.

尊敬的大众银行顾客服务部经理，Dear Customer Care Manager,

您好！小弟 _________(户口号码：314406××××,开户分行: ___________）想投诉贵银行的二十四小时现金存款机经常处于暂停服务的现象。Good day to you. I write to you to highlight the abovementioned matter.

小弟一个星期有三次到贵银行分行( ______ 州,__________分行,)存款，但有两次遇到贵银行分行现金存款机停止服务(一般上都是星期 ____, ____点左右)，这时常对小弟带来时间和交通上的不便，不幸的话，如果遇上抢匪,就会造成小弟蒙受财物损失。It disappoints me that the cash deposit machine(s) at ___ branch which I usually visit thrice a week are many a time out of order. The malfunction occurs mostly during weekends. For the sake of your clients, please take immediate action to address the problem, as any delay could result in financial loss to the depositor, or his life, most importantly.

我建议贵银行能在这些分行增设多几台现金存款机，以便万一其中一台存款机出现故障时,顾客也能使用其他的现金存款机。I am expecting Public Bank to set up more cash deposit machines at these branches, so that depositors can turn to another machine, in case of breakdown of one of the machines.


希望贵银行能重视小弟的投诉,采取改善行动，并给予小弟一个适当的答复。Your attention and immediate action will be very much appreciated. I look forward to receiving your reply soon.

大米姐果然不是“盖”的，一声令下，鸡飞狗走，吓的个个部门打“冷震”。
