巴都加灣全年淨利減20%

（吉隆坡20日訊）控股公司巴都加灣（BKAWAN，1899，主板種植組）因吉隆坡甲洞盈利貢獻減少，截至2013年9月30日止第四季淨利倒退39.24%至1億2千538萬5千令吉，令全年淨利萎縮20.14%至4億8千370萬9千令吉。

末季營業額上漲14.93%至9千965萬2千令吉，拉動全年營業額增長7.57%至3億6千202萬5千令吉。

派息40仙

該公司董事部建議派發每股40仙終期股息，除權和享有日落在2014年2月20日和24日。

巴都加灣發文告表示，基於吉隆坡甲洞鮮果串產量有望增加，以及新印尼提煉廠即將運營可改善賺益，拉動整體獲利表現，預期201財政年表現將比上財政更高。（星洲日報／財經）

巴都加灣業務多元向好

（吉隆坡15日訊）棕油價格上揚，巴都加灣（BKAWAN，1899，主板種植組）預期其已多元化的業務以及2014財政年業績表現向好。

該公司主席丹斯里李愛賢在最新的年報中表示，棕油價格已從前期低點往上攀升且有持續上揚的趨勢，預示現財政年的展望向好。

“儘管如此，董事部依然對區域以及全球經濟整體成長較緩的預期保持警覺。”

巴都加灣是種植公司吉隆坡甲洞（KLK，2445，主板種植組）的最大單一股東，持股比重達47%，其他業務還包括產業和化學業務。

李愛賢指出，商品價格在2013財政年表現低迷導致吉隆坡甲洞在該年的業績表現疲弱，並促使巴都加灣淨利從前期的6億零569萬令吉走低至4億8千371萬令吉，惟營收卻從前期的3億3千654萬令吉成長至3億6千203萬令吉。

《彭博社》集分析員的意見表示，巴都加灣2014財政年淨利料可達7億2千200萬令吉，而營收則為4億1千100萬令吉。

同時，彭博社的數據顯示，大馬在明年2月的粽油合約已上揚至每日每公噸2千627令吉，而今年9月26日的合約則為2千274令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

首季制造品销量增 峇都加湾净利增13%

（吉隆坡19日讯）受制造业务带动，峇都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植股）2014财年首季净利按年增13.02%，至1亿5697万2000令吉，去年同期则净赚1亿3889万3000令吉。

随着制造业产品销量增加，尤其是在欧洲市场的脂肪酸和特别产品，成功带动营业额增14%，进而推高盈利上扬32%，至1.037亿令吉。

除了制造业以外，种植及产业发展业务盈利齐跌。

此外，公司营业额则从23亿9965万4000令吉，按年上扬7.8%，至25亿8683万7000令吉。

公司首季每股盈利达37.95仙，这高于去年同期的33.39仙。

吉隆甲洞净利增12%

吉隆甲洞（KLK，2445，主板种植股）2014财年首季净利从2亿6091万9000令吉，按年增加12.17%，至2亿9268万4000令吉。

公司首季取得24亿9415万2000令吉营业额，这比去年同期的23亿2095万7000令吉，还高出7.46%。

（吉隆坡21日讯）受种植及制造业带动，峇都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植股）截至3月31日次季净利按年激增近50%，并派发每股15仙股息。

文告指出，次级净利达1亿6321万7000令吉，或每股39.53仙，较去年同期的1亿891万8000令吉或每股26.21仙，高出49.85%。

同时，15仙中期单层股息，除权日落在7月21日。

由于棕油产品销售价较高，种植盈利按年增52%，至2亿9319万令吉；制造业增65%，至1亿5710万令吉。

不过，产业盈利却46%，至841万令吉，因双溪毛糯Bandar Seri Coalfields发展项目盈利减少。

次季营业额达30亿2331万2000令吉，较去年同期的23亿769万7000令吉涨31.01%。

首半年净赚3亿2018万9000令吉或每股77.55仙，年增29.21%。

营业额则提高19.18%，至56亿1014万9000令吉。

（吉隆坡19日讯）虽然峇都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植股）2014财年末季净利挫27.6%，至9082万令吉；惟仍宣布派息45仙，将全年股息推高至60仙。

截至9月杪末季，营业额涨14.7%，报28亿7004万令吉。

全年净利上扬7.8%，达5亿2154万令吉；营业额增长21.5%，报114亿9966万令吉。

根据财务报告准则与说明FRS10，子公司吉隆甲洞（KLK，2445，主板种植股）的贡献也纳入在业绩内。

根据文告，种植和制造业务营业额虽走扬，不过，税前盈利跌28%，报2亿5713万令吉。

其中，种植净利为2亿4814万令吉，较去年同期高11%，归功于较高的棕油仁价格、鲜果串产量和较低的生产成本。

巴都加灣股價比吉隆坡甲洞低？

巴都加灣（BKAWAN，1899，主板種植組）是吉隆坡甲洞（KLK，2445，主板種植組）的母公司（或是投資控股公司），為甚麼它的價格比吉隆坡甲洞還要低？

答：
根據吉隆坡甲洞的2014年年報資料顯示，巴都加灣持有吉隆坡甲洞的46.57%的股權。巴都加灣為吉隆坡甲洞的母公司，或是投資控股公司，間接（不是直接）持有吉隆坡甲洞旗下的各項業務的擁有權。

理論上而言，若是一切因素保持不變，若是吉隆坡甲洞的股價為100令吉的話，巴都加灣的股價應落在46令吉57仙（因只持46.57%股權），所以，股價肯定是低過吉隆坡甲洞，這是第一點。

第二點是，若是在一般的市況，投資控股公司的估值具有一定的折價效應，主要是它並不是直接持有旗下公司的業務，控制能力較低，或是間接持股的話語權較低所致。

惟若是市場出現牛市時，隨著其持有的上市公司股價揚升，投資控股公司的股價則隨著揚升，行情看漲。不過，若是市場為熊市時，投資控股公司的股價跌幅則更為慘重。

（吉隆坡16日讯）峇都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植股）截至12月31日首季净利挫25.5%，写1亿1695万4000令吉；营业额则扬24.3%，报32亿1454万7000令吉。
该公司表示，旗下所有业务的营业额均走高，除了投资控股业务。

制造业净利缩55%

净利方面，种植业务净利减少6%，因原棕油和橡胶售价滑落。

制造业务营业额虽起12%，但净利却萎缩55%，因售价疲弱，加上脂肪醇和表面活性剂赚幅负面。

至于房产发展，净利则扬5%，归功于双溪毛糯的BandarSeri Coalfields项目。

展望未来，该公司坦言，本财年表现将比去年逊色，惟仍可交出称心业绩。

吉隆甲洞表示，营业额涨净利却跌，归咎于疲弱的原棕油和橡胶销售价、收成减少，以及较高的生产本，导致种植业务盈利下滑5.7%。

（吉隆坡20日讯）原棕油价格下滑，橡胶产量降低，峇都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植股）截至3月底次季，净利大跌25.9%，仅录得1亿2089万2000令吉，上财年同期为1亿6321万7000令吉。

不过，该公司次季营业额达31亿5963万令吉，较上财年同期扬4.5%，上财年同期为30亿2331万令吉。

该公司向马交所报备，首半年内，净利仅达2亿3784万6000令吉，降25.7%；营业额则涨13.6%，报63亿7417万7000令吉。

同时，该公司建议派息每股15仙。

（吉隆坡9日訊）峇都加灣（BKAWAN，1899，主要板種植）以61萬6041令吉收購印尼PT Tekukur Indah公司90%股份。

馬證交所報備文件指出，峇都加灣于今日透過旗下子公司Whitmore控股私人有限公司與該公司兩名股東達民和波比諾爾拉曼簽署兩份買賣協議，分別以39萬7859令吉和21萬8181令吉購買兩人所持有3萬9000股和5萬1000股。

PT Tekukur Indah為一家農業發展公司，獲印尼投資協調委員會批准轉型為外商投資企業。目前持有2911公頃地皮。【中国报财经】

Description	ACQUISITION OF A SUBSIDIARY, PT TEKUKUR INDAH
The Board of Directors of BKB wishes to announce that BKB via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Whitmore Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“WMH”) has on 8 July 2015 entered into and completed two (2) Shares Sale and Purchase Agreements with Pak Damin and with Pak Bobby Noer Rahman to acquire 39,000 and 51,000 shares of Rp.1,000 each respectively (collectively “Sale Shares”), representing 90% of the issued and paid-up share capital of PT Tekukur Indah (“TKI”) for considerations of Rp.1,395,000,000 (*RM397,859.95) and Rp.765,000,000 (*RM218,181.26), resulting in TKI becoming an indirect subsidiary of BKB.   The remaining 10% equity in TKI is held by Pak Damin. TKI is an Indonesian company, incorporated on 18 January 2007 with the intended principal activity of plantation development.  TKI has received the approval of the Investment Coordinating Board of Indonesia for its conversion into a Foreign Investment Company and the change of its shareholding composition.  It has a current issued and paid-up share capital of Rp.100,000,000.  TKI holds 2,911 hectares of land, financed by loans and equity capital, located across the river from BKB Group’s existing plantation in Kalimantan Timur, Republic of Indonesia.  The land is currently held under a Certificate of Izin Lokasi. The acquisition of the Sale Shares will not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of the BKB Group of the financial year ending 30 September 2015. 这归功于5981万令吉的股息，抵消了业务贡献减少的影响，。

同期营业额报36亿3912万8000令吉，按年走高20.52%。

合计首三季，净利按年跌14.12%，至3亿6950万8000令吉，每股净利90.59仙；营业额录得100亿1330万5000令吉，年增16.03%。

因为公司面临汇兑损失、商品与原棕油价格下滑的冲击，首9个月净利因而陷入颓势。
