PI機構獲2300萬續約

（吉隆坡12日訊）PI機構（7201，主要板貿服）宣佈，獲天然資源及環境部延長中期協議（Interim Agreement），總值2300萬令吉。

PI機構向馬證交所報備，子公司ASMA公司于本月8日獲天然資源及環境部延長中期協議，為環境局進行環境監測與數据管理活動。

根據報備文件，該合約為期12個月，始于今年4月14日，並在明年4月13日截止。

PI機構預計，在協議獲延長的帶動下，公司截至2016年12月底的每股盈利和每股淨資產料增0.37仙。【中国报财经】

前进机构Danga Bay同意 中止污水处理厂建筑合约

（吉隆坡12日讯）前进机构（PICORP，7201，主板贸服股）与Danga Bay私人有限公司达成共识，中止一项污水处理厂建筑合约。

根据文告，Danga Bay在今年2月5日，颁发给前进机构持股90%子公司Alam Sekitar Eco-Technology私人有限公司（简称ASET）的合约，已被双方共同中止。

其中，ASET同意也接受该项目竣工成本的赔偿。

中止该合约的原因，是污水处理厂的设计出现变化，并导致整体项目的成本增加，但Danga Bay和ASET无法对成本涨幅达成共识。

同时，双方都同意，在当前情况下，该项目无法落实，因而决定中止合约。

早前，Danga Bay把这项总值4360万令吉的污水处理厂建筑合约，颁给了ASET。

ASET将负责为坐落在柔佛新山的新污水处理厂，进行建筑、管理和测试工程。【南洋网财经】

海外强劲．PIC首季转盈

（吉隆坡8日讯）受表现强劲的海外业务振兴，PIC公司（PICORP，7201，主板贸服组）截至2017年3月31日止首季转亏为盈，录得净利177万5000令吉，前期为亏损279万6000令吉。

首季营业额达2379万6000令吉，按年涨18%。

根据P I C公司文告，因印尼实验室样品测试业务销售量趋高，带动该业务急涨102%，加上沙地阿拉伯环境顾问及工程服务业务，也因营运获得改善，而为公司捎来盈利。

截至首季，营收主要来自实验室样品测试、环境顾问及工程，分别占52%及37%，而水源净化服务则因项目营收转换率较高而录得略低营收，且未能支付其业务所需的固定成本。
