游礼发签备忘录 联手发展隆3土地

(吉隆坡21日讯)游礼发产业(YNHPROP,3158,主板产业股)和Ruby Premium私人有限公司,携手合作发展首都的三块面积达2.39英亩的土地。

根据文告,独资子公司Kar Sin有限公司,今日和RubyPremium签署了解备忘录(MOU),发展位于吉隆坡的3块土地。

Ruby Premium为新加坡Fong Yu投资的独资子公司。

由于Kar Sin在2013年和地主Suileen产业私人有限公司,签署了总办统筹承包商协议后,拥有该3片土地的所有发展权。

而Kar Sin和Ruby Premium共签署2份买卖协议,脱售49%的发展权予后者。【南洋网财经】

游礼发建议5送1红股

(吉隆坡13日讯)游礼发产业(YNHPROP,3158,主板产业股)建议以5配1比例,派送最多8828万9225股红股。

根据文告,游礼发产业将从股票溢价户头和盈利保留户头,拨出高达8830万令吉,来派发红股给股东。

公司指出,这批红股除了可回馈股东长期的支持,也能提高股东持股率和公司股票流通率;此外,加大后的股本基础,能更好地反映营运规模。

扩大注册资本

另外,公司也建议把注册资本,从目前的5亿股或5亿令吉,扩大至10亿股或10亿令吉。

这项活动预计在今年第3季完成,并将稀释现财年的每股净利。【南洋网财经】

The Board of Directors of YNH Property Berhad ("YNHP") wishes to announce that Kar Sin Bhd ("KSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of YNHP, had increased its issued and paid-up share capital from RM2,600,000/- to RM102,600,000/- by way of an allotment and issuance of 100,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1/- each at par value to YNHP. The new ordinary shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares of KSB.

The increase in share capital will not have any material impact on YNHP earnings per share and will not have any effect on YNHP issued and paid-up share capital, substantial shareholders' shareholdings and net assets.

(吉隆坡15日讯)游礼发产业(YNHPROP,3158,主板产业股)与班底医药中心(Pantai Medical Centre)私人有限公司将协商,以总值6300万令吉,脱售曼绒班底医院(Pantai Hospital Manjung)给后者。

游礼发产业向马交所报备,独资子公司YNH Hospitality私人有限公司同意与班底医药中心协商,以脱售位于霹雳州的曼绒班底医院。该医院大约1万9986平方米,高5层楼。

根据文告,游礼发产业在11月25日接获班底医药中心的信函,后者表示有意收购该产业。【e南洋】

游礼发产业成立子公司

2016年12月20日
(吉隆坡19日讯)游礼发产业(YNHPROP,3158,主板产业股)宣布,成立子公司Desaru Ace Services私人有限公司(DAS),负责酒店和住宿设施业务。

DAS注册资本40万令吉,共有40万股普通股,每股为1令吉;缴足股本则为2令吉,共2股普通股,每股1令吉。

DAS的主要业务,是提供酒店和住宿设施服务。

游礼发产业表示,子公司的成立不会对公司截至12月杪止财年的收益和净资产,带来任何影响。【e南洋】

售曼绒班底医院
游礼发产业进袋6300万


2017年2月1日
(吉隆坡31日讯)IHH医疗保健(IHH,5225,主板贸服股)宣布,班底医药中心(Pantai Medical Centre)将以6300万令吉,收购游礼发产业(YNHPROP,3158,主板产业股)在霹雳红土坎(Lumut)的一片地皮及曼绒班底医院(Pantai Hospital Manjung)和建筑物。

2公司上周四双双向马交所报备,班底医药中心已与YNH Hospitality私人有限公司,及Kar Sin有限公司(简称KSB)签署合约,购买有关地段及附属的曼绒班底医院和停车场。

该医院高5层,占地1万9986平方米。

IHH医疗保健指出,将通过内部资金或向银行贷款来完成收购。

班底医药中心自2014年起,向KSB租赁该物业,如今直接收购,能为公司省下租金。

游礼发产业则说,脱售医院是为了实现产业收益,也可为该公司筹得营运资本,能够巩固资产负债表的表现。

上述建议预计可在首季完成,并贡献2017财年的每股净利与净资产。

The Board of Directors of YNH wishes to announce that YNH Hospitality Sdn Bhd (“Vendor”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of YNH, had on 26 January 2017, entered into a sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) with Pantai Medical Centre Sdn Bhd (“Purchaser”) for the disposal of a piece of land held under HSD 33527, Lot PT 17283 Mukim Lumut Daerah Manjung, Negeri Perak comprising an area of approximately 19,986 square meters on which has been erected a 5-storey hospital facility currently known as “Pantai Hospital Manjung” (“Property”) for a total cash consideration of RM63,000,000.00 (“Sales Consideration”) (“Disposal”).
