放眼規模增3倍‧聯熹擴中國污水處理業務

（江西南昌14日訊）聯熹（RANHILL，5272，主板貿服組）乘中國政府極力減低污染的趨勢而上，放眼3年內中國污水處理業務規模增加3倍，貢獻也將隨之大步提昇。

聯熹將於週三（16日）正式上市，該公司旗下中國水務集團執行董事黃國濱在媒體匯報會上表示，在中國政府極力推動下，聯喜在中國的污水處理產能預計在3年內可成長至每天1千百萬公升（MLD）。

目前，該公司中國的污水處理量為每天340百萬公升，包括每天290百萬公升的工業污水處理及50百萬公升的普通食用水處理。

黃國濱表示，接下來，聯熹將繼續擴張在中國的污水處理廠業務，在中國工業化持續下，這是個很大的市場。

根據國際金融公司（IFC）調查，中國積極開放公共領域，過去5年以污水處理行業開放最快，預計未來5年也將如此。

此外，國際諮詢顧問公司Frost&Sullivan的研究也顯示，中國的污水處理需求將會不斷走高，到2050年前，污水處理市場將會增加至每天228萬零274百萬公升。

黃國濱說：“在工業污水處理方面，我們可算是其中一家最早進入中國市場的公司，至今已創造一些口碑，具有競爭優勢。”

在問及是否會在尋找新工業發展區遇上瓶頸時，黃國濱表示，中國政府不斷加強執法，加上聯熹在中國的污水處理業內稱得上是先鋒，許多工業區已經尋求合作，在擴充中國業務上不存在太大困難。

在中國建造3污水處理廠

黃國濱說，除了一些仍在洽談的合約，聯熹2016年將會正式在中國建造3座污水處理廠，處理量從為每日10至20百萬公升不等。

上週四（10日）聯喜宣佈，與永新工業區簽署正式合約，將投資3千150萬令吉，以建造、營運及轉移方式（BOT）獲得29年特許經營權。

該公司在2014年已與3個工業區簽署諒解備忘錄（MOU），以在當地勘察，考量可行性及商業價值，當中有2項已正式簽約。

目前，聯喜在中國共有12份污水處理廠合約，當中的11份合約為建造、營運及轉移，合約期限從25年至30年不等。

黃國濱補充，中國中央政府限定所有的特許經營權只能在30年以下，該公司的所有合約已逼近最長時限。

聯喜的總營業額當中有70%來自水務，而30%則來自電力業務；中國的污水處理業務則佔總營業額的10至15%。

黃國濱認為，以中國的發展及工業區對污水處理廠的需求來看，中國污水處理業務貢獻將大幅提昇。

擁有泰國6特許經營權

除了中國，聯熹在泰國也有水務業務。目前，聯熹在泰國共有6個特許經營權，每天處理102百萬公升的污水。

聯熹的中國及泰國業務歸旗下52.1%子公司聯熹水務科技（開曼）所有，該公司預計上市後收購聯營夥伴Robinson手上其餘的48.9%股權。

透過中國金融機構融資
減少外匯曝險

近年來，馬幣兌外幣波動劇烈，拖累許多上市公司的業績表現，對此黃國濱表示，聯熹主要透過中國金融機構融資當地業務，這在匯率上形成自然對衝，有助於減少該公司的外匯曝險。

此外，他認為，與中國的銀行合作，可借助這些銀行的在地經驗拓展業務，畢竟聯熹並非中國公司。

“與中國的銀行合作，最大好處是他們對當地政治以至經濟發展都相當熟悉，況且，銀行並不會貸款給業務前景欠佳的項目，若中國的銀行願意放貸，表示這些項目具備不俗的發展潛能。”（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡15日訊）重新上市的聯熹（RANHILL，5272，主板貿服組），其兩大核心業務穩定現金流量的魅力，可能面對回酬率承壓和油氣資產收購計劃不受看好的拖累。

聯熹主要業務為公用業務及電力業務，公用業務方面，聯熹擁有柔佛州水務控股公司（SAJ）80%股權，也在泰國及中國擁有11個污水廠及開墾合約；電力業務則在沙巴擁有兩座190兆瓦聯合循環發電廠（CCGT）。

達證券認為，公用及電力業務可為聯熹帶來穩定的現金，其中，聯熹在中國及泰國仍有5個開墾合約，在預期中國政府調整水費下，估計聯熹可從中獲利。

不過，達證券也指出，回酬率承壓及備受爭議的油氣公司沃利帕森斯（RWorley）收購計劃，可能會影響投資者情緒。

上市後，聯熹可在3至18個月內，得到股東批准後，買入沃利帕森斯的51%股權。

（吉隆坡16日讯）联熹控股（RANHILL，5272，主板贸服股）今天粉墨登场，但出师不利，受市况低迷影响，首日收盘1.01令吉，折价19仙，或15.833%。

该股今天首日亮相马交所，首宗交易价为1.10令吉，低于每股1.20令吉新股定价的10仙或8.3%；首宗交易量达121万1400股。

虽然联熹控股拥有不少的基石投资者，但却无法激起投资者信心，股价今日开盘后，就一直以折价交易。

联熹控股盘中更一度下跌17仙，或14%，至1.03令吉的全日最低点，全日成交量为4802万6300股。

对于股价一开始即跌，联熹控股总裁兼总执行长丹斯里韩丹莫哈末在鸣锣仪式后的记者会上指出，这是市场低迷所致。

“我们了解目前的市况低迷，但公司基本面和业务良好，预计未来会有不错的回酬。”

联熹控股的上市路可说是一波三折，原定于2月上市，惟一些机构投资者要求给予更多时间，因延迟至今天上市。

接着，由于反应冷淡，公司又将原定1.70令吉的散户发售价，削价50仙至1.20令吉。

水务占营业额70% 提高中国废水处理量

联熹控股目前的两大核心业务是水供与废水处理，以及发电业务，分别占营业额贡献的70%和30%韩丹莫哈末指，公司放眼在未来三年内，将中国的废水处理总规模从目前的每天310百万公升（MLD），增加至1000百万公升。

此外，目前水供和废水处理业务范围包括柔佛、泰国和中国，三个区域的处理规模分别达1986百万公升、100百万公升以及310百万公升。

支持减少无收益水

“中国业务为公司带来10%至15%的营业额贡献。该国的城市和省份对废水处理的需求量非常高。”

联熹控股分别在中国和泰国设有营运处，并且在中国河南、安徽、江西和辽宁营运10座饮用水、工业废水和回收废水处理厂房。

与此同时，该公司提出会持续支持政府减少国内无收益水（NRW）至2020年的25%。

韩丹莫哈末称：“我们通过旗下的AQUA智能系统来支持这项措施，并且也计划这项网络智能系统能够遍布全国，减少无收益水。”

联熹控股放眼将未来三年的发电量从380兆瓦，提升至1000兆瓦。

目前，联熹控股在沙巴有Ranhill Powertron1和Ranhill Powertron2发电厂。

该公司仍专注在东马电力业务，尤其是沙巴的电力供应市场。然而，公司并没有指出将在未来新建或收购发电厂，或其他具体计划。

联熹澄清没与Unaoil交易

（吉隆坡5日讯）联熹控股（RANHILL，5272，主板贸服股）澄清，与被指涉嫌进行不道德商业行为的摩纳哥公司Unaoil没有任何交易或协议。

近期，有外国媒体报道美国司法部，以及英国和澳洲反贪污警方已联手调查Unaoil的交易活动。

之后，摩纳哥政府表示，在接获英国欺诈重案办公室的国际司法协助请求后，已搜查了Unaoil的办公室及审问公司的董事，以协助英国调查公司涉嫌进行贪污活动。

此外，有报道指，联熹控股是Unaoil在利比亚的跨国客户。

不过，今日联熹控股澄清，该集团和子公司并无与Unaoil进行任何交易或协议。

此外，该集团还说，在与第三方接洽时，在政策及手续方面会进行正当程序，包括精密审核，并且实践行为守则及良好的商业道德。【南洋网财经】

联熹水供争取6州减流失水合约

（吉隆坡11日讯）鉴于政府承诺解决国内无收益水（NRW）问题，联熹控股（RANHILL，5272，主板贸服股）旗下公司，瞄准国内6州属降低无收益水项目的合约。

该公司水务领域总执行长阿末扎迪指出，计划进军的州属包括吉打、彭亨、沙巴、吉兰丹、砂拉越及玻璃市州。

他日前出席了解备忘录签署仪式后表示：“希望这项业务扩展，能够在今年底实现。”

放眼降至25%

子公司联熹水供服务有限公司与加拿大科技公司Echologics有限公司签署协议，与后者展开水务科技合作项目，这项备忘录将在未来两周内落实。

阿末扎迪补充，公司跟紧政府提出减少国内无收益水率至25%的目标。

阿末扎迪提到：“对方的技术能够帮助联熹水供服务公司减少成本和优化成本支出，免去挖掘地面以及被迫中断对终端客户的水供服务问题。”

目前，该水务公司每天处理多达4亿3000万公升的水源，足够向45万户家庭提供水源。【南洋网财经】

联熹擬缅甸沙巴设发电厂

（吉隆坡1日讯）联熹（RANHILL，5272，主板贸服股）表示，该公司计划通过在缅甸和沙巴设立发电厂，以扩大其电力业务。

联熹总裁兼首席执行员丹斯里韩丹在今天出席该公司股东常年大会后，向媒体表示，该公司有意参与缅甸政府开放的一项气体发电厂（gas fire power plant）项目，总电力预计为400兆瓦（MW）。

「我们在2年前已经开始著手研究该项发电厂项目，因此相信我们拥有更大的优势，获得该项目。」

他补充说，该公司的原意是与缅甸政府直接协商，但对方选择公开招標。

另一方面，韩丹也透露，该公司將在沙巴州开设新发电厂，进一步扩大当地电力业务的市佔率。

「该新发电厂的电力预计为200兆瓦至300兆瓦，也包括一座电力达30兆瓦的可更新能源发电厂。」

他透露，上述建设新发电厂的企划已呈交给政府，目前尚在等待当局的消息。

截至目前为止，联熹的电力业务在沙巴州的市佔率为37%，或电力为380瓦兆，公司计划在2020年將其总电力达到1000瓦兆的目標。

售中国污水处理股权

另外，韩丹指出，联熹將出售其在中国污水处理公司部份股权给当地大型的营运商。

「我们將出售联熹水务科技私人有限公司（Ranhill Water Technologies ltd）60%的股权给对方，目前双方正在谈判价格等条件。脱售股权所得到的资金，將用来投资中国水务业务。」

韩丹表示，最快將在2至3个月內对外公佈结果，目前不方便透露买方的更多详情。

他认为，中国市场依旧是该公司在国际上主力市场之一，並设定在2020年中国的污水处理容量增至1000百万公升（MLD），去年杪为330百万公升。

他续称，该公司今年將专注改善整体表现，也投入1亿2000令吉作为2016財政年的资本开销。此外，公司也维持派息政策，將拨出至少50-70%的税后净利，作为股息派发给股东【东方网财经】

联熹控股次季赚3777万

（吉隆坡6日讯）联熹控股（RANHILL，5272，主板贸服股）截至6月30日次季，净利达3776万7000令吉；营业额则报3亿5704万3000令吉。

累计上半年，净利则有4467万3000令吉；营业额写7亿179万4000令吉。

由于该公司在今年3月新上市，因此无法作出按年比较。

前年3月，联熹能源（Ranhill Energy and Resources Berhad）建议倒置收购新芬尼屋，“借壳上市”重返大马交易所。

根据文告，公司旗下的水务业务，贡献2亿8380万令吉的营业额和6850万令吉的税前盈利；至于能源业务，则捎来7320万令吉的营业额，和1730万令吉的盈利。

联熹控股表示，上市筹资所得的3亿2000万令吉，已用来偿还债务，为公司省下巨额的利息开销。

另外，收购联熹水务科技（开曼群岛）有限公司（RWTC）的剩余股权，也预计会巩固水务业务的营业额和净利增长。

提供丹州无收益水服务
联熹控股获1590万合约

（吉隆坡17日讯）联熹控股（RANHILL，5272，主板贸服股）子公司联熹水务服务私人有限公司从Air Kelantan私人有限公司获得一项总值1590万令吉的无收益水（NRW）服务合约。

该项合约为期12个月，用于提供服务给吉兰丹的哥打峇鲁（Kota Bharu）北部、东部及南部，还有万捷（Bachok）、Pasir Mas、道北（Tumpat）和丹那美拉（Tanah Merah）。

该工程将会从今年8月底开始，将涵盖吉兰丹所有管道连接约70%比重，预计无收益水水平将会从目前的47%，减少5.8%。

联熹控股总裁兼总执行长丹斯里韩丹莫哈末表示，联熹控股一直都在减少无收益水管理方面站在最前线，而该项合约证明公司有能力达到客户的要求。

“自2013年以来，联熹水务服务成功把该州属的无收益水水平从56%，减少至47%，或每日节省4000万公升，这相等于每年节省1730万令吉。”

因此，在这项新合约下，集团可预计每年为该州进一步节省1200万令吉。【e南洋】

香港子公司60%售上海实业环境
联熹冀进军中国废水处理

（吉隆坡1日讯）联熹控股（RANHILL，5272，主板贸服股）以2亿7390万人民币（约1亿6700万令吉），脱售联熹水务（香港）有限公司（RWHK）60%股权，予上海实业环境控股有限公司（SIIC），放眼通过合作关系，进军中国工业废水处理市场。

联熹控股子公司联熹水务科技（开曼群岛）有限公司（RWTC）于8月31日，与SIIC签署条款清单，脱售独资子公司RWHK的60%股权。

该集团总裁兼总执行长丹斯里韩丹莫哈末表示，联熹控股一直都在寻觅策略伙伴，以扩展在中国的业务。

他说，这不只是脱售资产而已，也是与SIIC建立策略伙伴关系。

“我们相信SIIC集团会为联熹控股带来更多在中国的投资机会，我们也可以通过SIIC集团对当地的认识和强稳的商业联盟，帮助我们获得工业废水处理特许权、关税调整和具有竞争力的融资方案。”

韩丹莫哈末指出，SIIC正积极扩大至工业废水处理、海水淡化等区域，因此上述合作可说是双赢，让双方接触更广的潜在客户群。

联熹控股和SIIC须在30日内签署销售买卖协议（SPA）。

同时，SIIC也同意向RWHK提供3000万美元（约1亿2229万令吉）的股东贷款。【e南洋】

联熹未获准建CCGT电厂

（吉隆坡5日讯）联熹控股（RANHILL，5272，主板贸服股）表示，公司未获准兴建新的联合循环燃气涡轮（combined cycle gas turbine，简称CCGT）发电厂。

联熹控股在文告指，联号公司参与的财团已在4月提交发展CCGT发电厂的计划书给大马能源、绿色与水务部。

不过，公司表示，财团至今仍未获得有关授权书。

早前，《星报》引述消息人士指，能源委员会将批准联熹控股兴建、调试及营运一间300兆瓦联合循环发电厂。

假设联熹控股获得该项合约，这会是公司在沙巴第三项联合循环发电厂。

据悉，在获颁合约的公司中，联熹控股持股率将达51%，而沙巴官联公司则会持有25%，剩余的24%则由一家私人公司持有。【e南洋】
