你申请的是什么职位?你应该先了解你申请的公司所要求的资历几经验吧?
你可以看看以下例子,报纸上所刊登的对TREASURY ACCOUNTANT的要求.

Treasury Accountant


Responsibilities:


*  Handle the full spectrum of Accounting work
*  Prepare and review the month-end closing of the books, monthly and quarterly assurance reporting for the Company
*  Prepare annual, quarterly and other ad hoc submission to authorities
*  Prepare tax filings and response to queries from Income Tax
*  Manage and rationalize financial controls for the Company
*  Maintain and update financial process documentation as required under the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX)
*  Prepare annual budget and forecast for the Company
*  Prepare annual statutory accounts
*  Liaise with internal (Head Office, Internal audit) and external counterparts (Auditor, Tax agent, IRAS, vendors)


Requirements:


*  Degree in Accounting / ACCA / CPA
*  Minimum 5 years experience with at least 2 years in an MNC environment with financial reporting experience
*  Prior experience in bank accounting will also be considered
*  Knowledge of financial instruments and its accounting is necessary
*  Experience with US GAAP, local GAAP reporting & SOX compliance
*  Experience using SAP and a Treasury management system would be an added advantage
*  Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
*  Mature, independent and able to work under pressure

Profesional cert 可能指如 LCCI, CAT 吧。。。
account assistant & account officer 同常是要看company的job description. 有些用account assistant title 也有些用account officer.

account assistant 其实和 clerk 差不多, 只是account assist 的範圍比较大, 除了 clerk 的工, 还要做一些 journal entries, bank recon 或簡单的 report.

audit assist / tax assist - 有些firm 要有 degree 或 ...

想请教各位, 如果我的公司搬千.把一些机器也从旧厂搬过来.那么我的拆装费应该进在  expenses  还是CAPITALISED?

因为他们请的account officer, 所以是否professional certificate 会不会要ACCA,CIMA和ＣｐＡ？

academic：degree and diploma
professional: full qualification and certificate

professional certificate 通常是指还沒有完全 qualify 的，如 CAT.

有人说在Big 4 intern很有可能做廉价office boy.....学不到东西。。。。。medium firm 如 Grant Thornton, Horwath, Baker Tilly 可那接触到更多东西。。。
各位请分享一些看法和经验。。。。

不过我想都应该学到那些挂牌公司的东西瓜.......................
