大概是说：“老子虽然原本想哄你每股两毛钱的，不过现在急着找钱用，就每股线给我7分钱好了， 另外13 仙我会挖股票户口或从未来的赚利里扣除， 明年要是还亏就不能怪我咯。“

希望2012年还有很多凯子像2010年一样来买付家股， 美欧经济这么差，还得传云生意不好， 只有用付家股来赚钱了。。。。。

在RIGHT ISSUE 报告还没出来前， 我以0。065 的价格买了50千的股票， 原以为 这家公司有所作为， 看了RIGHT ISSUE 的告示以后，头开始凉起来， 再挖2010的年报来看，就知道这家公司的管理不老实， 2010年才发附加股， 2012年又在发附加股？  整家公司 是由太太，丈夫和妮儿掌管， 可能这家公司是岳父留下来的。  

同样的管理层， 加上美欧的不景气， 赚幅本来就很少，再加上更多的股票来分利， 那是没有希望的公司。

昨天把股票原价0。065卖了，宁亏水钱也好过以后套牢。

报告还没出来前，你有50千的股票。transfer date 是 20/09/12 还会給你 right issue 1:2 吗？

就是每特有2股hubline，就分配到1股附加股权益。。然后每购买5股附加股，就得到2股免费凭单。。。附加股售价为0.2，但只需付0.07，0.13该公司替你给。。

例子：如特有2000股，分配到1000股权益。。如打算购买就得付 0.07 x 1000股 = rm700++。。如没兴趣，就在市场上，以市价把该权益卖出去（该权益会在21/09 - 28/09交易）。。

购买了那1000股权益，就会免费得到400股warrant。。

楼上的兄弟，想请问你如果我在接下来的礼拜二进股也有得买这些附加股吗？请问这股在这时候进场适合吗？还是应该等它分配完附加股后才进场？谢谢。。。

很多人已经买了附加股为了要得到 Warrant，所以我的看法是 Warrant出来时，母股暂时不会上升，除非有非常好的消息。

今天18号除权了，买进也不会分配到附加股权益。。适合或否 & 值不值得买进就有待你自己去观察与了解。。（该公司往后如何运用发售附加股所筹来的资金+往后有何发展）
就有如楼上Vincent兄的看法，购买该附加股很可能都是冲着免费凭单。。
当该凭单上市开始交易之时，你就可观察母股与凭单的波动，那你就会晓得了。。
