砂查也马特企业信评稳定

（吉隆坡17日讯）大马评估服务机构（RAM Ratings）给予砂查也马特（CMSB，2852，主板工业产品股）“AA3/稳定/P1”企业信贷评级。

砂查也马特在砂拉越制造洋灰起家，之后，把业务版图拓展至建筑材料贸易、道路维修、建筑与产业发展。

大马评估服务机构指出，该评级反映砂查也马特在砂拉越的龙头老大地位，并让其在面对西马的同行时，更具竞争力，以及拥有更强劲的议价能力。

“基于砂查也马特拥有良好的分销网络，我们相信该公司能够维持主导优势。”

同时，政府承诺通过各种计划发展砂拉越，最重要的计划非砂拉越再生能源走廊（SCORE）计划莫属。

傳匯豐不再提供服務 砂日光挫34仙

（吉隆坡30日訊）報導稱，大馬匯豐銀行不再提供銀行金融服務給砂州元首丹斯里泰益馬目相關的公司，包括泰益旗艦公司砂日光（CMSB，2852，主要板工業），后者在投資者聞訊套利下，一度重挫42仙或4.4%，至9.46令吉。

砂日光今早跌15仙，以9.73令吉開市，上午逾10點一度挫42仙至9.46令吉，高居馬股10大下跌股榜三甲位置。休市時，該股報9.55令吉，跌33仙，成交量69萬5200股。

閉市時，砂日光跌34仙，報9.54令吉，成交量125萬8900股。

此外，砂日光5隻備兌憑單幾乎全線下滑，包括砂日光-CB（CMSB-CB，2852CB，主要板備兌憑單）、砂日光-CD（CMSB-CD，2852CD，主要板備兌憑單）、砂日光-CE（CMSB-CE，2852CE，主要板備兌憑單）、砂日光-CF（CMSB-CF，2852CF，主要板備兌憑單）和砂日光-CG（CMSB-CG，2852CG，主要板備兌憑單）。

大馬匯豐銀行回應《The Edge財經日報》，指公司基于“商業因素”，已決定逐步減少砂州的商業銀行業務。但該銀行拒絕確認是否已撤消提供給泰益與家族生意的銀行服務。

大馬匯豐銀行在電郵指出，該行自2011年5月已有系統的對旗下業務展開策略性評估。

行自去年10月9日開始，已透過信函或在定時會談時，通知所有受影響客戶。

砂查也马特首季净利扬35%

（吉隆坡14日讯）砂查也马特（CMSB，2852，主板工业股）2014財政年首季（截至3月31日止）净利按年提升35.39%，至3889万6000令吉，去年同期为2872万7000令吉。        

营业额则从去年同期3亿1035万9000令吉，按年上扬20.26%，至3亿7323万9000令吉。

受到洋灰、建筑、道路维修及物业发展业务的扶持，砂查也马特2014財政年首季税前盈利取得6619万令吉，按年成长21%。

砂查也马特董事经理拿督柯蒂斯（Richard Curtis）指出，公司的建材和贸易、建筑和道路维修、物业业务同时获得较高税前盈利，按年分別上涨12%、2%和4428%。

「2014財政年首季业绩表现正面，这意味著公司2014財政年业绩表现有望取得稳健的成长。」

洋灰业务的税前盈利微跌3%，至2044万令吉，去年同期为2109万令吉，这归咎於2月和3月之间，其洋灰工厂进行维修和维护工作。

由於物业销售增加，以及前季度的买卖土地利润入帐，砂查也马特物业发展业务的税前盈利转亏为盈，从去年同期蒙损43万2000令吉，至今净赚1870万令吉。【东方网财经】

SCORE料推動來季業務‧砂州日光財測不變

（吉隆坡15日訊）砂州日光（CMSB,2852,主板工業產品組）首季業績較遜色，主要這是傳統較弱季度，預料未來季度將恢復強勁成長，分析員維持財測不變，並認為砂州再生能源走廊計劃（SCORE）進展，將有助該公司未來業務表現。

興業研究指出，砂州日光首季業績向來是表現最弱的季度，最新首季淨利為3千890萬令吉，僅占全年預測的18.9%，惟仍符合預測，特別是洋灰業務料在今年下半年取得進一步改善，及其他業務也會在砂州再生能源走廊計劃中受惠走強。

興業維持淨利預測不變，2014年淨利為2億零600萬令吉，以及2015年則為2億6千300萬令吉。

馬銀行研究也認為該公司首季業績符合預測，並預料未來季度的盈利表現將更為強勁，因此維持財測不變，預料2014年核心淨利為2億零810萬令吉，2015年為2億5千210萬令吉，以及2016年為3億零670萬令吉。

興業指出，市場密切關注預期在今年下半年投入營運的OM砂拉越有限公司的硅鐵合金提煉廠，預料按時執行的砂州再生能源走廊計劃，將使其旗下全部業務受惠，包括持有51%股權的沙瑪拉朱產業發展計劃，以及持有40%股權的大馬磷酸鹽添加劑計劃等。

安聯研究指出，砂州日光持有20%股權的硅鐵合金提煉廠，料在今年第三季投入營運，及在2015年全面運作，預料此工廠將是其短期主要盈利催化動力，主要是獲得便宜電力，強勁需求加上預訂合約，及擁有6年稅務獎掖等。

馬銀行指出，砂州日光為砂拉越成長的“代理”公司，建築活動將帶動其洋灰及建材業務。該公司在砂州再生能源走廊計劃的策略性投資，包括硅鐵合金提煉廠以及磷酸鹽添加劑計劃，料將進一步推動其盈利成長。

馬銀行指出，一旦旗下硅鐵合金提煉廠聯營計劃開始作出盈利貢獻，相信該公司將在2014年杪檢討它的股息派發率。該公司擁有充裕現金，任何潛在併購或新投資將進一步重估其價值。

砂日光耗資近1.6億 興建砂州洋灰研磨廠

（吉隆坡23日訊）砂日光（CMSB，2852，主要板工業）耗資1億5600萬令吉，聘請Christian Pfeiffer Maschinenfabrik GmbH 為砂拉越曼旺（Mambong）洋灰研磨廠進行設計和建築工程。

該公司指旗下洋灰業務部，今日与這家德國公司簽署工程、采購及建築（EPC）協議。

有關綜合研磨廠將有100萬公噸年產量，建築工程預計將在今年7月動工，料在18至21個月后可開始生產。

砂日光在文告指出，上述研磨廠將從Christian Pfeiffer的大規模工程管理經驗受惠，因后者為量身定制工廠專才。

此外，這家工廠具有一個球形磨機、高效分隔器，2個1000公噸混凝土筒倉，及每小時包裝3000袋的包裝機。

稅前淨利創紀錄 砂日光首半年賺逾億

（古晉27日訊）砂日光（CMSB，2852，主要板工業）公路建設與房地產發展貢獻，2014財年首半年稅前淨利創紀錄，按年增33%至1億6484萬令吉，基于財報表現出色宣佈每股派息1.5仙，過戶與付款日將另行通知。

該公司建築與公路維護，及房產業務是推動盈利成長大功臣，首半年淨利按年增53%至1億510萬令吉，營業額起17%報7億5660萬令吉。截至6月底次季，營業額年增13%至3億8336萬令吉，期間淨利勁起65%，錄得6612萬令吉。

砂日光董事經理拿督里察克迪斯指出，這是相當重要的一個季度，成功達成公司設下的目標，當中表現最標表青的4項業務分別為洋灰、建材與貿易、建築與公路維護，及房產。

“這4項業務次季稅前盈利個別增長30%、17%、16%及68倍。首半年表現可說相當出色，公司有信心年底可交出好成績。”【中国报财经】

砂查也马特现金庞大 高回酬计划陆续有来

（吉隆坡13日讯）砂查也马特（CMSB，2852，主板工业产品股）旗下计划进展符合预期，分析员看好集团拥有的大量现金，可承接更多具有高回酬的计划。

兴业研究分析员指出，集团拥有大笔现金，将可接受更多提供高回酬的计划，特别是砂拉越再生能源走廊（SCORE）旗下。

他表示，这可提高公司盈利。

他认为，该公司短期催化剂是洋灰业务，全年将可交出强劲成绩。集团今年2月调升售价，接下来会增加产能。

至于砂查也马特持有51%股权的沙马拉祖产业发展公司（简称SPD），他相信，集团可借此推高盈利。

据悉，SPD的沙马拉祖城镇计划已踏入首阶段。

他看好产业业务的规模或持续扩大，加上沙马拉祖工业园（SIP）带动，新城镇计划人口预计可在2018年，破4万5000人。

他维持砂查也马特“买入”评级，目标价上调至5令吉。

硅铁精炼厂投产

分析员早前探访砂查也马特坐落在沙马拉祖的业务，了解到集团的硅铁精炼厂房已投产，进度比预期好。

集团2011年入股OM Materials，持有20%股权，其余属于澳洲上市矿业公司OM控股。

OM Materials负责在沙马拉祖工业园，打造世界级的绿化硅铁与锰合金精炼厂房，首阶段年产31万吨硅铁，第二阶段年产26.5万吨锰合金。

管理层相信，首阶段可在明年上半年全面投产。

此外，集团通过联营方式打造的磷酸盐（phosphate）综合大楼，目前进展稳定。

他指出，两个计划都可从砂拉越再生能源走廊获益，可享获较低的电费。

投资者看好CMSB　冀善用现金拼高回酬

（吉隆坡25日讯）由於砂查也马特（CMSB，2852，主板工业股）依然是砂拉越再生能源走廊（SCORE）最具代表性的公司之一，市场分析员看好该公司的净利前景，投资者希望该公司善用手头上的现金来投资发展项目，以爭取更高回酬。

砂查也马特上周参与一项由大马交易所和兴业投行联手主办的「投资大马香港2014」活动，砂查也马特的分享会吸引了不少原有及新投资者出席。

兴业投行分析员表示，砂查也马特管理层討论的课题，主要是该公司未来的成长前景，尤其是公司自2010年尾转亏为盈之后。

再生能源走廊奖掖

投资者基本上对砂查也马特的前景充满信心，主因是砂拉越再生能源走廊所提供的奖掖。

与此同时，该分析员指出，砂查也马特持有20%股权的OMMaterial（砂拉越）公司，所拥有的2座熔矿炉已经开始运作。

「我们预计该项目的第一阶段工程可在2015年全面开跑。因此，这將会是该公司2015財政年的主要净利来源，其他部门则会间接从砂州再生能源走廊的发展下受惠。」

此外，分析员披露，OMMaterial的第2阶段发展项目已经在部署中，建筑工程料在2015年下半年开始。

因此，该项目要等到2016財政年才会带来净利贡献。

另一方面，他说，砂查也马特的大马磷酸盐添加剂（PhosphateAdditives）项目也在顺利进行。

此外，砂查也马特持有51%股权的Samalaju產业发展公司预计將带来更多的净利贡献。

而砂查也马特正在其炼砖工厂的隔壁建一座打磨厂，以满足2016年下半年起，不断升增的需求。

分析员强调，投资者希望砂查也马特善用手头上的现金来投资发展项目。

大部份投资者相信，砂查也马特可从砂拉越再生能源走廊或其他商机所带来的发展项目，爭取具吸引力的投资回酬，並支撑该公司未来的净利成长。

砂日光獲480萬合約

（吉隆坡11日訊）砂日光（CMSB，2852，主要板工業）間接子公司砂日光混凝土產品公司，獲兩份總值480萬令吉合約。

砂日光今日向馬證交所報備，砂日光混凝土產品公司與Vanadium置地公司在6月11日和11月11日簽署了兩份合約，合約內容是為古晉的一間三層樓的辦公室進行建造和完成打樁工程。

根據報備文件指出，上述兩份合約各為240萬令吉。

砂日光混凝土產品公司為砂日光洋灰公司的子公司，后者則是砂日光旗下子公司。【中国报财经】

The Board of Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad ("CMSB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that CMS Land Sdn Bhd ("CMS Land"), a subsidiary company of CMS Property Development Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of CMSB had, on 14 November 2014, entered into a Design & Build Negotiated Contract with Sarawak Economic Development Corporation (“SEDC”) for CMS Land to undertake the proposed design, construction and completion of 11-storey SEDC office building at the Isthmus on Lot 2878 Block 7, Muara Tebas Land District, Kuching, Sarawak at a total contract sum of RM 68 million. 第三季淨利揚77%‧砂州日光9個月淨利寫新高

（吉隆坡26日訊）受洋灰、建築與道路維修業績和建材貿易業務烘託，砂州日光（CMSB,2852,主板工業產品組）截至2014年9月30日第三季淨利上揚76.6%至7千237萬9千令吉，驅動首9個月淨利升61.7%至1億7千739萬2千令吉新高。

多年來業績持續亮眼，砂州日光透過文告宣佈派息政策由以往30%調高至40%，每股最低派息2仙。

第三季營業額增長23.2%至4億1千306萬7千令吉；首9個月則增長18.9%至11億6千966萬8千令吉，前期9億8千409萬1千令吉。

稅前盈利貢獻來自前述兩大業務，其中洋灰業務稅前盈利，由7千487萬令吉增長23%至9千242萬令吉；建材與貿易業務稅前盈利由3千811萬令吉上揚33%至5千零60萬令吉，貿易業務上揚和回收壞賬為主因，同期建築與道路維修和產業也走揚。（星洲日報／財經）

提高股息振奮市場 砂日光全日漲15仙

（吉隆坡27日訊）砂日光（CMSB，2852，主要板工業）將股息派發率從30%提高至40%，股價應聲攀高。

砂日光以4.45令吉開盤無起落，在9點35分揚升8仙至4.53令吉，以4.52令吉掛休，增7仙；半日成交量88萬2600股。

該股午盤再發威，在3點22分上揚12仙至4.57令吉，並以全日最高水平4.60令吉掛收，漲15仙，成交量達235萬9900股。

該公司宣布，將股息派發率從30%提高至40%，進而將2015財年股息回酬從1.7%，提高至2.2%。

興業證券研究指出，具備龐大現金儲備的砂日光，可為該公司帶來不少提供高回酬的砂拉越計劃，包括砂拉越再生能源走廊（SCORE）計劃相關的商機。

另外，興業證券研究相信，洋灰業務是該公司的即時催化劑。

興業證券研究說，該公司在物流業務的實力，保持其在砂拉越洋灰市場的地位，相信可在今年作出亮眼的表現，尤其自2月中調高售價。

再者，該公司正在建設研磨廠，興業證券研究因而相信，可提高該公司在2016財年的獲利能力。

考量到更高的股息派發率，馬銀行投銀將投資評級從“守持”，上修至“買進”，目標價格從4令吉，調高至4.80令吉。

我們參與砂日光（CMSB，2852，主要板工業）業績匯報會后得知，管理層有信心本財年末季業績表現能保持良好，加上旗下很多工廠都能開始投產，相信都是股價潛在催化劑，我們對該股重申“買入”評級。

砂日光截至本財年9月底業績符合市場預期達79.2%，我們不排除該公司的2014全財年業績將超越市場預期。

砂日光總財務長賽義德指出，與OM Materials一起在砂拉越建造的首階段煉錳廠料能在明年次季開始投產，第2階段工程料將于明年首季動工。

我們看好，砂日光能直接和間接受惠于砂拉越再生能源走廊（SCORE）計劃。

磷酸鹽（Phosphate）聯營工廠第2階段工程順利進行，但竣工預測日期將延展至2017年首季。

但砂日光旗下的全新洋灰粉磨廠將在2016年次季投產。

此外，我們得知，擁有巨大現金儲備的砂日光正探討進入潛在投資活動，及合併的可能性。

砂日光也有空間提供30%股息回酬，獎勵股東。

（吉隆坡19日讯）砂查也马特（CMSB，2852，主板工业产品股）未来三年盈利看涨，因分析员看好其主要业务将获增长。

艾芬黄氏资本分析员认为，砂拉越近年来对于洋灰的需求高涨，促使砂查也马特自去年起，产能使用率维持超过90%的高水平，因此带动主要业务的表现。

该公司正增设一座产能达100万公吨的新洋灰厂房，以应付需求上涨，并预计2016年初投运，这将减少进口盈利赚幅较低的洋灰。

分析员指出，鉴于1月起，电费扬升19%，促使半岛洋灰制造商为了转嫁成本，在2月时提高平均销售价格，幅度介于5至9%。

但由于砂拉越电费并未调升，因此，该公司成本基本维持不变，但赚幅却获得增长。

OMS贡献11%净利

分析员认为，尽管令吉贬值会抵消掉煤炭价格下滑部分的正面效应，但仍会更进一步提升该公司明年洋灰业务的盈利赚幅。

“建筑材料及道路维修部分，因该州的工程市场及基本设施发展活跃，因此已带来盈利，而明年州政府将因2016年举办州选举，而加强基本设施的开销，这将让该公司的盈利更稳固。”

该公司持有20%股权的子公司OM材料（砂拉越）（简称OMS）的4个硅铁炉，于本财年末季已正式投运，而其余的12个将会在明财年次季前逐步投运。

基于硅铁炉70%的使用率，分析员预计，OMS在明财年将为砂查也马特捎来约11%的净利贡献。

该公司2014财年至2016财年的盈利将会很强劲，因此，分析员预测每年的盈利年均复增将达16%。

分析员上调评级至“买入”评级，目标价从4令吉，上修至4.30令吉。
