（吉隆坡25日讯）砂查也马特（CMSB，2852，主板工业产品股）次季净利增幅直逼719.46%，报6473万7000令吉或每股净利6.03仙。

砂查也马特今日向交易所报备，因建筑材料与贸易和水泥业务销售走低，加上建筑与道路维修业务营业额减少，营业额按年微跌2.64%，报3亿8827万3000令吉。

累计首半年，净利暴增876.58%至8739万4000令吉。

营业额写6亿7057万令吉，年跌10.08%。

“净利改善的主要推动力，是水泥、建筑和道路维修、建筑材料和贸易及产业发展业务。”

集团董事经理拿督理查德柯蒂斯指出，尽管原材料售价走低，加上私人和公共领域对建筑材料需求减少，但上述业务取得巨大的净利贡献，使2017财年业绩表现较上一个财年更出色。

公路维修合约获延半年
砂查也马特8770万入袋

砂查也马特向马交所报备，子公司CMS道路在2003年4月25日时，获得砂州政府颁发一张为期15年的公路维修合约。

而公司昨日收到当局来信，合约期将由明年1月1日起延长6个月，有效日期直到明年年6月30日。

公司指出，延长合约将获约8770万令吉，将积极贡献2018财年的净利。

较早前，砂查也马特公布第三季业绩。截至9月30日，公司净利按年增5.66%至6204万令吉，营业额按年则跌2.27%，报3亿4796万8000令吉。

行家建议:

我们对这项最新消息不感到惊讶，并有信心砂查也马特的公路维修合约能获得延长。

主要因为其工程记录完好、成本优势强，多年来已对厂房和机械大量资本支出，加上没有明确竞争对手争夺上述项目。

我们也不会过于关注预计将在明年6月前召开大选的结果，因为不管大选结果如何，公路维修合约依然是由州政府管辖。

砂拉越州大选通常是每5年召开一次，下一届大选料会在2021年举办。

无论如何，砂查也马特的合约获得延长，相信能为该股增添激励情绪；该股之前处于卖压。

有望获长期道路合约．砂日光不受选举影响

（吉隆坡6日讯）分析员认为，将在明年6月前举行的全国大选，不会为砂州元首敦泰益玛目属下砂州日光（CMSB，2852，主板工业产品组）带来任何影响。

大选料无影响

砂州日光获得砂州政府延长州际道路维修合约，分析员认为没有主要竞争者以及占据成本优势，该公司取得长期维修合约可能性高，获利前景受保障。

尽管传出有利好消息，但砂州日光股价不起反跌，全天最低一度下挫10仙或2.64%，惟后来收复失地，收在平盘价3令吉78仙，成交量也仅有41万7200股成交。

安联星展研究指出，对于该公司取得该道路维修合约并不感到意外，主要是砂州日光过去施工记录良好，主要厂房以及机械皆设在当地，成本具有竞争力以及该份合约没有明显竞争者。

大马投行研究表示，该份短期合约被颁发，是基于该公司尚未与砂州政府达成长期合约共识。该行认为6个月的合约，大约使该公司合理价增加1仙至4令吉46仙。

只不过，若砂州日光可以取得长达15年长期合约，则预测该公司合理价将取得额外35仙至4令吉80仙。

安联星展补充，不会过于担心来临第14届大选对砂州影响，主要是该特许经营权是由州政府所控制，砂拉越下一次举行大选期限则落在2021年。

该行认为，上述消息对砂州日光有利，相信可以提振早前面对卖压的股价表现。

大马投行指出，该公司未来利好因素包括：砂州多项基建工程开跑，洋灰和建材需求将走、稳定的建筑和道路维修工程业务，这包括泛婆罗州大道工程。

同时，该公司位于古晋与三马拉如（Salamaju）产业发展项目需求稳定，同时也有部份被低估地库有可能脱售，皆会改善公司表现。

（吉隆坡30日讯）砂查也马特（CMSB，2852，主板工业产品股）董事经理拿督理查柯蒂斯宣布退休，并将由集团营运总监拿督艾萨克露昆和吴志彬（译音）接任总执行长职位，分别掌管旗下企业和营运。

砂查也马特向交易所报备，上述人事变动将在明年1月1日起正式生效。

虽然今年66岁的理查柯蒂斯宣布退休，但仍将保留非独立非执行董事的职位。

根据文告，为了应对理查柯蒂斯退休一事，该公司决定调任艾萨克露昆为负责企业业务的集团总执行长。

而吴志彬则是负责掌管营运的集团总执行长。

砂查也马特主席丹斯里赛安华，通过文告对理查柯蒂斯超过11年的领导致谢。

他表示，60岁的艾萨克露昆和56岁的吴志彬，在砂查也马特工作已超过45年，过往与理查柯蒂斯合作也十分密切。【e南洋】

同期营业额涨30.8%，报5亿8818万6000令吉。

累计全年，净利则起27.2%至2亿1523万6000令吉；营业额增长3.6%，报16亿672万4000令吉。

砂查也马特向交易所报备，旗下四个业务均对净利作出贡献，分别是洋灰、建筑与道路、建材和贸易、以及产业发展业务。

砂查也马特掌管企业的集团总执行长拿督伊萨鲁坤通过文告表示，尽管市场和营运情况充满挑战，但集团2017财年的表现仍趋扬。

伊布拉可联营发展校舍

（吉隆坡9日讯）伊布拉可（IBRACO，5084，主板产业股）宣布，与CMS教育私人有限公司和HELP教育服务私人有限公司联营发展4层校舍，项目成本预计5000万令吉。

伊布拉可今日向交易所报备，联号公司Ibraco Help教育私人有限公司（简称IHE），已与砂查也马特（CMSB，2852，主板工业产品股）独资子公司CMS教育达成股东协议。

两家公司过后，将与伊布拉可签署建设和回租协议。由伊布拉负责在古晋一片面积达6英亩的土地，建设4层楼新校舍及体育设施后，回租该设施。

IHE与CMS教育，也与Help教育服务签署管理协议，委任后者负责在该校舍营运业务和管理学校。

CMS教育将迁入

且在新校舍建成后，CMS教育也将其位于Kasuma的Tunku Putra School，搬迁至新校舍。

IHE是伊布拉可和Help教育服务的联营公司，各持有49%和51%股权。【e南洋】
