（吉隆坡14日讯）柏利赛石油（PERISAI，0047，主板贸服股）宣布，以总值700万美元（约2296万令吉）收购起锚支援拖船（AHT）。

柏利赛石油通过文告表示，持有51%股权的子公司Intan岸外（纳闽）私人有限公司与Lewek Robin船务私人有限公司签署协议备忘录（MOA），收购名为Lewek Robin的起锚支援拖船。

公司指出，将通过贷款方式支付其中455万美元（约1492万令吉）；Intan岸外已获得该笔贷款，偿还期限长达7年。

而剩余的245万美元（约803万令吉），则通过卖方信贷支付。

今日，Lewek Robin船务通知Intan岸外，已委任卖方信贷给相关公司Emas岸外（大马）私人有限公司。

双方将会在Intan岸外还清贷款后，再洽谈有关卖方信贷的偿还细节。

在收购完成后，Intan岸外将会出租起锚支援拖船给Emas岸外，直到贷款还清为止，而每日租金为2600美元（约8528令吉）。【南洋网财经】

貝利賽購船難消疑慮

（吉隆坡17日訊）貝利賽（PERISAI,0047,主板貿服組）旗下51%子公司以700萬美元（約2千294萬令吉）收購一艘錨定處理拖船（AHTS），隨後以每日2千600美元租給E m a s岸外（馬）私人有限公司，為期7年。

分析
分析員認為，雖然購船有利貝利賽，但受營運開銷增加、服務收費減少等影響，看淡2014財政年展望。

馬銀行研究指出，收購新船後，該公司離岸服務船艦將擴至9艘，僅可望小幅提振盈利表現。

該行估計新船的股本回酬為17%，並以94萬9千美元營業額、38萬9千美元折舊開銷（為期18年）、15萬美元（3%利率）利息開銷推算，新船的常年淨利貢獻為41萬令吉，以51%持股計，該公司可獲得67萬8千令吉淨利。

興業研究認為，E3船艦及Rubicone流動岸外產油單位（MOPU）合約尚未更新，決定調低2014財政年財測22%，並在看好自升式鑽井平台收費調高下，將2015財政年調高15%。

安聯研究則表示，E3船艦及Rubicone流動岸外產油單位的合約更新問題至今懸而未決，自升式鑽井平台長期合約收費可能下滑，加上營運開銷增加，決定下修2014至2015財政年盈利預測10至17.7%，目標價也由1令吉58仙調低至1令吉28仙。（星洲日報／財經）




净利贡献不显著　柏力赛购油船看法中和

（吉隆坡17日讯）虽然柏力赛石油（PERISAI，0047，主板贸服股）上周宣佈以700万美元（约2292万令吉）买下一艘名为Lewek Robin的新油船，但预计不会在2014年作出明显的净利贡献，而其他油船能否获得新租约亦未明朗。       

柏力赛石油上周五（14日）宣佈，其持有51%股权的子公司--Intan岸外和Lewek Robin船务公司签下一项谅解备忘录，以700万美元收购一艘名为Lewek Robin的油船。

由於是项收购不会带来明显净利贡献，大部份分析员对此抱持中和看法。

租约前景不明朗

丰隆研究分析员表示，他对上述收购持中和看法，因为新油船在2014財政年只会带来低於1%的净利贡献。在这之后，Intan岸外公司旗下的油船將增至9艘。

与此同时，马银行金英投行分析员指出，Lewek Robin油船预计可以取得17%的股东回酬率（ROE），以及每年41万美元净利。

因此，按柏力赛石油持有Intan岸外公司的51%股权计算，每年料取得30.3万美元（约67.8万令吉）净利。

另外，拉昔胡申研究分析员说，他將柏力赛石油2014財政年的净利预测大砍22%，原因有2个。

其一是其移动岸外生產油船（MOPU）--Rubicone未来6个月没有接下任何工作，而新租约的细节需稍作修改。其二便是其铺管船--Enterprise 3也將在2014財政年上半年候命，直到5月尾的季候风季节。

此外，丰隆研究分析员认为，Rubicone和Enterprise 3爭取新租约的前景並不明朗。

「由於柏力赛石油可能会在2015財政年卖掉Enterprise 3，我们乐观看待Rubicone可获得新租约，皆因边际油田將带动这一类资產的需求。」

他补充，柏力赛石油目前正与Talisman公司联手竞標PM-99油井合约，假如得標便可让Rubicone派上用场。

丰隆研究、拉昔胡申研究和马银行金英投行均维持柏力赛石油的「买进」评级。

丰隆研究和马银行金英投行分別將其目標价维持在2.06令吉和1.95令吉。

未獲新租船合約‧貝利賽財測下調

（吉隆坡7日訊）貝利賽（PERISAI,0047,主板貿服組）即將公佈2014年首季業績，預料表現疲弱，主要是旗下船只合約時機改變，而受到船只閑置拖累，導致分析員削減其未來3年淨利預測，惟在進軍油氣生產及鑽油業務領域後，該公司長期業務展望仍受看好。

黃氏唯高達指出，隨著貝利賽旗下-Rubicon移動岸外生產配置（MOPU）及Enterprise3輸送管鋪設駁船合約，在去年9月13日到期後即閑置，每個月蒙受約250萬令吉的開支（保養、停泊及利息成本等），至今尚未攫取新合約。

預料貝利賽旗下的Perisai Kamelia浮式生產儲油船，將貢獻強勁的重复性現金流，以抵消盈利空檔，預料它在2014年財政年貢獻約56%盈利。

該行指出，貝利賽於2014年次季首次接收貝利賽太平洋101升降式鑽油台，預料將可獲得鑽油合約，並在下半年作出盈利貢獻。

首季業績料欠佳

由於預期今年首季業績欠佳，該行將其2014年至2016年淨利預測分別削減23%、8%及8%，至7千100萬令吉、1億4千600萬令吉，及1億6千700萬令吉。

(吉隆坡9日訊）PERISAI石油科技（PERISAI，0047，主要板工業）持有51%股權的子公司獲頒提供升降式鑽油台（jack-up drilling rig）合約。

該公司向馬證交所報備，旗下PERISAI岸外私人有限公司獲得由馬石油勘探私人有限公司頒發為期3年合約。前者將在這段時間提供Perisai Pacific 101升降式鑽油台給后者。

報備文告指出，PERISAI岸外私人有限公司也會負責所需工程，但Hercules岸外有限公司則被指定進行鑽井營運活動和維修工作。

PERISAI石油科技（PERISAI，0047，主要板貿易）總值逾5億令吉的3年鑽孔合約細節出爐，但每日出租率低于預期，我們雖下修盈利預測，但2015財年盈利具揚升空間，故把合理價從2.05令吉上修至2.07令吉，維持“買入”建議。

PERISAI石油科技旗下PERISAI岸外私人有限公司，上週獲馬石油勘探（Petronas Carigali）頒發3年合約，提供首個升降式鑽油台（jack-up drilling rig）Perisai Pacific 101給馬石油勘探，相等于14萬4292美元（約46.75萬令吉）的每日出租率，比我們預測的低12%。

保守估計，該公司預計2015財年次季移交的第2個升降式鑽油台Perisai Pacific 102的出租率也將類似。

興業研究認為，貝利賽旗下的浮動生產儲油卸油船只（FPSO）-Kamelia，及升降鑽油平台-PP101將推動2014年財政年全年盈利表現。管理層正為旗下閑置的流動岸外生產資產-Rubicone，以及井架裝置駁船-企業3（E3）尋找新合約。

該行將貝利賽2014及2015年淨利預測保持不變，分別為5千900萬以及1億6千500萬令吉。

丰隆研究預料下半年表現將轉強，主要是升降鑽油平台及E3的盈利貢獻，料可達該行全年淨利預測6千380萬令吉，惟落後市場的8千零90萬令吉預測。

貝利賽為大馬第二大的升降鑽油平台經營者，至2016年時料擁有3座的鑽油平台。隨著未來一、二年有14個外國升降鑽油平台合約到期，預料貝利賽將很有機會取得新合約。

達證券預測其Rubicone在2015財政年下半年才取得新合約，因此將2014及2015年淨利預測下調20%及12%，至8千190萬及1億5千590萬令吉。

新钻油台月底移交 柏利赛下半年添动力

（吉隆坡12日讯）柏利赛石油（PERISAI，0047，主板贸服股）的PP101升降式钻油平台，将在本月底完工并移交，这个新平台料可成为该公司的下半年营业额增长动力。

联昌国际投行研究指出，PP101已接获国油探勘为期3年，总值1亿5800万美元（约5亿0514万令吉）的合约，将在8月中提供服务。

该项租船合约的日租费为14万4292令吉美元（约46万令吉），与市价行情相符。

“这项合约将可成为柏利赛石油下半年的盈利增长动力之一。”

该行预计旗下的钻油平台———PP101与柏利赛Kamelia，明年将为公司贡献23%的净利。

报告指出，柏利赛石油的另外两个升降式钻油平台，分别将在明年次季以及2016年第三季完工并移交。

跨足小型油田领域

另一方面，该公司也计划将业务范围延伸至小型油田领域。

柏利赛石油表明，若有机会取得小型油田计划，将会根据相关用途打造适合的船只，如浮式生产储卸油轮（简称FPSO）或移动式海上采油生产装备（MOPU）。

该行建议投资者趁低累积该股，给予柏利赛石油“买入”

投资评级，并根据16.4倍本益比计算，将目标价由2.28令吉，上调至2.37令吉。【南洋网财经】

推動下半年表現‧貝利賽爭取新合約

（吉隆坡19日訊）貝利賽（PERISAI,0047,主板貿服組）預見租船率持穩及所有資產貢獻，下半年表現有望比上半年佳。

該公司董事經理再諾依傑在股東大會後表示，正積極為兩項閑置資產爭取新合約，一旦成功獲取新合約，加上鑽井合約將在下一季開始，料有助業績於下半年回彈。

“顧客因各種問題影響，還未決定新合約，目前分別與3至4個潛在顧客洽談流動岸外生產船（OSV）Rubicone及井駕裝置駁船-企業3的新合約，服務區域為亞洲市場，希望儘快獲取這些合約。”

他補充，Rubicone合約將超過1年，企業3合約期限則較短。

“在浮動生產儲油卸油船隻（FPSO）全年表現、即將開始運作的Rubicone、E3及自升式鑽井平台貢獻之下，下半年表現有望比上半年佳。”

船隻閑置拖累業績蒙虧

貝利賽今年第一季受船隻閑置拖累，淨虧損298萬9千令吉。

至於租船率，他認為市場正面情緒，船租有望持穩，主要是區域市場供需平衡，目前油價若持續維持現有水平（110美元），船艦需求量將維持健康。

船艦規模方面，目前該公司共有8艘流動岸外生產船，第三季將接收1架新船。

另外，生產及建築部門也各有2項及1項資產，並已訂購3架自升式鑽井平台，預計每年接收一架，從2014至2016年止。

這3架自升式鑽井平台造價成本19億令吉，分三年交貨。
