都不知道为什么这么容易就可以骗人的钱??我们太容易相信他们了

    相信,是人性的美德。如果没有信任,根本就不会有商业或交易。这种人会有报应,会被诅咒,给人找到她们,肯定会被打!!

我在想我们要不要学中国那样人肉搜索她们出来!!

    她就是利用我们相信她所以就一步一步把我们给吃了。她从六月就开始骗钱了,只可惜我们都是被骗了才来这里看看,才知道原来很多人都被她骗了。她在这里骗了蛮大数目的钱,我被她骗400,有的是450,600++,1000的也有哦

她真的很坏很坏,你有她的电话号码吗??

lz,那may1234又开新户口来骗人了。。。
她买假美丽日记面膜,让我发现,就要我先寄回给你。。。
然后再寄给我真品。。。
她不但没寄给我, 还一直骗我说她没收到。。。

版主,我的报警有用吗?
因为我有她的2个户口(1个是跟妈妈连名的),她家完整地址,2 hp no, 她回我收不到masks的SMS我还留着。。。
我还有那pos express trace no和bank transfer slip。。。

不会吧。。。我也是迟了整个月才报案的。。。你去报案时跟他们讲这个老千已经有人报案了的,他们check一下应该就会看到我的report了的!在森美兰州的。。。当你看到老千的名字打在报案纸上时。。。哇~超爽!

我想提出一个几乎每个买家都不会注意的问题,除了龟毛的我

不晓得版主们有没有注意,是不是应该考虑定制一些有关邮费的条规。

那就是scam邮费.

很多买家不清楚邮费,卖家说多少就付多少。
尤其离谱的是衣服和包包卖场, 都是以件来收费,而不是以实际重量收费,而,买家在收到货后就往往没有看快递收据就丢了(poslaju 都有打印价钱及重量在收据, 除了是有户口的卖家)

poslaju 邮费是可以查看他们的网页, 首500g 最低消费,然后从就每250gm 起跳。
而私人快递(如果卖家用私人快递的都一定是有户口),最近起价了,我想大约是首2-3 公斤 - RM8-RM12, 注意哦,是首2-3 公斤哦,但是很多卖家都是来下面这一套。。。


第一件/第1个包 - 7.00, 每加一件多加RM1.00 / RM2.00


例子如下 :
交易方式:
POS LAJU 西马+ RM7 东马+ RM 10
♥邮寄方式♥
POSLAJU              
西马 首500g = RM9(超过500g另计)《----有没有很离谱?
东马 首500g = RM15(超过500g另计)

西马
首500g    RM6
接下来的每250g 加 RM2 (poslaju 每加250 gm 的收费应该是1.25, 如果重量是700gm 的话,应该是RM6.9, 而不应该是RM8.00)

卖东西都已经有在赚钱了,为什么还要骗那点小钱呢?也不对,极少成多,1-2个是小钱,人数多的话就很多钱。。

这是从本地一个很有名的购物网站抄来的

Please charge a reasonable rate for shipping and handling which you buyer will not view it as a scam. The lower the better.

Your must indicate your shipping plus handling should be added together and inserted  in  the  shipping  field provided,  this should be the final shipping charges.

还有一提, 有关卖家手册,以下的也是送该网站抄过来供大家参考。

我觉得应该有卖家手册来保障买家,



Guideline : Sellers' Responsibility When Delivering Goods
Guideline established since 13-08-04

As a seller, it is yours responsibility to make sure your buyers always get what they paid for, all the time. If you can’t do it, you can either learn from your mistake, or quit right now.

1. Item Not Received

  • a. If you send out item to your customer, you are responsible to ensure the goods get to the hand of your buyers within reasonable time frame. --- (卖家们都会注明 “邮寄途中的损坏本店一概不负责。“, 这应该吗?)
  • b. If the item not received by your buyers, it is still the seller’s responsible to find out why and the whereabouts of your goods. Your role as a seller is not completed until your buyers get what they pay for.
  • ( 部分负责任的卖家会叫顾客自己打电话poslaju - 1300XXXXXX, 要不然就拿出证据证明真的已经寄出,这对买家没保障)
  • c. Do not give any reason to your buyers till you find out what’s wrong. Providing courier tracking number is a good way, but if the item did not get delivered to their hand, please check out with your courier and update your buyers, buyers is not suppose to take on your role of checking out if it is not arrive.
  • d. If you can’t trust your buyers, you can opt to send the goods to lelong office for a fees or any third party appointed by you which is agreeable by buyers.
  • e. If you sent out your goods and it is found that the item had been replaced during transportation, buyer have right not to accept your items and as a customer to your courier company, you should question them to get back your goods or claim.
2. Item Received Damage / Broken / Not Working due to mishandling of courier services.
  • a. As a seller, when you pack your goods, you should already know how the Pos / Courier people might mishandle your goods, such as throwing them during loading and uploading from truck to truck.
  • b. Please pack your item with protective material to protect your goods from any possible damage by mishandling during transportation. We have too many complaints that people like to use this as an excuses.
  • c. Be it right or wrong, at this point in time, we can only hold the seller responsible for the item sent, if any buyer received your item and it was broken, not working, as a seller, please claim your damage from your courier company, and not letting your "customers" suffer from this.

  • d. If the item are confirm damage during the delivery or transportation, seller have to either refund the payment to buyers or collect the item back from buyers, re-deliver a replacement or full refund. Buyers should not bare any of this cost. If you want to claim any of this, please do it to your courier company. You paid them, remember, they did not do their jobs.
  • e. Buyer should not entertain any request from seller to claim from courier. It is the seller’s responsibility to claim from Courier Company.

  • f. If seller refuse to cooperate and still insist to await decision from courier company, we will then suspend the account till result are obtain or claim had been issue to buyers by respective courier company.
3. Never Ask Your Buyers to Ship item Back to Your Overseas Supplier (somewhere else on earth).

As a seller, you are responsible for your own products, no matter where you get your goods, if you buyer were to return any products to you, our buyers will only send back to you within Malaysia. Not overseas. No buyers need to agreed to your terms even if you stated in your posting, if you did state that, pls change or you are violating our selling guideline.

If you do not agree to the above minimum guideline, which is too much for you, you should quit right now, online business is not for you at this moment. Online business is very competitive and required a lot of work than physical shop, and it focus a lot more on customer services than you can imagine. But the return is great.

我要投诉,为了这件事情,我特地开了一个户口,因为一直以来,我都是通过SMS和卖家买包包。事情是这样的,我在24-9-2010向 QPig买了RM35的包包,加上邮费RM9,总共是RM44。第二天,我收到包包后,很开心,就马上打开包裹来看,结果我发现包包的拉链坏了,不能拉,所以我马上SMS卖家告诉她这件事情,她并没有马上回复我,第二天,我再一次SMS她,她才给我回应,她说包包可以换,所以我花了RM12的邮费把包包寄回给卖家,今天卖家SMS我,说要我再付RM9的邮费给她,我看了SMS后马上打电话给他,说我不想要那个包包了,因为包包不是我弄坏的,不是我的错,为什么要我多付邮费,她听到我这么说,就说等一下再打给我,就收线了。过后,她SMS我说不能退款,如果我不付RM9的邮费,就叫我选一个RM29以下的包包,我就回她,将心比心,如果她是我,她会怎样?她就SMS我说如果我坚持要退款,她只可以还RM20给我,请问大家,这样合理吗?我为了这个包包,我已经花了RM21的邮费,如果再付RM9, 那我不是花了RM30买了一个价值RM35的包包,如果坚持退款,我只被退还RM20,那我不是亏了RM36。卖家说她出货前有检查包包,问题是我一打开包裹,拿出包包来看,拉链就不能拉。我很常通过佳礼网站买包包,可是这是我第一次遇到这种事情,我想请问大家,如果是你们,你们会怎样处理?
