UBS v.s QnE v.s MYOB

想问问大家的意见。。
到底哪一个software好用。。

UBS: 要买的话我就需要两个module, “Inventory" & "Accounting", 一个module 就需要RM1.3k++

QnE: 没有分module的，不需要好像UBS酱做posting的，还蛮方便的, UI也还可以。。好过UBS..可是价钱要整RM3k!!

MYOB: 外国software, 也是不需要posting的， UI 好过QnE,"Accounting" 价钱才需要RM1.3k++ , "Premium" 也不过RM2k++

Features wise我真的没有idea了。。。看起来好像MYOB赢很多酱， 价钱反而便宜过UBS 和QnE两个local software..真是奇怪。。。不懂是不是有什么hidden charges...
请各位给给意见。。。是不是MYOB比较没有酱多features..

MYOB 有很多限度，因为是 Australia software, alot of thing you cant edit, is not flexible, but UBS is flexible

UBS 找旧的 2 in 1 smartlock 就可以了。（Inventory + Accounting)

Hi, definitely MYOB got less features than QnE and UBS. MYOB is only design for very small companies that use basic accounting features only. below are the features that you can find it in QnE only:

1. Serial Number Control
2. Batch Number Control
3. Revaluate your foreign bank account (unrealized forex gain/loss)
3. DIY SMS (e.g. you can sent SMS to your customers to inform their outstanding or overdue invoices and last payment date, amount etc.)
4. Scheduler (you can set reminder to remind your user which report to print and when)
5. Financial Advisor (a module that analyze your business whether it is healthy or not, e.g. how many days average it takes your company to collect your payment from your customers and what is the market standard etc.)

我用过QNE和UBS。

UBS需要double posting，所以需要一定的accounting knowledge。没记错的话每年还有一定的费用需要付，而且价钱以module来计算。

QNE比较简单和方便使用。Friendly User Interface， Posting Account 是 preset 的，所以没有accounting基础的员工也容易上手同时也能减低出错。而且改任何transaction的步骤并不复杂，但你必须有access right。

QNE售价是以package计算，每个package include不同的modules，看你要用到什么modules。价钱包括 onsite installation，training 和一年的maintenance support。长远计算的话比较划算。
