ACQUISITION BY MY E.G. SERVICES BERHAD OF 22 STOREYS OF STRATIFIED PARCELS AT ICONIC OFFICE (BLOCK N) AT EMPIRE CITY @ DAMANSARA, PETALING JAYA FOR AN AGGREGATE PURCHASE CONSIDERATION OF RM155,346,600 ("ACQUISITION")
We refer to the announcements dated 8 May 2015, 9 July 2015, 10 July 2015 and 27 July 2015 in relation to the Acquisition (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used here shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, CIMB wishes to announce that the completion of the Acquisition has been delayed as the Vendor has not completed the construction of the Property and will not be able to obtain the CCCs by 31 December 2015 in accordance with the SPA dated 8 May 2015. The Acquisition is now expected to complete in the first quarter of 2016.
MY E.G. SERVICES BERHAD ("the Company" or "MYEG") - INCORPORATION OF A NEW SUB SUBSIDIARY, CARDBIZ ESERVICES SDN BHD
The Company wishes to announce that CardBiz Holding Sdn Bhd, a 55% owned subsidiary of MY E.G. Capital Sdn Bhd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had on 20 January 2016, incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary known as CardBiz eServices Sdn Bhd ("CardBiz eServices") under the Companies Act, 1965.
CardBiz eServices has an authorised share capital of RM400,000.00 comprising 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and the issued and paid-up share capital is RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.
Its intended principal activities would be software customization and development.
The above incorporation does not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company and has no material effect on the earnings and net assets of MYEG Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2016.
None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of MYEG, or persons connected to such director and/or substantial shareholder has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said incorporation.
MY E.G. Services Berhad ("MYEG" or "the Company")- Letter of Appointment from Celcom Mobile Sdn. Bhd.
The Board of Directors of MYEG (“the Board”) is pleased to announce that MYEG has received a Letter of Appointment from Celcom Mobile Sdn. Bhd. (“Celcom”) for the appointment of MYEG as Celcom’s Direct Channel Partner to promote, market and distribute products and services to end users (“the Appointment”).
With the Appointment, MYEG will be able to leverage on Celcom’s network to complement its existing services and to roll out new services in future.
The Appointment is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings and net assets of MYEG and its subsidiaries.

MY E.G. SERVICES BERHAD ("MY EG" or "the Company")- Courier Service License
The Board of Directors of MYEG is pleased to announce that the Company has been granted a Courier Service License (“License”) by the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (“MCMC”) on 3 February 2016 pursuant to the Postal Service Act, 1991.
The License is for a period of 3 years effective from 1 January 2016 and subjected to yearly renewal with the MCMC.
The License would enable MYEG to expand its E-Fulfillment Service which uses its own proprietary biometric verification technology and it is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings and net assets of MYEG and its subsidiaries.
MY E.G. SERVICES BERHAD ("MYEG" OR "COMPANY")- LETTER OF APPOINTMENT FROM THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS IN RELATION TO THE MANAGEMENT OF ILLEGAL FOREIGN WORKERS FOR REHIRING PROGRAMME
The announcement made by MYEG on 4 September 2015 and 8 September 2015 refer. Unless otherwise stated all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as stated in the announcements.
The Board of Directors of MYEG wishes to announce that the Company had on 11 February 2016 received a letter of appointment from the Ministry of Home Affairs in relation to the management of illegal foreign workers for the rehiring programme (“Project”).
The letter of appointment dated 11 February 2016 will supersede the appointment letter dated 4 September 2015. All terms and conditions as stated in the earlier letter will be replaced with the new conditions as stated in the letter dated 11 February 2016.
The Project has no fixed value as it is dependent on the number of illegal foreign workers successfully registered.
The Project will take effect from 15 February 2016 till 15 August 2016 and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the Company for the financial years ending 30 June 2016 and 2017 respectively.
None of the directors and/or major shareholders and persons connected with a director or major shareholder has any interest, direct or indirect, in this Project.

The Company wishes to announce that MY E.G. Capital Sdn Bhd, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had on 19 February 2016, incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary known as MY E.G. Payment Services Sdn. Bhd. ("MYEG Payment Services") under the Companies Act, 1965.
MYEG Payment Services has an authorised share capital of RM400,000.00 comprising 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and the issued and paid-up share capital is RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.
Its intended principal activities would be providing financing, leasing or hire purchase services.
The above incorporation does not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company and has no material effect on the earnings and net assets of MYEG and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 30 June 2016.
None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of MYEG, or persons connected to such director and/or substantial shareholder has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said incorporation.
