The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the Manager of Axis-REIT, wishes to announce that the Trustee has, on behalf of Axis-REIT, completed the Proposed Acquisition of the Property situated at Klang, Selangor from Lion Steelworks Sdn Bhd.

The acquisition of the Property has been completed today in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 24 December 2019.
