大众被收購，不是不可能，但目前听起来，有点不可思议。
对，tan sri 的健康对大众有直接影响。

可这么多年来，大众的良好业绩，已把它的根基打稳了。何况Tay ah Lek 还在呀。

不知各位前辈高手，量衡了他的好坏，大众还能不能继续投资，继续买进呢？还有，大众还没公布2010的分红呢，不知分红会好吗？

目前：　
大众银行 ： 13.34/3.7214 ： 3.58 倍 　
          CIMB ： 8.30 / 3.13 ： 2.65倍

就算是 CIMB 去到 9.00 也只有 9.00/ 3.13 ： 2.88　， 假设 CIMB 是 3.58倍 的话， 股价将去到 ：RM　１１.２０！

大众的price to book value大多都站在3倍以上和pe16的
也要考虑到，public 的roe是26
cimb的roe很像是15%
public cost to income是30.7%（21亿最新）
cimb是50%（50亿，去年）

想问大家觉不觉得分股1:68对小股东来说不如分现金好，因为1/68要收多久才收到1，零碎买又要被拆价，不如分现金股息实再

我倒觉得share dividend没有什么不错。对短期的人来说当然不好，但对长期投资来说会很好，因为这样无形中增加你股票的数量，而加了数量，股息也相对的提高。

ROE 2009=basic earning 2009/Net assets 2008=73.3/284.2=0.258
但年报,Net return on equity=26.1
虽然近了，但还是不太对，也不懂那里出问题!!

他的roe的算法是有点不同的
是用今年的eps/去年的nta
如，2009的roe
是2009年的eps/2008年的nta
今年（2010的roe）
是2010的eps/2009的nta，
我觉得这样算会比较正确。不可以拿今年的nta来算roe，是因为资本是用去年的，而不是今年的。

如果我在2/10过后卖掉所有的大众股票，会有股息吗？
还是说我一定要hold到2/23，才会有股息？？
还有题目“2nd Interim Franked Cash Dividend 25% Less Tax & 8% Single Tier Cash Dividend ”
后面的8%~~~~~dividend是什么意思？？？

1）10号卖，就有股息了。。但股息会在23号才进户口
2）8% 是八仙的不需扣税的股息咯
