T7全球获蚬壳1500万合约
2017年4月29日
（吉隆坡28日讯）T7全球（T7 Global，7228，主板贸服股）宣布，获砂拉越蚬壳公司颁发总值1500万令吉的一揽子合约。
根据昨日发表的文告，丹绒Fircroft私人有限公司获砂拉越蚬壳颁发得标书（LOA），以供应专业人才。
丹绒Fircroft是丹绒岸外服务私人有限公司的联号公司；而丹绒岸外服务则是T7全球的独资子公司。
丹绒Fircroft将在合约期限内，供应100%本地人力资源。
为期2年的合约将从今年3月开始，可选择延长1年。
丹绒岸外服务私人有限公司总执行长莫哈末萨比里说：“上述合约，证明了T7全球作为国际岸外油田服务供应商的专业与能力。“
国油勘探延长合约
另外，丹绒岸外服务也获国油勘探延长合约。2015年1月15日，丹绒岸外服务获国油勘探颁发为期2年的合约，并于今年1月14日截止。
丹绒岸外服务将继续履行义务，因为该合约获延长一年，从今年1月16日起生效，直至2018年1月15日截止。 【e南洋】

油气维修护航．业务多元化．T7全球冀今年转盈
（吉隆坡17日讯）尽管油气相关业务前景仍挑战重重，T7全球（T7GLOBAL，7228，主板贸服组）（前名丹绒岸外）油气维修保养业务护航，同时开展业务多元化之旅，经连续两季转盈后，寄望这个财政年转亏为盈。
T7全球主席拿督斯里聂诺斯鲁披露，迄今有6亿令吉订单在握，今年也竞标10亿令吉油气服务工程，对全年转亏为盈谨慎乐观。
“T7全球已在第四季与今年首季扭转亏损，我们寄望全年也转亏为盈。”
考量派息
该公司不仅业务向好，该名主席在股东大会后欣然指出，公司也无负债及有现金在手，因而未来会考量派息回馈股东。
出席新闻发布会者尚包括副执行主席丹斯里陈建顺、集团首席执行员兼执行董事拉曼山苏丁、集团企业财务主管陈凯郓。
前身为丹绒岸外，嗣后品牌重塑至T7全球，除了仍专注上下游之油气服务业，第二营收来源来自工业与油气市场制造和行销惰性气体产生器；最终寄望在油气业务为核心，全体7项业务驰骋全球7大洲。
截至2016年12月31日止财政年，该集团资产负债盈亏表健全，资产1.858亿，股本1.217亿令吉，5440万令吉现金优先用于撷取商机。
转型至宇航业务
该集团也转型至宇航业务，独资子公司T7Aero有限公司，5月9日与KOV有限公司签联营协议设立T7Kilgour有限公司，持股各60%与40%，以涉金属处理。
KOV股东包括Kilgour金属处理有限公司（Kilgour），上述联营后该联营公司是Kilgour中、日以外的亚太独家代理。
“该项金属处理可用于宇航、油气业、汽车业、生物医药等。”他预计2018至2019年间，上述金属处理业务将开始贡献，终极目标也会生产供宇航用途的金属处理。
他说，配合政府的工业4.0政策，这项联营将向高加值制造业迈进。
他指出，目前油气相关与其他业务保持在70%与30%，若因全球页岩油增产打乱步伐而使油价不能如预期的一两年内攀至每桶65美元，则会更加凌厉多元化至油气相关建筑乃至教育培训业务。
他说，即便目前油气业务严峻，该集团专注于维修保养与下游油气业务，表现仍比同侪更有持续性；其次是其油气相关行销也连续两季有利可图。
“公司持续进行成本管控，和加强营运效益。”

T7全球半价卖希尔教育67%
2017年6月2日
（吉隆坡1日讯）T7全球（T7Global，7228，主板贸服股）以8万3750令吉，半价脱售希尔教育集团（Hills Education Group）67%股权。
该公司今日向交易所报备，昨日与阿内斯德斯蒙德及依敏兰阿希，签约脱售希尔教育集团67万股普通股。
去年9月15日，T7全球（前称丹绒岸外）以16万7000令吉，收购上述股权。
当时，该公司称，观察到教育和培训业务有着潜在的商机，因此决定进军该领域。
完成交易后，希尔教育集团不再是T7全球的子公司。
T7全球预计，该脱售不会对今财年的每股净资产、负债和资本有任何重大影响。【e南洋】

竞标10亿合约
T7全球现财年可续获利

（吉隆坡12日讯）T7全球（T7Global，7228，主板贸服股）截至今年3月尾，连续两季录得盈利，因此看好现财年可保持佳绩。
该公司全球执行主席拿督斯里聂诺斯鲁与霍尼韦尔（Honeywell）国际私人有限公司昨日签署经销合约后透露，早前所获得的合约，接下来几年可让公司持续忙碌。
现有订单达5亿令吉，目前竞标中项目总值高达10亿令吉。
聂诺斯鲁还透露，T7全球正在竞标几个项目，价值达数十亿令吉。
T7全球是国际岸外油田服务供应商，主要服务对象为油气领域的上游和下游业者。最近也多元化业务到航空工业和教育领域。
5月11日，T7全球宣布与Kilgour金属处理有限公司的子公司KOV有限公司，以60:40的持股比率进行联营，进驻高价值的金属处理生产领域。
“航空工业方面，目前我们与Kilgour计划建立金属处理厂，期望在1年半以内可贡献公司营业额。”
询及去年12月与教育机构商谈合作关系事宜，聂诺斯鲁指出，还在讨论，但已有候选人名单。【e南洋】

入股TEGL 9.8%
T7全球探讨珀斯油气商机
2017年7月26日
（吉隆坡25日讯）T7全球（T7Global，7228，主板贸服股）以50万美元（约215万令吉）收购Triangle Energy Global（TEGL）有限公司约9.8%股权。
T7全球今日向交易所报备，与Tamarind Classic Resources私人有限公司签署协议，买下TEGL的1647万5965股。
TEGL是一家在澳洲上市的油气生产商及勘探商，在澳洲及印尼营运资产。
在珀斯盆地，TEGL持有Cliff Head 油田的78.75%股权，其中包括岸上Arrowsmith 固化厂及管道。
目前，Cliff Head油田每日生产1300桶油，并由Arrowsmith固化厂处理。
T7全球表示，将通过内部资金融资上述收购活动。
上述投资将让公司探讨位于澳洲珀斯北部，珀斯盆地油气区域的商机。
T7全球公司执行副主席丹斯里陈建顺表示：“根据TEGL在勘探、开发以及营运的记录，我们认为该公司是一家稳健的企业。”

INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of T7 Global Berhad ("T7 Global" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tanjung Offshore Services Sdn. Bhd. ("TOS"), which signed the contract agreement on 31 March 2017 from MMC Gamuda KVMRT (UGW) Joint Venture are currently executing its first contract for MRT Line 2 ("Contract").
2. VALUE AND DURATION OF THE CONTRACT The Contract is valued at approximately RM2.2 million. The Contract is from the date of the Letter of Award until completion of the construction which is expected to complete by end November 2017.
3. RISK FACTORS Risk factors affecting the award include execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower and regulatory conditions. Nevertheless, TOS will undertake all the necessary efforts to mitigate the various risks factors identified. Throughout the years, TOS has established its track record and expertise to undertake and execute similar project.
4. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The Contract will have no effect on the issued share capital of the Company and is expected to contribute positively towards the earnings and net assets per share of T7 Global for the financial year ending 31 December 2017.
5. DIRECTORS' AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS' INTERESTS None of the Directors and/or major shareholders and/or persons connected with the Directors and/or major shareholders of T7 Global has any direct or indirect interest in the Contract.
6. STATEMENT BY DIRECTORS The Board of Directors of the Company, having taken into consideration all aspects of the Contract, is of the opinion that the Contract is in the best interest of the Company and its subsidiaries.

T7全球澳洲发现石油
另获720万本地合约
2017年9月19日
（吉隆坡18日讯）T7全球（T7Global，7228，主板贸服股）投资的Triangle能源（全球）有限公司在珀斯盆地（Perth Basin）的Xanadu-1油井发现石油。
同时，集团亦通过子公司，从国家石油和马矿业-金务大KVMRT（UGW）联营公司，获得两项总值大约720万令吉的合约。
Triangle能源今日通过文告宣布，成功在Xanadu-1油井找到油气储层，可开采1亿6000万桶石油。当地为珀斯盆地最大的未经勘探石油资源。
此外，Triangle能源在9月9日宣布，通过首次公开募股活动（IPO）方式，参与新成立的澳洲上市公司-State Gas。前者将贡献出昆士兰的Reid’s Dome资产。
根据IPO发售价，Triangle能源持有的股权价值为960万澳元（约3216万令吉）。
T7全球在今年7月以50万美元（约215万令吉），收购Triangle能源9.86%股权。
供应边佳兰人力
另一方面，T7全球独资子公司Tanjung岸外服务私人有限公司从PRPC公共事业及设备私人有限公司获得一项大约500万令吉的合约。
Tanjung岸外服务将在边佳兰（Pengerang）的临时公用、链接及工地（UIO）提供人力服务，直至明年12月，并拥有延长1年的选择权。
同时，该公司亦从马矿业-金务大KVMRT（UGW）联营公司获得捷运第二条路线合约，价值约220万令吉。
根据这项合约，该公司将在陈秀连（Chan Sow Lin）和大马城（Bandar Malaysia）北站翻新现有的钢制储存槽，以及供应、制造、安装新钢制储存槽与相关工程。
这项合约预计在今年11月底完成，且对集团截至12月31日财年每股净利及净资产带来贡献。【e南洋】
