（吉隆坡2日讯）T7全球（T7GLOBAL，7228，主板贸服股）建议通过私下配售，发出最多4197万股或不多于已发行股本10%的新股，预计最多可筹集1553万令吉。

T7全球向马交所报备，截至今日缴足股本为1亿689万3330令吉，共3亿8154万5786股。

根据文告，每股配售价将不多于T7全球的5日交易量加权平均市价的10%折价。

该公司预计，假设每股发售价为37仙，公司最少能筹得1402万6000令吉，最多则有1552万9000令吉。

其中10万令吉将用于支付私配计划的开销。

剩余的将用作未来1年公司旗下项目的营运资金。 【e南洋】

T7全球获2.6亿合约

（吉隆坡2日讯）油气服务公司T7全球（T7GLOBAL，7228，主板贸服股）宣布，在2017下半年期间获颁6项合约，总值高达2.6亿令吉。

T7全球向马交所报备，在去年8月至12月期间，旗下的Tanjung Offshore Services 和Wenmax私人有限公司分别获颁数项合约。

其中，Wenmax在去年8月14日时，从国油技术服务有限公司手中赢得合约，在边佳兰深水终站2的CTMS工程配套提供工程、采购、制造和调试服务。

另外，在去年9月13日时，Wenmax获得来自沙巴蚬壳石油公司的订单，为后者供应单浮筒系泊（SBM）喉管。

Tanjung Offshore Service 则是在去年10月17日时，获得来自大马海洋和重工程私人有限公司颁发的合约，为边佳兰炼油与石油化工综合发展（RAPID）项目14的隔缘工程进行分包工作。

在去年11月至12月期间，T7全球的两家子公司获得雷普索尔（Repsol）油气大马有限公司颁发3项合约，为后者供应油气业务的相关服务和材料。

T7全球在文告中指出，上述所有合约预计积极贡献2018财年的净利和每股净资产。

执行主席拿督斯里聂诺斯鲁称，公司正在积极地竞标项目，并预计能拿下可观的订单数量。【e南洋】

T7与中企联手竞标大马铁路项目

（吉隆坡12日讯）T7 Global Bhd与中国最大建筑和房地产集团的子公司成立一家联营公司，以竞标大马的铁路相关项目。

根据T7，这家联营公司T7 China Construction Third Engineering私人有限公司（T7CCTE），还将承担国内的其他基建设施和建设项目。

T7子公司T7 Kemuncak私人有限公司及China Construction Third Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd（CCTE Malaysia），在这家联营公司各持51%及49%股权。

CCTE Malaysia是中国建筑第三工程局有限公司（CCTEB）的子公司，即中国建筑工程股份有限公司（China State Construction Engineering Corp Ltd）的间接子公司。

去年10月，T7与中国建筑工程（马）有限公司（CSCEM）、东方太平洋（EPIC）及CMC工程私人有限公司（CMC）签署了解备忘录，以竞标东海岸铁路（ECRL）项目。

T7表示，T7CCTE将在大马竞标ECRL、捷运计划（MRT）、轻快铁计划（LRT）及其他建筑业务。

T7执行副主席丹斯里陈建顺说：“我们很荣幸能够与CCTE Malaysia合作，并相信这个战略联盟将把T7带到全世界，特别是在基建设施和建筑业务方面。”

中国建筑工程股份有限公司是中国最大的建筑和房地产集团，在建筑、设计和工程、工业设施及基建设施项目方面，拥有丰富的经验和专业知识。

T7说：“中国建筑工程股份有限公司在财富全球500强企业中名列第24位，在中国建筑行业百强竞争力企业中名列第一。”

“中国建筑工程股份有限公司在上海交易所挂牌，市值逾3000亿人民币（1910亿令吉），过去50多年参与了许多基建设施工程的实施和监督工作，包括铁路、公路、桥梁、港口、炼油厂、水坝等。”

T7指出，上述联营计划符合集团在具有发展潜力的领域开拓业务的计划，而且还可趁机充分利用合作伙伴作为建筑业领导者的优势。

T7的前称是丹绒岸外（Tanjung Offshore Bhd），于2015年把业务多元化至教育、航天和建筑业。

金属加工厂明年投產　T7宇航业贡献可观

（吉隆坡15日讯）T7环球（T7GLOBAL，7228，主板贸服股）（前名「丹绒岸外（TGOFFS）」）的宇航工业金属加工厂预计將在明年正式投產，料將为公司带来可观的贡献。

T7环球执行主席拿督斯里聂诺斯鲁披露，该厂房全面投產后，每年可为公司贡献约1亿8000万的营收。

该公司放眼將在明年陆续取得订单，而首年產能使用率预计能够达到20%至30%。

首3年，T7环球將会为该项目拨出5000万令吉的资本开销。

聂诺斯鲁在今天的股东特大后向媒体如是指出。

隨同出席媒体发布会的还有T7环球执行副主席丹斯里陈建顺。

该公司召开股东特大，以徵求股东同意脱售旗下7New MarketStreet控股有限公司全数股权。该公司持有英国伯明翰商业中心附近的办公楼產业。而该议程已获得股东发行。

该公司为了专注发展油气、基建及宇航业务，而选择脱售该资產，脱售所得將用作公司未来的营运资本。

聂诺斯鲁说，「所幸的是，我们的净负债率较低，因此脱售资產后的资金，將得以融资公司未来的工程。」

T7环球也在上週五（12日）宣布，旗下T7 Kemuncak私人有限公司与中国建筑工程总公司（CSCEC）的间接持股子公司成立联营公司-T7 China ConstrucionThird Engineering私人有限公司（T7CCTE），以竞標基建工程包括东海岸铁路（ECRL）、捷运和轻快铁工程。

聂诺斯鲁也说，该公司与登嘉楼州政府旗下官联企业东方太平洋工业（EPIC）组成財团，以竞標登嘉楼部份的东海岸铁路工程。

受消息激励，T7环球早盘以48仙高开，盘中一度劲扬18.89%或8.5仙，至53.5仙，创下52週盘中最高，最终以50.5仙掛收，起5仙或10.99%，成交量为3968万股，是第23大热门股项。

未来专注3方向

聂诺斯鲁指出，公司未来將会专注3大方向，分別是老本行油气、基建和宇航领域。

「目前只有少数本地业者涉足宇航业，而他们主要製造飞机「软金属」部份或从事维护、维修与运行（MRO），但T7环球是少数生產「硬金属」的企业。宇航业是高附加价值的领域，因此涉足宇航业也符合T7环球的长期方向。」

该公司目前所竞標的项目总值高达30亿令吉，而聂诺斯鲁预计，將会在近期获得1至2项新工程。

至于油气业务前景，T7环球管理层则感到相当乐观。

聂诺斯鲁说，年初至今国际原油价格节节攀升，对油气领域是个利好。他也预计接下来的季度，將可持续取得盈利。【东方网财经】

T7全球2亿联营金属处理厂

（吉隆坡2日讯）T7全球（T7GLOBAL,7228,主板贸服组）与KOV有限公司的联营公司T7 Kilgour有限公司将在未来3至5年内投资2亿令吉，作为在双文丹打造金属处理厂资金。

T7全球执行主席拿督斯里聂诺斯鲁指出，将分阶段投入资金，而资金则包括土地、厂房建设和员工培训的费用。

多元化至航空领域

“我们面对最大的挑战，是必须确保我们拥有足够的人手管理这航空领域，同时能够参与在营运当中。我们是一家纯油气公司，航空领域是我们多元化的业务，我们必须重新培训我们的员工，以迎合这新领域。”

聂诺斯鲁在破土仪式上表示：“大马相关技术尚未成熟，我们目前与Kilgour和MARA航空及科技私人有限公司合作，以派送我们的员工至英国受训一段时间。”

副首相拿督斯里扎希、国际贸易及工业部长拿督斯里慕斯达法和教育部副部长拿督卡马拉纳登也出席该项仪式。

该厂房预计将在今年杪完成，主要为航空领域提供金属表面处理、化学加工、无损检测、涂层应用等服务。

降低依赖油气领域

聂诺斯鲁指出，T7全球放眼在该厂房投入运作后，可以降低对油气领域的依赖至70%，并在未来进一步降低至50%，剩余的贡献则来自其他非油气领域。

他补充，预计该厂房可聘用200名员工，在运作后，将聘用80%本地员工，继而增加至100%。

“这（航空领域对大马）是一个全新的领域，我们希望透过转移科技（透过培训），可以更快看到效果，在本地员工全面操作前，需时约5至10年的时间。”

聂诺斯鲁指出，根据该公司的预测，在厂房投入运作后，可按年贡献1亿8000万令吉营业额。

扎希儿子任T7全球董事

（吉隆坡5日讯）T7全球（T7GLOBAL,7228,主板贸服组）委任大股东丹斯里陈建顺儿子陈嘉颖（译音）为执行董事，从即日起生效。

陈建顺儿子任执董陈嘉颖现年26年，握有澳洲新南威尔斯大学商学学士学位。他在加入T7全球前，曾在马来亚银行（MAYBANK,1155,主板金融组）、三井住友保险和普华永道等金融和保险公司就职。

目前，陈嘉颖主导T7全球的企业事务部门，也曾担任集团企业金融经理一职。

同时，T7全球也宣布委任大马副首相拿督斯里阿末扎希的儿子阿末沙菲（AHMAD SYAFIQ HAZIEQ BIN AHMAD ZAHID0）为独立非执行董事。

（吉隆坡12日讯）T7全球（T7GLOBAL，7228，主板贸服股）独资子公司Tanjung Offshore Services私人有限公司，获得国油勘探（Petronas Carigali）颁发一揽子合约，提供600K液压修井机。

T7全球今日向交易所报备，合约从2月6日开始，为期3年，截止于2021年2月5日，且拥有延长1年的选择权。

而条件是Tanjung Offshore Services必须持有国油所颁发的有效许可证。

根据文告，一揽子合约的价格，取决于国油勘探给予Tanjung Offshore Services的每个订单，因此没有一个确定的合约价值。

Description	T7 GLOBAL BERHAD ("T7" OR THE "COMPANY")(I)        PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT;(II)        PROPOSED SHARE BUY-BACK; AND(III)        PROPOSED DIVERSIFICATION
On behalf of the Board of Directors of T7 ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following proposals: (i)     a private placement of up to 20% of the issued shares of T7 to third party investors to be identified later; (ii)    to seek its shareholders’ approval on the authority to purchase its own shares of up to 10% of the issued shares of T7 through Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in accordance with Section 127(1) of the Companies Act 2016; and (iii)   proposed diversification of the existing principal activities of T7 and its subsidiaries to include manufacturing and treatment of aerospace parts. (Collectively, (i), (ii) and (iii) are to be referred to as the “Proposals”). Further details of Proposals are as attached. This announcement is dated 3 May 2018.
