（吉隆坡5日讯）金狮（LionCor，3581，主板工业产品股）上周五（12月2日）出现闭市后巨额场外交易，除了让人猜想是否有新大股东加入，巧合的交易时间点，也引来诸多揣测。

根据《The Edge》财经日报报导，金狮上周五出现3次共5亿4300万股或相等于28.6%的巨额交易，以每股21仙的价格成交，总值1亿1400万令吉。

金獅機構多元 次季虧損收窄

（吉隆坡21日訊）收入改善，金獅集團旗下金獅機構（LIONCOR，3581，主要板工業）和金獅多元控股（LIONDIV，2887，主要板消費）次季虧損明顯收窄。

金獅機構向馬證交所報備，截至去年12月31日第二季，營業額按年成長25.4%至9億1373萬令吉，淨虧損從9859萬令吉收窄到5245萬令吉。

每股虧損從5.19仙改善至2.76仙。

首半財年營業額揚升26.8%，達15億8936萬令吉，淨虧收窄至1億4980萬2000令吉。

金獅多元控股第二季營業額增加18.7%至4億262萬令吉，淨虧損從3601萬令吉大幅收窄至999萬6000令吉。

半年收入激漲76%報8億5310萬令吉，淨虧1從6997萬令吉縮小到962萬令吉。[ChinaPress]

收益率降至6%‧金獅多元控股擬重組債券

（吉隆坡1日訊）金獅多元控股（LIONDIV，2887，主板工業產品組）將前往新加坡與債主洽商，以重組今年11月16日到期的1億3千200萬美元可轉換債券。

該公司發給大馬股票交易所的文告指出，旗下Excel Step投資將會見債券持有人，以便將債券的屆滿日期延長兩年至2014年11月16日。

該批債券可以轉換為百盛（PARKSON，5657，主板貿服組）的股票。而該批債券可在延長的屆滿日期後悉數全面回贖。

而發行公司Exel Step投資將在11月16日前後，將進行額外部份的回贖。

該公司也計劃降低債券的收益率，即從每半年計算的每年9%，降低至每季計算的6%水平。該公司在延長屆滿期兩年之後，也相應重新制定轉換價，即每股介於3令吉97仙至5令吉30仙之間。

截至上週四（27日）為止，尚未轉換的可轉換債券總值6千829萬美元（約為2億零965萬令吉）。而百盛上週四收市價為4令吉71仙，比較現有債券的轉換價則是每股7令吉72仙。

由於百盛的市價比債券轉換價低得多，預料債券持有人不太可能將債券轉換為百盛股票。這意味著若是債券持有人不同意修改條件的話，該公司則需要以現金繳付給債券持有人，而不是百盛股票。

2007年11月，當上述債券發行不久，百盛股價一度漲至每股9令吉61仙的歷史高峰。惟接著在2008年爆發全球金融危機後，使其股價表現每況愈下，沒有再突破有關的高峰水平。（星洲日報／財經）

金獅工業（LIONIND，4235，主要板工業）有望擺脫高風險非核心業務迷你高爐（blast furnace）計劃，其母公司金獅多元控股（LIONDIV，2887，主要板消費）正極力拉攏外資投入。

結合許多消息來源，金獅多元控股跟外國潛在投資者的洽談已接近相當良好的階段，相信金獅工業終可擺脫這個高風險非核心業務。

在鋼鐵產品方面，本地市場因經濟轉型方案而起的許多案子都對鋼鐵展現出高需求狀態，但鋼鐵價格卻因為國際市場情況而未能在本地取得好價格。

此外，國際貿易及工業部近期推出高達33.6%的臨時盤條（Wire rod）反傾銷稅，關閉廉價進口的閘門，特別防治中國進口，稍微舒緩對本地業者的傷害；盤條業務佔金獅工業去年總銷量的的10%至12%。

我們相信，全球鋼鐵領域需要一些時間復甦，仍看好金獅工業，金獅工業本地市佔率為43%，

（1）金獅多元控股（LIONDIV，2887，主板工業產品組）的前景如何？股價表現如何？年終目標價多少？

答：
金獅多元首9月虧損擴大

（1）金獅多元控股在最新業績中談到公司前景時指出，政府最近實施的新鋼鐵政策（鋼鐵產品反傾銷政策）料可加強國內鋼鐵業的競爭力。

當時，該公司認為，加上政府推行的經濟轉型計劃下的基建計劃，將使本地鋼鐵產品需求增加。有鋻於此，預料其鋼鐵業務在下季將保持令人滿意的業績表現。該公司旗下的零售業及產業發展業務料可保持令人滿意表現。

截至2013年3月31日止第三季，淨虧損縮減至1千964萬8千令吉，前期淨虧損為7千685萬4千令吉。而營業額則大增至4億6千465萬5千令吉，前期僅1億8千437萬2千令吉。

不過，首9個月淨虧損則擴大至1億7千467萬4千令吉，前期淨虧損為8千646萬9千令吉。營業額為10億1千162萬7千令吉，前期為10億3千747萬令吉。每股資產值為1令吉40仙，前期為1令吉65仙。

該公司在去年10月杪宣佈，其重組債券建議獲得債券持有人通過，即原本是在去年11月16日到期的1億3千200萬美元的可轉換債券，延長兩年至2014年11月16日。
