（吉隆坡2日讯）瓜拉冷岳土地局强制收购金狮多元控股（LIONDIV，2887，主板消费产品股）部分地皮，好让国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸易服股）能装置500kv输电线，赔偿金为989万7720令吉。

金狮多元控股向交易所报备，已在周五收到上述赔偿金。【e南洋】

The Board of Directors of LDHB wishes to announce that part of the land held by the Group under GRN 39954, Lot 2324, Mukim Tanjung 12, Kuala Langat, Selangor has been compulsorily acquired by Pejabat Daerah/Tanah Kuala Langat under the Land Acquisition Act 1960 for Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB”) for the purpose of routing of 500kV power transmission by TNB for a compensation sum of RM9,897,720 (“Compensation Sum”). The Company had on 2 March 2018, received the Compensation Sum. The Compensation Sum was accepted under protest.

Suspension and De-listing of Lion Diversified Holdings Berhad

LION DIVERSIFIED HOLDINGS BERHAD

Lion Diversified Holdings Berhad (LIONDIV) has failed to regularise its condition in accordance with paragraph 8.04(3)(a) of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) Main Market Listing Requirements (Main LR) where the company has failed to submit its regularisation plan to the Securities Commission or Bursa Securities for approval within the stipulated timeframe and the company's application for a further extension of time to submit the regularisation plan had been rejected by Bursa Securities.

In the circumstances and pursuant to paragraph 8.04(5) of the Main LR, please be informed that:-

(a) the trading in the securities of LIONDIV will be suspended with effect from 22 March 2018; and

(b) the securities of LIONDIV will be de-listed on 26 March 2018 unless an appeal against the de-listing is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before 21 March 2018 (“the Appeal Timeframe”).  Any appeal submitted after the Appeal Timeframe will not be considered by Bursa Securities.

In the event LIONDIV submits an appeal to Bursa Securities within the Appeal Timeframe, the removal of the securities of the company from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 26 March 2018 shall be deferred pending the decision on the company’s appeal.

With respect to the securities of LIONDIV which are currently deposited with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd (“Bursa Depository”), the securities may remain deposited with Bursa Depository notwithstanding the de-listing of the securities from the Official List of Bursa Securities. It is not mandatory for the securities of a company which has been de-listed to be withdrawn from Bursa Depository.

Alternatively, shareholders of LIONDIV who intend to hold their securities in the form of physical certificates, can withdraw these securities from their Central Depository System (CDS) accounts maintained with Bursa Depository at any time after the securities of the company have been de-listed from the Official List of Bursa Securities. This can be effected by the shareholders submitting an application form for withdrawal in accordance with the procedures prescribed by Bursa Depository. These shareholders can contact any Participating Organisation of Bursa Securities and/or Bursa Securities’ General Line at 03-2034 7000 for further information on the withdrawal procedures.

Upon the de-listing of LIONDIV, the company will continue to exist but as an unlisted entity. LIONDIV is still able to continue its operations and business and proceed with its corporate restructuring and its shareholders can still be rewarded by the company’s performance. However, the shareholders will be holding shares which are no longer quoted and traded on Bursa Securities.

（吉隆坡6日讯）金狮多元控股（Lion Diversified Holdings Bhd）位于雪兰莪瓜拉冷岳的部分地皮被土地局强制性收购，获赔偿1174万令吉。

该集团指出，该地皮是供国家能源（Tenaga Nasional Bhd）用于500kV输电线路的布线。

金狮多元控股向大马交易所报备：“集团已在今年4月4日获得赔偿。”

上个月，该集团的另一块地皮也因输电线路的布线问题而被强制性收购，并获偿990万令吉。

截至去年12月杪第二季，该集团的净亏收窄至475万令吉，上财年同期则净亏1783万令吉，营业额则从1亿2923万令吉，暴跌逾半至5295万令吉。

这家PN17公司因无法呈交重组计划，而于3月22日暂停交易。目前，该集团正为可能遭除牌一事提出上诉。

De-Listing of Lion Diversified Holdings Berhad

LION DIVERSIFIED HOLDINGS BERHAD

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) had dismissed Lion Diversified Holdings Berhad’s appeal for an extension of time to submit the regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval and decided to de-list the Company pursuant to paragraph 8.04 of the Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements.

In the circumstances, the securities of the Company will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities on Wednesday, 25 April 2018.

Effect of De-listing from the Official List of Bursa Securities

With respect to the securities of the Company which are currently deposited with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd ("Bursa Depository"), the securities may remain deposited with Bursa Depository notwithstanding the de-listing of the company’s securities from the Official List of Bursa Securities.
