自馬石油宣布石油提煉和石油化學綜合發展計劃（RAPID）以來，鵬達集團（PANTECH，5125，主要板貿易）已獲得不少益處，因投資者普遍認為，該股是進入正蓬勃發展的油氣業的低價入門股。

除了RAPID有利推動公司收益外，公司也積極擴展海外業務。我們維持“買入”評級，目標價1.25令吉。

我們相信，馬石油宣布期待已久的RAPID后，鵬達集團已吸引了許多投資者興趣。我們上週帶著公司管理層至新加坡進行展示會，儘管該公司為小型資本公司，但得到的回饋都十分正面。

或每年3億額外營業額

根據我們的假設，總值900億令吉的計劃中，有5%是給本地管道、閥門和連接件（PVF）業者，以及估計鵬達集團國內市占率為40%，我們認為，這將為公司帶來每年3億令吉的額外營業額。

該公司也透過Nautic鋼鐵控股公司，將業務擴展至巴西，公司也與國有石油與天然氣公司Pertamina公司建立起長期業務關係。同時，美國計劃實施不銹鋼反傾銷稅，預計在7月1日會有結果。倘若結果是好的，這將有助提高公司出口不銹鋼至美國。

（吉隆坡23日讯）国内及出口销售放缓，鹏达集团（PANTECH，5125，主板贸服股）截至5月31日首季净利按年微跌1.3%。

该集团首季净利从上财年同期的1376万3000令吉或每股2.7仙，减少至1358万4000令吉或2.39仙。

营业额亦按年下跌19.47%，达1亿3067万8000令吉，上财年同期报1亿6226万3000令吉。

同时，该集团也宣布派发每股1仙的第一次中期单层股息，除权日在10月2日。【南洋网财经】

受惠邊佳蘭計劃‧鵬達合約料可觀

（吉隆坡24日訊）鵬達集團（PANTECH,5125,主板貿服組）首季業績符合預期，料從邊佳蘭石油提煉及石化綜合中心（RAPID）計劃中受惠，未來5年有望攫取可觀工程合約。

達證券指出，鵬達料將從總值160億美元（約500億令吉）的邊佳蘭計劃中受惠，約15%的工程開支（約76億令吉）將投入安裝輸送管、閥門及附件等領域，若以其在本地市場份額佔40%計，使該公司潛在銷售額達30億令吉。

肯納格研究指出，鵬達2015年首季核心淨利1千360萬令吉，占該行及市場全年預測的22.5%及21.9%，該行認為符合預測，主要是首季為傳統弱季，以及預料下半年的油氣下游工程的組裝領域將迎頭赶上。

肯納格研究認為，該公司在美國的反傾銷訴訟中面對負面判決，惟公司管理層將持續策略，包括將產品轉移至高檔不銹鋼產品（無触及反傾銷法律及賺幅比不銹鋼管更高），積極開拓其他潛在出口市場，包括南美洲及歐洲等。

該公司管理層也不排除進一步併購推動業務成長。該行維持2015至2016年財測，預測核心淨利分別為6千零30萬以及7千270萬令吉。

艾畢斯研究表示，鵬達2015財政年首季業績表現低於預測，保持2015及2016年銷售預測，主要預期本地油氣工程領域將頒發更多合約，客戶將發出更多訂單。

艾畢斯研究預測2015年淨利料為6千260萬，2016年則為6千860萬令吉。

艾畢斯研究指出，若未來季度營業額沒有改善，將考慮下調淨利預測。

增購178.8萬股‧EPF成鵬達大股東

（吉隆坡1日訊）雇員公積金局（EPF）在公開市場購買了鵬達集團（PANTECH,5125,主板貿服組）178萬8千股後，現持有該集團5.34%的股份，成為該公司大股東之一。

鵬達集團發文告表示，雇員公積金局在7月23日時購買了鵬達集團10萬股後，再於7月24日購買162萬7千股。

雇員公積金局早在7月21日時已買了鵬達集團的6萬6千300股。

雇員公積金局以現擁有的5.34%股份即3千053萬1千股成為了鵬達集團的顯著股東。

鵬達集團分別擁有鵬達機構公司、鵬達鋼鐵業、鵬達不銹鋼與合鑄業及Panaflo Control；是一個水管、法蘭盤、閥門及其他配件的一站式中心。

鵬達進軍南美油氣設備‧逐步拉抬營收貢獻

（吉隆坡28日訊）鵬達集團（PANTECH,5125,主板貿服組）進軍南美油氣設備市場，冀營業額貢獻從目前的1.3%，提高至2017財政年的5%。

該公司董事經理陳安安在股東大會後表示，公司會在委內瑞拉、智利、巴西、阿根廷及哥倫比亞的油氣領域提供輸送管、閥門產品及解決方案。

“其中，巴西的石油蘊藏量比其他國家多，因此也是我們特別注重的市場。”

該公司目前有3個製造廠分布在雪蘭莪巴生、柔佛居鑾及英國。該公司考慮到物流及人力的因素，暫時沒有在南美設廠的計劃，主要透過英國廠房供應南美市場。

執行主席周俊龍表示：“儘管油氣領域挑戰不少，但我們相信憑藉現有的聯營夥伴，並陸續展開新項目下，可以保持獲利能力。”

提及消費稅（GST）的衝擊，陳安安披露：“消費稅的實施後，公司預期會把相關的成本轉嫁給買家。”（星洲日報／財經）

（巴西古當8日訊）為簡化運作和提高效率以應付油氣業需求，鵬達集團（PANTECH，5125，主要板貿服）今日正式啟用位于柔佛巴西古當，面積達6萬平方英尺的集團總部。

這棟全新總部辦公樓集中了倉庫、管理、生產線及貿易業務，投資總值為2億令吉，冀加強鵬達集團在大馬南部地區提供管線管，閥門和管件（PVF）中心的一站式聲譽。

該集團董事經理兼執行主席拿督周俊龍通過文告說：“我們的投資選擇為擁有完善的基礎設施、交通網絡、機場及港口的柔佛州。巴西古當是依斯干達的關鍵區，特別是煉油行業和海事工程業，因此在這建立總部是一個明智的決定。”

鹏达价值浮现　市场喊买

（吉隆坡10日讯）近期面对卖压走低的鹏达集团（PANTECH，5125，主板贸服股），目前已经浮现价值，加上公司稳健的业务模式，及参与石油提炼及综合石化项目（RAPID）等有利因素，分析员上调该股投资评级至「买进」。       

兴业投行分析员表示，该股股价在达到近期最高1.14令吉之后，开始回跌，目前在1令吉左右水平。该分析员认为，造成股价下跌的主要因素是，RAPID相关项目尚未开始作出盈利贡献。

股价方面，目前鹏达集团的本益比为9.6倍，周息率则是4%，分析员认为，该股目前已达到具吸引力的价格水平，是趁低买进的好时机。

分析员补充，相较於其他获得RAPID相关项目的股项，鹏达集团目前仍提供相对较低的进场水平。

分析员预测，在不纳入来自RAPID项目的贡献，该公司仍可取得按年7%的增长，主要是由內部增长带动。

与此同时，分析员认为，该公司相信即將开始从RAPID项目受惠，尤其是输送管、管件及法兰（flanges）。

分析员向行內人士打听到的消息是，R A P I D项目开始加速前进，在短期至中期內相信会看到看到更多活动。

市场先驱稳健发展 鹏达17亿边佳兰合约在望

（吉隆坡8日讯）凭着市场领导地位及稳健记录，鹏达集团（PANTECH，5125，主板贸服股）未来5年有望从边佳兰石油综合中心（PIPC）赢得17亿令吉的合约。

安联星展研究分析员表示，若总值870亿令吉的PIPC内，有5%是属于运输管、阀门及管件（PVF）工程，假设鹏达集团可赢得其中2%，则表示未来5年可有17亿令吉的合约在手。

明年净利上看7.9%

随着PIPC项目动工，该公司油气业务的营业额将大涨超过70%。

分析员估计，鹏达集团2015财年净利料增7.9%，主要由制造业务和英国Nautic钢铁业务所主导。

“2016财年净利增长将达28%，因PIPC的贡献料开始流入，营业额或增长19%。”

该公司放眼PIPC的订单将从2015年第三季（相等于2016财年次季）开始流入，2017财年净利相信可再增长12%。

“赚幅方面，我们估计制造业务在2017财年的营运赚幅可达21%，因营运效率走高，及拥有更多高价值产品组合。”

虽然该公司没有设下股息政策，惟以往每年都至少派出40%净利当做股息，未来或派出45%净利为股息。

最便宜小型油气股

鉴于业务版图广泛，加上与油气领域之间的依属关系，分析员认为，该股值得更高的交易价。

身为一家油气公司，鹏达集团估值仍便宜，仅是2015财年净利预测的11倍，和2016财年的9倍，使该股成为领域中最便宜的小型油气股。

3年复增20%

不过分析员相信，该股未来将与其他业者看齐，取得13倍的本益比，因3年年均复增（CAGR）高达20%，周息率为4.4%，净负债也只企于0.3倍。

分析员给予“买进”的投资评级，目标价格为1.05令吉。

鹏达集团不锈钢和镍合金业务近期转盈，将首季赚幅推高至19%以上。

2013财年之前，该业务赚幅低于8%。

随着该公司持续获得市场牵引，加上专注于生产高价值产品，此业务赚幅料持续获得提升。

（吉隆坡18日讯）虽然鹏达集团（PANTECH，5125，主板贸服股）即將公佈的2015財政年次季业绩料没有看头，不过，该公司长期前景仍受看好，主要是其手中的石油提炼及综合石化项目（RAPID），以及持续改善赚幅的行动。

兴业研究分析员预计，鹏达集团將在下週初公佈2015財政年上半年（截至8月31日止）的业绩。

分析员认为，儘管即將公佈的业绩，按季可能持平，按年则料下滑，不过，分析员建议投资者將眼光放长远，基於该公司进行中的石油提炼及综合石化项目料將带来盈利贡献，同时，该公司也积极提升赚幅，长期而言，相信將会有正面的效益。

对於下个星期公佈的业绩，分析员没有太高的期望，但相信该公司下半年的表现会迎头赶上，因此，暂时维持全年的盈利预测。

RAPID旗下的项目启动，虽然速度还不算太快，但有增速的跡象。分析员估计，RAPID项目將会在未来的6年，为鹏达集团的贸易业务，带来每年3亿令吉的营业额贡献。

（吉隆坡20日訊）製造業務收入貢獻減少，鵬達集團（PANTECH，5125，主要板貿服）截至8月底次季營業額和淨利按年分別下滑8%和12%，仍宣布每股派息1仙。

儘管交易業務收入增加，但在海外需求減少情況下，製造業務收入欠佳，鵬達集團營業額下跌8%至1億4137萬令吉，淨利則挫12%至1339萬4000令吉。

該集團向馬證交所報備，將持續提振現有業務，同時探索進軍海外市場的機會，擴大油氣領域相關管道、閥門產量。

券商買進心頭好．獲RAPID首個訂單 看好貢獻鵬達明年盈利

油氣領域製造和下游工程料在下半年復甦，鵬達集團（PANTECH，5125，主要板貿服）已在10月獲得首個柔佛石油提煉和石油化學綜合發展計劃（RAPID）訂單，將貢獻明年末季盈利。

該公司管理層指會延續現有策略，包括將產量轉向高端不銹鋼配件，因不受反傾銷法律限制且較不銹鋼管賺幅高。同時，鵬達集團也會積極開拓出口市場如南美和歐洲，以抵消美國反傾銷訴訟造成盈利影響。

該公司管理層未有列明其他併購活動潛能，以作為成長催化因素。

鵬達集團2015財年次季核心盈利為1340萬令吉，帶動上半年淨利達2700萬令吉，普遍符合預期，因為維持2015和2016財年淨利預測。

據悉，該公司將在來季持續派發1仙股息，因此將2015和2016財年每股股息預測，從4.8仙和5.7仙，分別下修至4仙和4.8仙，並維持1.23令吉合理價。

在低原油價格和全球經濟失色下，該領域已出現部份調整。不過，相信鵬達集團在下游業務方面具有良好地位，短期內將持續交出好的表現，因馬石油將確保RAPID計劃成功執行。

鵬達集團周二（21日）休市時報96仙，跌1仙；最終以95.5仙掛收，跌1.5仙，成交量69萬1600股。【中国报财经】
