次季淨利跌22% 鵬達集團派息0.6仙

（吉隆坡21日訊）鵬達集團（PANTECH，5125，主要板貿服）銷量疲軟拖累，次季淨利按年下滑22%至1043萬令吉，不過仍宣布每股派息0.6仙。

截至今年8月底，該公司次季營業額按年跌14%至1億2141萬令吉，每股盈利跌至1.72仙。每股0.6仙股息除權日12月18日，並將在明年1月14日支付。

鵬達集團上半年亦表現欠佳，淨利按年跌27.5%至1955萬令吉，營業額按年減4%至2億6004萬令吉，每股盈利3.23仙，上半年共派息1.1仙。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，國內外油氣業不景導致公司產品銷售疲軟，貿易及製造出口亦受影響，市場削價戰則導致獲利收窄。
　
文告指出，目前低油價環境下，未來營運深具挑戰，鵬達集團將繼續專注現有業務發展，不過在國內各項重大油氣發展之下，長期前景仍堅挺，相信本財年仍可錄令人滿意表現。【中国报财经】

買進券商心頭好．鵬達集團盈利 料本財年底開始回揚

鵬達集團（PANTECH，5125，主要板貿服）上半年業績符合預測，加上邊佳蘭石油提煉和石油化學綜合發展計劃（RAPID），有望提高獲利，促使我們將該股的投資評級上調至“買進”。

鵬達集團截至8月底2016財年次季盈利持續下滑，跌22%至1040萬令吉；營業額減14%至7560萬令吉。不過，上半年淨賺1955萬令吉，佔我們全年預測的41%，仍符合市場預測。

考量到來自邊佳蘭石油提煉和石油化學綜合發展計劃的貢獻，以及該公司內部削減成本措施，我們相信該公司盈利將在本財年底開始回揚。

“該公司競標約5億令吉管線管，閥門和管件（PVF）合約，料石油提煉和石油化學綜合發展計劃的將在年底開始貢獻盈利。”

再者，該公司近期組聯營運公司，進軍熱浸鋅（hot-dip galvanising）業務。這聯營公司將投資3000萬令吉，在2017財年底建設新廠房。

我們相信，該公司將從上述聯營中受惠，因為無需外包管線管，閥門和管件。

鹏达柔佛买地建厂

（吉隆坡20日讯）鹏达集团（PANTECH，5125，主板贸服股）发文告指出，其子公司--鹏达Galvanising私人有限公司（PGSB），与Euromech Machinery私人有限公司达成租赁购买协议，建议以721万令吉收购柔佛峇六拜过山河流（Sungai Tiram）的4.357英亩租赁地。

该公司指出，收购资金將通过发出721万2055股PGSB股票支付。

在符合协议先决条件后，PGSB则会通过发出1999万9900股面值1令吉股票，將提升股本至2000万令吉。

目前鹏达集团持有PGSB的51%股权，剩余的49%则由Euromech持有。鹏达集团將通过內部融资及银行贷款筹集资金，认购PGSB的新股。

另外，该公司表示，在完成收购后，將建厂进行热镀锌及其他业务活动。【东方网财经】

鹏达第三季净利扬22%

（吉隆坡20日讯）鹏达集团（PANTECH，5125，主板贸服股）截至11月30日第三季，净利按年扬22.2%，并宣布派息0.5仙。

该公司净赚1109万6000令吉，胜于去年同季的908万1000令吉。

同期营业额则涨16.09%，从1亿2404万9000令吉增至1亿4401万令吉。

根据文告，公司的销售表现稳健，归功于贸易业务需求走好，带动第三季业绩报捷。

另外，鹏达集团将于4月15日支付0.5仙股息，除权日为3月16日。

油氣前景充滿挑戰‧鵬達財測下調

（吉隆坡21日訊）儘管鵬達集團（PANTECH，5125，主板貿服組）第三季淨利上漲，但首9個月淨利因油氣業務受低油價衝擊而呈低迷，分析員認為前景充滿挑戰，調低這個財政年財測2.7%至17%。

鵬達第三季淨利揚22%至1千110萬令吉，主要受邊佳蘭綜合石油中心（RAPID）計劃驅動，輸管、閥門及管件（PVF），其貿易業務營收揚46%，貿易佔營收比重由上季53%增至66%。

達證券說，鵬達也從美元銷售予RAPID獲400萬令吉外匯賺益，儘管國際需求放緩，卻因此激勵總營收增長19%。

“不過，基於鑄造業務持續放緩，平均銷售價和使用率走低和競爭加強，大砍這個財政年財測17%。”

該公司首三季核心淨利按年共跌43%至2千150萬令吉。

該行強調，國內如RAPID訂單到來，然而外圍需求仍面臨短至中期頹勢拖累，低油價也將令很多油氣計劃資本開銷暫緩或凍結。

肯納格研究也認同，油價低迷前景仍深具挑戰，調低這個財政年財測2.7%。

“鵬達可能會接很多鑄造業低賺益訂單，賺益在未來幾季疲弱；英國鑄造業的Nautic鋼鐵業務供應北海區深海油氣活動，預料也因活動放緩受衝擊。”

該行說，儘管RAPID的PVF工程雖是亮點，下個財政年前景更好；近期聯營熱浸鍍鋅業務，預料最早在2018財政年始貢獻。

艾畢斯研究認為第四季業績更好，主要是來自RAPID貢獻與成本管控。

PANTECH（鹏达集团，5125，主板贸服股）成立于1987年，并于2007年2月15日上市大马交易所主板。

PANTECH是国内其中一间最大的一站式导管、装配和流量控制产品（PPF）供应商，专门提供PPF予石油及天然气领域（占营业额75%）、生物柴油领域（20%），海事及重型机械等领域 （5%）。

在过去的一年半，由于受到油气领域低迷以及削价竞争的影响，导致PANTECH的赚幅受到冲击。

虽然如此，从该公司最近两季的营业额和盈利来看，其净利已经重回到每季1000万令吉以上，而且已经连续3个季度取得增长。

日前，有分析员看好该公司有望从RAPID计划、阀门和配件获得更多的订单。

此外，如果油价真的在近期反弹的话，有望带动油气股的士气，PANTECH将是其中一只。

还有一点，PANTECH是一家派息相当慷慨的公司，每一季都有派息。


如果国际油价回升，油气股有望在情绪的带动下走高，而该公司股价长期而言应该可以获得15倍的估值，个人觉得其合理价应该在RM1.09。

鵬達集團（PANTECH，5125，主板貿服組）核心業務是甚麼，前景如何？該公司在國油邊佳蘭石油提煉及石化綜合中心（RAPID）的工程合約的進展如何？合理價是多少，可以長期投資嗎？

答：
鵬達集團是國內其中一間最大的一站式導管、裝配和流量控股產品（PPF）供應商，專門提供PPF予石油及天然氣、生物柴油、海事及重型機械等領域。

該公司擁有超過2萬種產品銷售至世界各地，在新加坡、柔佛巴西古當、沙亞南、關丹及巴生西港等設有倉庫。

該公司業務分為兩大類，即包括製造業及貿易活動。該公司的貿易業務主要專注本地市場，而製造業務產品主要供出口，出口市場包括美國、加拿大、墨西哥、中東、越南、印尼及泰國等。

該公司不銹鋼的國內外業務各佔50%比重。至於碳鋼的出口與國內業務，則分別佔80%與20%比重。

隨著鵬達集團宣佈最新業績後，安聯星展於2015年10月22日的報告中指出，油氣領域需求走低及價格競爭導致貿易業務利潤被壓縮，鵬達集團2015財政年盈利低於預期，不過製造業務表現符合預期，主要是碳鋼管道配件出口需求強勁，抵銷了不銹鋼疲弱需求。

上半年充滿挑戰

分析員談到其業務前景時指出，預計該公司在今年上半年將充滿挑戰，業績表現可能於第四季相同或更差，離岸需求料繼續疲弱，且到國油新計劃才有望復甦。下半年展望可能好轉，尤其是邊佳蘭綜合石油中心（RAPID）計劃訂單逐步流入時，盈利可能回升，故維持2016財政年盈利不變。

但不排除工程延遲將導致貿易盈利波動，對受邊佳蘭計劃牽制的鵬達集團不利，尤其是盈利，可能從2016延後至2017財政年。

另一方面，達證券下調鵬達集團訂單成長預測、工廠使用率、產品售價及利潤，促使2016/17財政年財測調低27%/34%。該行認為，由於受到油氣價格走疲影響，預計訂單將在未來幾個季度溫和復甦，料導致大型油氣商制止資本開銷，近期訂單可能只限於維修方面，加上RAPID競標/訂單放緩，估計RAPID盈利貢獻可能會延後幾個季度。

肯納格研究表示，鵬達集團已獲取RAPID計劃的第一張管道零件訂單，貿易營業額料在土地工程完成後回揚，相信更多建築活動開跑將讓管道零件需求增加。

另外，製造業務出口市場將在近期充滿挑戰，本地市場則繼續強勁增長，成為製造業務的盈利緩沖劑。

RAPID計劃提供支柱

RAPID計劃為鵬達集團業務的良好支柱；該公司旗下的貿易及零件供應業務，料為RAPID計劃提供重复性質的維修保養工程服務，這些工程服務對原油價格波動較不具敏感和影響。

投資總額高達160億美元的RAPID計劃進展順利，其母公司-國家石油料將逐漸頒發更多工程合約。根據可靠消息指出，鵬達集團在該發展計劃已經攫取得一些小規模的供應合約，作為本地零件供應商及在柔佛州設有新的貨倉（在RAPID計劃附近），可能在未來5年裡攫取更多的供應及服務合約，這對其未來業務前景有利。

合理價方面，本地4家證券研究於2016年1月21日的報告中，其中興業僑豐研究及艾畢斯研究建議“買進”

評級，目標價分別為64仙及80仙（當時市價為55.5仙）、肯納格研究則給“守住”評級，目標價為53仙、而達證券則建議“沽售”評級，目標價僅為50仙。

RAPID合約延發‧鵬達財測下修

（吉隆坡30日訊）邊佳蘭石化中心（RAPID）合約頒發延緩，鵬達集團（PANTECH，5125，主板貿服組）鋼材訂單拖延至2017年，加上熱浸鍍鋅廠業務將在明年杪方才營運，分析員決定略調財測。

達證券參觀該公司工廠後發現，邊佳蘭工程進度放緩，管理層指出，該公司未來2017至2019年仍有機會獲得訂單，每年合約總值介於1億至2億令吉。

分析員瞭解該公司生產效率後，決定下調2016至2018財政年盈利測，幅度介於1至5%。

此外，該公司熱浸鍍鋅廠將在2017年秒開始運作，年產量目標為4萬8千公噸，資本開銷為3千萬令吉。達證券認為，該廠每年銷售達2千萬令吉，全年淨利卻僅為62萬4千令吉。

綜合上述看法，達證券給予“賣出”評級，目標價為50仙。

（吉隆坡16日讯）鹏达集团（PANTECH，5125，主板贸服股）宣布以1019万9949令吉，额外认购子公司PANTECH GALVANISING（简称PGSB）的1019万9949股股权。

根据文告，该公司将向银行贷款来完成上述收购。

认购完成后，鹏达集团在PGSB的有效持股率将达51%，而其余的49%，则由Euromech机械所持有。

Further to the announcement made on 15 October 2015 pertaining to the incorporation of a 51%  owned subsidiary, PANTECH GALVANISING SDN. BHD. (1162100 W) (“PGSB”), the Board of Directors of PANTECH wishes to announce that the Company has on 13 April 2016, subscribed for an additional 10,199,949 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in PGSB for a total consideration of RM10,199,949.00 (“the Subscription”). The consideration is funded by bank borrowings.   Following the Subscription, PANTECH’s effective interest in PGSB remains at 51%. The balance of 49% is held by Euromech Machinery Sdn. Bhd. (1014146 D). The Subscription will not have any significant effect on the earnings and net assets per share or gearing of the Company for the financial year ending 28 February 2017. The Subscription is not subject to the approval of the shareholders and the relevant government authorities. None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company, or persons connected with them, has any direct or indirect interest in the Subscription. The Board of Directors of the Company is of the opinion that the Subscription is in the best interest of PANTECH. This announcement is dated 13 April 2016.

Hence, the proposed total final cash and share dividend will be equivalent to 1.1 sen per ordinary share.  The details of the entitlement date and payment date on the proposed final dividend will be announced later.
