3)和合建築重估淨資產值或介於每股1令吉55仙至2令吉55仙,相等於2令吉零5仙平均價,因為武吉加里爾地段開價介於每平方呎250至400令吉。
4)取全年(2013年12月)赚2249万,eps=22 sen 算,现Rm 1.68在交易,pe=7.6倍 ,很明显是低估了.个人估计,取pe=10,合理价=rm2.20
5)大股东频频增加股份,就是看到公司前景好.
6)ho hup的内在价值好,良好的资产表,市场上许多好的股己上升许多,ho hup正在奋力直追,随着更多人发掘ho hup的价值,前景看好,辛福的未来已看到,哈哈.

黃吉良任和合CEO

(吉隆坡24日訊)和合建築(HOHUP,5169,主板建筑組)執行董事黃吉良轉任首席執行員,即日起生效。

該公司發文告說,43歲的黃吉良畢業於加拿大英國哥倫比亞大學,有商業學士資格,他是在2010年8月獲委擔任公司執行董事,早前也曾在數家企業擔任要職,包括曾擔任毅豪(ABRIC,7061,主板工業產品組)首席營運員和執行董事。(星洲日報/財經)

和合建筑净利飙29倍

(吉隆坡24日讯)已申请脱离PN17公司的和合建筑(HOHUP,5169,主板建筑股)再捎好消息,截至3月31日首季,净利飙涨29倍!

根据文告,首季净利报1131万2000令吉,或每股6.66仙,较上财年的37万5000令吉涨2916.53%。

同时,营收也从2327万8000令吉,劲扬254.05%至8241万6000令吉。

这归功于建筑和预拌混凝土业务转亏为盈,分别录得70万令吉和13万9000令吉的净利,产业发展业务净利也从去年同期的150万令吉,大幅扩大至1300万令吉。

另一方面,现年43岁的执行董事黄吉良,即日起转任总执行长一职。

黄吉良是在2010年8月获委为执行董事。

和合建筑在上月5日向大马交易所申请,脱离PN17公司行列。【南洋网财经】

    With the completion of the regularisation exercise, HOHUP has regularised its financial condition and level of operations and no longer triggers any of the criteria under Paragraph 2.1 of Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

    After due consideration of all facts and circumstances of the matter, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has decided to approve the Company's application for an early upliftment from being classified as a PN17 company. HOHUP will be uplifted from being classified as a PN17 company effective from 9.00 a.m., Monday, 5 May 2014.

脫離PN17行列 和合建築大熱跌8仙

(吉隆坡5日訊)和合建築(HOHUP,5169,主要板建築)今日起正式脫離PN17行列,小股東歡心鼓舞,該股一開市即獲投資者追捧,早盤高居10大熱門股榜。

今早開市時,和合建築揚6仙報1.66令吉,不過半小時后股價開始往南滑,走勢未見好轉,但交投持續火熱,成功攀入10大熱門股榜。

休市前,和合建築交投熱度稍放緩,下跌2仙至1.58令吉掛休,交易量達956萬8700股。該股午盤走勢平淡,無太大波動;閉市時,和合建築跌8仙,報1.52令吉,成交量1464萬9500股。

提振公司業務

和合建築因營運和財務表現不佳,于2008年8月1日被列入PN17公司行列。過后數次紛爭亦導致重組計劃頻頻失敗告終。但該公司最終完成財務重組,不再抵觸PN17行列,獲准今日提早脫離PN17行列。

和合建築總執行長黃吉良透過發布文告指出,很開心能獲批准提早脫離PN17行列,並計劃善用專長努力推動基礎設施和公民建築工程,進一步提振公司業務前景。

和合建筑总执行长黄吉良通过文告指出,该公司在基建和土木建筑工程上拥有专才和良好记录,未来有意竞标这类计划。

于2012年末季推出的产业发展项目———Aurora Place,受益于策略地点优势,因此获买家的热烈反应。

“我们积极探讨更多的发展项目,会通过联营或收购来增加地库。”

上周,大马交易所批准和合建筑提早脱离PN17行列,今日生效。

黄吉良表示:“获批提早脱离PN17,这也是公司自2012年改善营运的证明。”

该公司在2013财年净赚2770万令吉,相较于上财年的1180万令吉净亏损。

Pavilion 2 店面办公室开卖 和合建筑次季获贡献

(吉隆坡17日讯)脱离PN17行列两周的和合建筑(HOHUP,5169,主板建筑股)指出,位于武吉加里尔的联营项目“Pavilion2”,已开始销售店办面公室,将为截至6月杪的次季作出贡献。

和合建筑总执行长黄吉良接受《The Edge》财经周刊访问时说:“这将是首次从此项目确认营业额。”

虽然没有透露数目,但他强调,所得的营业额实际上是盈利,因为该公司不必支付发展成本。

在联营协议下,拿督林晓春旗下的马顿(MALTON,6181,主板产业股)承担整个发展成本,而和合建筑提供土地,账面显示为每平方尺55.20令吉,这换来该项目的18%持有权。

这项面积50英亩的联营发展计划,发展总值预计42亿令吉,包括店办公室、办公室、酒店、服务公寓和可媲美谷中城的零售商场,净出租面积达200万平方尺。

黄吉良透露,“Pavilion2”计划在年底推介。实际上,马顿在3、4月举办店办公室预览会,反应热烈。首个6栋服务公寓将在第三或第四季推出。

“这项联营将为和合建筑未来8至10年提供经常性收入。”

竞标36亿海外合约

和合建筑也计划扩大建筑工程组合,截至4月底的订单为5亿9120万令吉,未入账达4亿6990万令吉。

目前,该公司正竞标本地3亿令吉的水务处理厂合约和36亿令吉的海外合约。

“我们在摩拳擦掌,准备争取主要的政府基建工作。”

他提及边佳兰、捷运2和3号线,以及砂拉越的水电站水坝。

实际上,和合建筑和国际业者组成的财团,竞标砂拉越再生能源走廊(SCORE)的水电站水坝,目前处于资格预审阶段。【南洋网财经】

1.0     INTRODUCTION

(“Ho Hup Labuan”) had on 5 June 2014 entered into an Equity Joint Venture Agreement (“JVA”) with Zaykabar E&C Co. Ltd. (“Zaykabar”) (jointly referred to as “the Parties”), to incorporate a company in Myanmar to be known as Ho Hup (Myanmar) E&C Co., Ltd. (“Ho Hup Myanmar” or “JV Company).

2.0     DETAILS OF THE PARTIES TO THE JVA
2.1     Ho Hup Labuan
Ho Hup Labuan, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ho Hup, is a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia under the Labuan Companies Act, 1990 and having its registered office at Unit Level 13(A), Main Office Tower, Financial Park Labuan, Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Federal Territory of Labuan, Malaysia. Its principal activity is property development, construction and investment holding.

2.2     Zaykabar  
Zaykabar is a private limited company incorporated in Myanmar and having its registered office at No. 1, Highway No. 3, Mingalardon Garden City, Mingalardon Township, Yangon City, Myanmar.

3.0     DETAILS OF THE JOINT VENTURE (“JV”)
3.1     Information on the JVA
The Parties shall incorporate a private company in Myanmar and limited by shares which is to be known as Ho Hup Myanmar or such other name as may be agreed to by the Parties and approved by the Registrar of Companies, Myanmar.

The principal business activities of Ho Hup Myanmar shall be the business of property development, construction and such other business as may be approved by the Parties from time to time.

The authorised and issued paid up capital of Ho Hup Myanmar shall be USD300,000.00 comprising 300,000 ordinary shares of USD1.00 each.

3.2     Share Equity Participation in Ho Hup Myanmar
The authorised and/or issued and paid-up or fully credited as paid-up capital of the ordinary shares of Ho Hup Myanmar shall be in the proportion  set out below:-

4.0     RATIONALE
The purpose of setting up the JV company is to pursue and procure projects in the construction industry and property development in Myanmar.

5.0     RISKS FACTORS
The Company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with joint ventures. The Company will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when it occurs.

6.0    FINANCIAL EFFECTS
The joint venture is not expected to have any major financial impact for the financial year ending 31 December 2014 but is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of the Company.

7.0     APPROVALS REQUIRED
The JVA is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of Ho Hup and/or any regulatory authorities. However, the incorporation of Ho Hup Myanmar is subjected to obtaining the necessary approval from the local authorities in Myanmar.

8.0     DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTEREST
None of the Directors and/or Major Shareholders and/or persons connected to them, has any interest, direct or indirect in the joint venture.


9.0     STATEMENT BY DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors of Ho Hup is of the opinion that the JV is in the best interest of the Company.

Tan Sri Dato' Kamaruzzaman served in the Malaysian Civil Service for 38 years, where he served in various senior positions in the Federal and State Government. He started his career as a Government Service Officer in 1964 as an Assistant Secretary in the Ministry of Education. 競標20億合約‧和合展望今年雙位數成長

(吉隆坡18日訊)和合建築(HOHUP,5169,主板建筑組)脫離PN17後重振旗鼓,目前共握4億令吉建築訂單,並競標工程達20億令吉,希望可以標中其中20%。

和合建築首席執行員黃吉良股東大會後表示,未來業務著重綜合產業,今年業績料達雙位數成長。

和合在2013財政年成功轉虧為盈,取得2千249萬5千令吉淨利,而截至今年3月31日止首季淨利按年上揚29倍至1千131萬2千令吉,營業額亦大漲254%至8千241萬6千令吉。

談及該公司的海外業務,由於和合在伊拉克有業務,詢及目前伊拉克動亂的衝擊時,黃吉良表示,伊拉克的動盪衝擊公司財務不大,這是因為公司在伊拉克的業務是供應技術及建材,並沒有太大的資產及器材設備。

不過,他說:“多少會影響當地的業務表現,我們會觀注當地的局勢發展。”

和合目前在緬甸有1億5千萬美元(約4億8千萬令吉)的發展項目,業務以住宅為主。

他表示,緬甸是和合海外發展的重要據據點之一。和合選擇緬甸投資主要是對該地的經濟前景有信心。

在國內業務方面,黃吉良說,合和鎖定在巴生河流域及柔佛尋找發展潛能的土地,目前在武吉加里爾與馬頓(MALTON,6181,主板產業組)聯營開發60英畝綜合建築就是一個例子。

該計劃推展以來,10英畝的土地的產業銷售就高達3億6千萬令吉,第三季將看到更令人鼓舞的成績。

談及消費稅影響,黃吉良表示,市場最終會調整,不會影響公司未來的成長。

股海探温:和合建筑被低估

从6个月前开始追踪和合建筑(HOHUP,5169,主板建筑股)至今,该股已经上扬9.6%。

根据目前股价,该股仅以4.2倍本益比交易,低于同行的7.1倍平均本益比。

我们认为该股被低估,因为公司前景光明,产业臂膀在武吉加里尔(Bukit Jalil)打造着“武吉加里尔城”。

和合建筑在今年首季净赚1130万令吉,仅占我们全年预测的10%,主要是我们高估了产业业务的营业额与盈利贡献。

根据初步预测,产业业务的50英亩联营地皮项目,可在现财年首季作出一些贡献。

惟该项目的新规划与设计延迟获批,导致该项目只能从次季起,才开始作出贡献。

2年财测下修

因此,我们把2014及2015财年净利预测,分别下修28%及18%,至8060万令吉及1亿2600万令吉。

和合建筑与马顿(Malton,6181,主板产业股)的联营发展项目“武吉加里尔城”或称为“Pavilion2”,将于年杪推介。

该发展项目涵盖店铺办公室、服务式公寓、办公室与酒店。

目前,两大企业正在修改规划与设计,把发展总值从21亿令吉,推高到40亿至45亿令吉。

假设发展总值达40亿令吉,根据合约,和合建筑占发展总值的18%,保守估计该项目将可在未来10年,按年贡献4500万令吉净利。

重组建筑业务竞标36亿工程

另外,和合建筑正在重组建筑业务,并已在国内外竞标总值约36亿令吉的工程。

随着积极拓展产业业务版图,我们看好该公司未来盈利可见度。

完成重组计划后,和合建筑拥有健康的资产负债表(可收购更多地库),加上盈利可见度不俗,预计有助于创造不错的投资组合,供未来增长。

同时,公司正在重组建筑与洋灰制造业务,预料可进一步加强盈利表现。

我们重申给予该股“短线买入”评级,目标价为每股1.55令吉。

Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong has more than 30 years of legal and judicial experience.

Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong pursued his studies at University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur in 1966 and was conferred the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in 1969. In 1971, Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong read law at the Inns of Court School of Law, London and in July 1974, Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Inner Temple, London. In the same year, Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong was also admitted and enrolled as an Advocate to the High Court of Borneo in Kuching.

In 1975, Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong left to study in the University of Southampton, England and was conferred the Master of Laws Degree in Mercantile Law in 1977. In 1978, Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong attended a course in Advanced Management Programme jointly sponsored by the Universities of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Canada and was awarded the Certificate in Advanced Management Programme (AMP) by the Banff School of Advanced Management.
Working experience and occupation
Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong started his career in 1964 as a Sarawak Administrative Officer in the Sarawak Civil Service. In 1970, Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong was appointed as a Third Class Magistrate, and was also made the Acting District Officer, Binatang (now renamed as Bintangor) before moving on in 1971, to take on several roles, firstly as District Officer, Bintulu and then as the Sarawak State Training Officer and Secretary of the Sarawak Government Examination Board. In 1974, Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong was appointed as Director of Civic Development Unit directly under the Chief Minister of Sarawak.

In 1977, Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong was appointed as the Administration & Finance Manager at the Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation before assuming the General Manager role from 1979 and 1980. Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong became the General Manager of Bintulu Development Authority in Bintulu that same year until 1983.

Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong left the Government Service in 1983 to set up his own legal firm under the name of Sulong Matjeraie & Co. in Kuching, Sarawak and left the firm in 2000. In 1998, Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong was appointed as a Judicial Commissioner of High Court Johor Bahru until his appointment as a High Court Judge of Malaya at Johor Bahru, Johor in June 2000 and in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, in July 2000. Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong subsequently served as a Court of Appeal Judge Malaysia from 2007 to 2012 and finally as Federal Court Judge Malaysia in 2012 until Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong retired in January 2013. Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong is a Bencher of the Honourable Society of the prestigious Inner Temple, London.

Datuk Seri Panglima Sulong was later appointed by the Prime Minister of Malaysia as one of the four (4) eminent persons to serve in the Judicial Appointments Commission for a period of two (2) years commencing from 10 February 2013.
