YGL擬配售新股籌389萬

（吉隆坡10日訊）YGL（YGL，0086，創業板科技）建議展開私下配售計劃，擬以每股22仙指標發售價，籌資389萬令吉。

該公司向馬證交所報備，籌資所得中300萬令吉將用作研發開銷、79萬1000令吉供營運資本，余下8萬令吉則是計劃經費。

文告指出，該公司將發行不超過股本10%或1759萬股新股，供私下配售計劃，不過現階段未鑑定第3方投資；計劃完成后股本將擴大至1億9357萬股。

YGL指出，若無意外，預計整項計劃將在今年末季完成，公司將以5日加權平均股價24.13仙作為定價標準，22仙相等于折價約8.83%。

“經過慎重考慮，公司相信私下配售計劃為籌資最佳方式，即無需承擔銀行貸款的利息成本，擴大后股本亦可鞏固公司財務狀況，並且加強股項流通。”【中国报财经】
