（新加坡讯）赌场管理局今天通过网站发布消息，宣布已经发出赌场执照给滨海湾金沙综合度假胜地（IR）。 　　滨海湾金沙日前宣布将在明天开放预览，向访客初步介绍它作为亚洲顶尖商务、休闲及娱乐胜地的魅力。
　　开放预览的第一段设施包括：963间酒店客房、数十家商店、部分展览与会议中心、部分餐饮设施、活动广场以及赌场。

LVS 真的起到疯了。记住, 本人认为牛得快,也是危机的开始...

其实LVS的价钱起的很慢，相比下WYNN就起很快(交出不错的成绩单).

应该是它一些工程停顿（澳门）, Marina Bay Sands还没完全建好，还有还没交出好的成绩单。一但所有障碍消除，它的价位会去到更高。当然也会在起的间中有调整，但相信不多。

如没意外，明年中的价位会是现在的一倍。

Q3報告，LVS 的新加坡業務很大可能會帶來震撼性的業績。。。

MPEL Q2 revenue/adjusted ebitda= USD576m/USD73m. 旗下的澳門-city of dream還不如金沙新加坡。
MGM macau也一樣不如新加坡兩所賭場。

對我來說, LVS 真的前途無量。。

DJ Las Vegas Sands Chairman: No Impetus For Marina Bay Sands IPO Right Now

SINGAPORE (Dow Jones)--Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) Chairman Sheldon Adelson said he sees no impetus right now to spin off the group's US$5.5 billion Singapore integrated resort in an initial public offering.

"I've been asked that question many times and right now I don't see the impetus to convert," Adelson said at a conference in Hong Kong Tuesday.

He was responding to a question on whether potential social problems related to gambling in Singapore could provide a catalyst for LVS to cash in on the group's US$5.5 billion Marina Bay Sands complex, which opened in April.

"I don't want to just become a holding company," he said.

"We have a particular business model. It's worked out very well. We expect it will continue to work out well and there's no necessity to cash in whole or in part on Singapore."

However, he said there is room to sell the integrated resort's retail mall business operations if needed.

"If the mall turns out like we believe it's turning out, no problem --we can get rid of it at any time we want," Adelson said.
He expects Marina Bay Sands's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization to hit or exceed US$1 billion in 2011 and that Singapore's gaming sector revenue will beat that of the Las Vegas Strip by 2012.

Regarding the number of Singaporeans visiting the integrated resort, he estimates less than half of the visitors to the resort's casino are Singapore citizens or permanent residents, based on the casino's daily list of top winners and losers.

The Singapore government has sought to limit the number of locals visiting the casino by charging a S$100 daily levy for all Singapore citizens and permanent residents entering the casinos at the city-state's two integrated resorts.

Adelson estimates about 10% of all casino income will come from Singaporeans once the facility is fully operational.
"I don't think it's enough to have the government make any significant changes," he said.

DJ Las Vegas Sands: Not Siphoning Profits From Independent HK Unit

15/09/2010 15:30 - HONG KONG (Dow Jones)--Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) Chairman Sheldon Adelson stressed the independence of Sands China Ltd. (1928.HK), and said the parent company wasn't trying to siphon profits from its Hong Kong-listed subsidiary.

"We have independent directors here in Hong Kong and believe me, they are independent. And they speak their mind and I'm very glad they do," he said at the CLSA Investors' Conference in Hong Kong Tuesday, adding that he is chairman of both boards.

Adelson said Las Vegas Sands wasn't attempting to siphon revenue from its Macau unit, whose record-high second-quarter profit helped Las Vegas Sands swing to a profit in the three months ended June 30.

Sands China operates three casinos in Macau including its flagship Venetian Macao, while Las Vegas Sands mainly operates casinos in the U.S., apart from the US$5.5 billion Marina Bay Sands casino resort in Singapore.

"I want Sands China to be as successful as Las Vegas Sands is," he said. "No bank or any investor has ever complained that I've cannibalized, that I've shifted profits from one to the other."

Adelson said he was open to Las Vegas Sands teaming up with Sands China to capitalize on future expansion opportunities in Asia, but didn't clarify if a partnership in Japan, where he said the company could open two huge casino resorts if the government legalizes gaming there, would be a possibility.

Las Vegas Sands will change its name to Sands International or Sands Resort International at its next board meeting "to reflect more that we're not just in Las Vegas," he said.
