1月27日消息，据辉立交易场资料显示，下一周挂牌的金沙中国暗盘收市价报9元，较招股价10.38元低13.29%，成交额710万元，最高及最低价分别为9元及8.6元。

　　澳门最大的综合度假村经营商金沙中国，公开发售部份超额认购0.19倍，国际发售录得少量超额认购；该股以招股价下限价10.38元定价，认购一手(400)的中签比率为100%。

　　金沙中国计划发行18.7亿股，当中6亿股旧股，其余为新股，90%国际配售，10%公开发售；招股价介乎10.38元至13.88元，保荐人高盛及里昂。

金沙中国被迪拜危机拖累

（香港路透电）分析师指出，迪拜财务危机也是导致香港股市新股，金沙中国首日交易股价大跌的因素之一。

　　拉斯维加斯金沙集团（Las Vegas Sands）旗下金沙中国（Sands China）昨日首日在香港主板挂牌走低，最多曾跌至较招股价低15.4%，反映投资者对高估值且缺乏明朗前景的赌业股兴趣缺乏。　

　　金沙中国昨日开盘报9.35港元，较招股价10.38港元低近一成，全日收报9.31港元，较招股价跌10.31%。

　　金沙中国此次共发行18亿7000万股股份，该股原招股价区间为10.38-13.88港元，终以下限定价，筹资194亿港元（35亿3000万新元）。

　　路透调查的七位券商预估均值显示，金沙中国首日上市料将走低.其中两位分析师称，该股或较招股价10.38港元下挫10%。

　　另外，也有分析师指出，迪拜债务危机也拖累了金沙中国的表现。因为“迪拜故事”的组成部分，有一半就是旅游业。这次的危机，对全球旅游业资产都起到一定的负面冲击，包括博彩业在内。

　　花旗集团和高盛是此次IPO的全球联席协调人，两行还与法国巴黎银行、巴克莱和瑞银一道担任该交易的账簿管理人。

　　30日，金沙中国(01928.HK)上市首日便遭破发行情，这是自民生银行上周四上市首日跌破发行价之后又一破发的新股。此前，中资房地产股花样年也于上市次日遭遇同样的破发厄运。

　　拉斯维加斯金沙集团旗下澳门子公司金沙中国30日正式登陆港交所，上市首日，该股开盘报9.35港元，较招股价10.38港元低9.9%，此后始终维持震荡走势，截止收盘，金沙中国最终报收9.32港元，较招股低10.21%，全日成交3.39亿股，涉及金额31.26亿港元。按收盘价计算，认购获一手 400股的投资者(不计交易费用)亏损424港元。

　　此前，路透调查的七位券商预估均值显示，金沙中国首日上市可能将走低。其中两位分析师预测，该股可能较招股价下挫10%。该股30日走势与分析师预期相若。

　　对于该股上市首日的表现，京华山一研究部分析师指出，金沙中国上市首日的表现与其IPO定价偏高有关，毕竟该公司是以较高的市盈率定价，但公司今年的业绩却没有太大盈利的迹象，相对而言，其他赌业股的估值可能更具吸引力。

　　该分析师认为，金沙中国市盈率约在13.5至15倍，而其竞争对手——永利澳门和银河娱乐的市盈率分别为14倍和12.1倍。由美国拉斯维加斯娱乐场营运商——永利度假村于10月分拆上市的永利澳门近日表现也显得较为疲弱，该股价30日收报9.57港元，扬升3.57%，但较其招股价10.08港元仍跌 5%。银河娱乐30日微涨0.30%，报3.36港元。

　　时富资产联席董事姚浩然表示，赌业股的狂热目前似乎正在走向终结，随着更多赌场的加入，投资者担心行业竞争会更加剧烈。

澳门博彩业：金沙还是流沙？
投机潮的减退不只发生在迪拜。

拉斯维加斯金沙集团(Las Vegas Sands)的澳门子公司金沙中国有限公司(Sands China Ltd.)周一在香港上市首日就出现跳水行情，与当时大盘和多数澳门概念股的亮丽表现形成强烈反差。

这没什么可奇怪的。或许该公司拥有全球最大赌场澳门威尼斯人度假村酒店(The Venetian Macao Resort-Hotel)，或许该公司急切盼望在澳门重现拉斯维加斯金光大道，但是别忘记金沙中国的沉重债务负担，该公司要完成扩张计划必须借助更多外部融资。金沙中国的首次公开募股为其募集了25亿美元资金，瑞士信贷(Credit Suisse)估计，其中大部分都将用于偿还即将到期的债务，但即使如此，还有大约31亿美元的债务缺口。

历史证明，博彩业受经济环境和中国政策面的影响非常之大，这足以让不少投资者三思而行。迪拜的债务危机及时提醒了人们，高杠杆率的公司在危机情况下的崩溃速度将极其之快。

金沙中国的金光大道建设计划尤其令人担忧。金沙中国希望在该地区建设五个综合性的度假村并计划斥资22亿美元完成前两期工程；5亿美元资金将来自于此次 IPO募资所得。瑞士信贷(Credit Suisse)分析师Gabriel Chan表示，成本超支、工程延误（在澳门极为普遍），更多融资活动，这些事情会接连出现，投资者需要有心理准备。

最近澳门传来的一直都是好消息。游客数量正在回升，穆迪(Moody's)认为未来一年澳门的博彩业收入将增长10%-15%。

但刺激赌客们重返澳门的主要原因是中国大陆放宽了贷款限制，而且这种势头也不稳定，未来很可能因为北京方面收紧政策而受到影响。此外，中国大陆对于内地游客赴澳门的签证次数实施了上限规定，而这类政策风险也是投资者需要担心的问题。
