大马马赛地年初不涨价

（吉隆坡4日讯）大马马赛地（Mercedes-Benz）不会在今年初调涨旗下汽车售价，但还是会继续紧密观察会带来影响的因素。

根据文告，大马马赛地在我国组装的马赛地S300L Hybrid和E300BlueTec Hybrid汽车，获得延长豁免进口税和国产税期限。

总裁兼总执行长魏德对此表示：“我们感到相当欣喜，因为公司可继续以具有吸引力的价格，为大马客户提供先进的混合动力型汽车与节能汽车。”

副总裁马克雷因也在文告中指出，为了客户的利益，公司会继续用具有竞争力的价格，为客户提供最优质的体验和服务。

“鉴于马赛地混合动力（hybrid）型汽车的成功，以及推动大马成为节能汽车（EEV）枢纽的任务，我们经常计划在国内扩展旗下销售的汽车类型。”

魏德也说，为了兑现对大马汽车市场和客户的承诺，大马马赛地已投资在旗下厂房，并引进合适的科技，来支持大马成为节能汽车枢纽。【南洋网财经】

卖出1845辆创记录 马赛地去年销售飙56%

（吉隆坡8日讯）无惧消费情绪疲弱，大马马赛地（Mercedes-Benz）去年销售大涨56%，卖出1万845辆轿车刷新历史记录，更放眼今年能延续增长势头，复制去年的成功模式。

大马马赛地总裁兼总执行长魏德博士，今天在2015年业绩汇报会上表示，去年是破记录的一年，因销量激增56%，售出的轿车数量也首次破1万大关。

前年，该公司仅卖出6932辆轿车。

大马马赛地乘客轿车部副总裁马克雷思，在汇报会结束后对媒体表示，预期旗下所有轿车款式均能主导今年的增长，无法单一列出。

惟他相信，本地制造的车款料能进一步刺激今年的销售表现。

以去年的表现来看，大马马赛地旗下所有的系列，都录得亮眼增长。

尽管去年消费税开跑，加上股汇齐跌，令市场情绪极为疲弱，但这无损大马马赛地的表现，反之还成功扩大市占率。

今年车价不变

去年，大马马赛地的市占率从1.2%，扬升0.7个百分点至1.9%水平，成功捍卫豪华车市场的领导地位。

“这归功于我们产品选择广泛，以及早前投入在大马市场的大笔资金。”

马克解释，公司共投资了超过3.5亿令吉，用来提升厂房设施、经销网络等。

他相信，去年的增长势头可以延续至今年，并看好今年有望复制去年的成功表现。

“这是因为客户对我们的产品及品牌，有充分的信心，而这也是我们早前一直付诸于努力的环节。”

早前，大马马赛地已表示，不会调涨汽车售价。

今天马克也再次强调，将稳定保持今年的售价不变，以符合公司拟定的长期定价策略。

“我们致力于为客户提供最好的价格及价值，关键是，提供适合市场的价格。”

他认为，从去年的表现来看，该策略无疑是成功的。

本地组装占销量74%

根据大马马赛地，公司去年共卖出7989辆本地组装的车子，按年增长75%。

值得注意的是，本地组装的汽车，共占总销售的74%。

其中，本地组装的C-Class轿车，共卖出了2697辆，年增56%。而E-Class则是卖出3383辆，比去年多出53%。

至于S-Class轿车的销售，则录得傲人增长，达201%，售出1909辆。

小型汽车（Compact Car）方面，销量达2811辆，年增21%。

而新推出的“梦幻之车”（Dream Car）则是卖出379辆。【南洋网财经】

合發吉星信心滿滿　馬賽地銷售續亮眼

（吉隆坡18日訊）儘管今年仍會面對不少挑戰，合發吉星（CCB，2925，主板貿服股）樂觀看待聯號公司--大馬馬賽地（Mercedes-Benz）私人有限公司可維持一定的成長表現，保住40%的本地馬賽地汽車銷售份額。

合發吉星股價連漲4個交易日，今天揚升22仙或6.16%，至3.79令吉，是全場第6大上升股。過去4個交易日，該股共漲37仙或10.82%。

馬賽地汽車過去一年在大馬市場的銷售大放異彩，大馬馬賽地私人有限公司是重大功臣，該公司的馬賽地汽車銷售佔該品牌在大馬總銷售量的40%。

合發吉星首席執行員黃勁富表示，展望2016年，大馬的汽車市場仍然充滿挑戰，因為全球經濟放緩，對本地經濟帶來連鎖效應，但他有信心公司可一一克服難題，持續保持佔馬賽地汽車總銷售40%的表現。

黃勁富也指出，公司將會更加謹慎進行規劃和採取行銷策略，因此，他相信，大馬馬賽地私人有限公司可延續之前的成長表現。

在2015年大馬馬賽地全年共售出1萬零845輛轎車，高于2014年的6932輛，成長率高達56%，寫下歷史新高。

黃勁富出席八打靈再也星徽理念（Autohaus）特許銷售服務中心，全新升級推介禮後的記者招待會上，發表以上言論。

此外，大馬馬賽地總裁兼首席執行員克勞斯韋德納也表示，有信心可持續交出良好的銷售表現，歸功於公司的產品組合、更好的售後服務，以及服務水平提升。

馬賽地不起價

同時，儘管在令吉貶值的趨勢中，許多汽車公司今年開始調高售價，但他重申，馬賽地會保持目前價格水平。

另一方面，黃勁富指出，在未來2年內，公司將會撥出3000萬令吉將大馬6間星徽理念特許銷售服務中心進行升級，至全新Blaci企業形象（CI）及馬賽地演示系統II（MPSII），這6家服務中心位於亞羅士打、柔府（Juru）、怡保、珍珠白沙羅（Mutiara Damansara）及新山。

至於八打靈再也星徽理念特許銷售服務中心，共花費700萬令吉進行全新升級。

合发吉星末季净利暴涨213%

（吉隆坡22日讯）合发吉星（CCB，2925，主板贸服股）2015財政年第4季（截至12月31日止）净利按年暴涨212.57%，至1019万令吉，前期为326万令吉；营业额按年提高37.45%，至3亿8762万令吉，前期为2亿8201万令吉。

该公司全年净利从前期的1033万令吉，按年上升至5212万令吉，涨幅达404.54%；营业额则按年上扬71.30%，至15亿8002万令吉，前期为9亿2246万令吉。

派息5仙

配合业绩公佈，该公司宣布派发每股5仙的单层终期股息。除权和付息日期，分別落在4月27日和5月24日。【东方网财经】

今年再推5款新车 马赛地冀销量再创新高

（吉隆坡2日讯）大马马赛地（Mercedes-Benz）去年的销量达到新高峰，放眼今年能延续增长势头，甚至超越去年的佳绩。

大马马赛地去年交出亮眼的表现，销售大涨56%，卖出1万845辆轿车，刷新历史记录。

大马马赛地乘客轿车部副总裁马克雷因接受专访时指出，去年的销售量上涨，归功于数项利好因素的带动，包括推出的新产品、适合市场的产品、提供的良好客户服务，以及和分销商的密切关系。

他相信此增长势头能延续，捍卫豪华车市场的领导地位，加上推出的各类新产品，在迎合客户不同需求的同时，能招揽更多新客户。

马克雷因说，马赛地在大马有9个分销商，不过合发吉星（CCB，2925，主板贸服股）是最大的分销商和主要合作伙伴，在过去和未来推动马赛地录得出色的销售量。

他披露，公司已推出3款新车，接着在今年会再推出至少5款新车。

将再扩北干产能

展望今年，大马马赛地除了推介新车，还会持续创新计划和提升客户服务，同时扩大在国内的足迹，巩固豪华车市场的领导地位。

“过去2个月的销售量不俗，延续去年的涨势，因此乐观看待前景。”

他提及，去年加倍提升在彭亨北干（Pekan）厂房的产能，会再一步扩充，本土组装汽车（CKD）去年贡献约70%的销量。

作为马赛地在大马经销商合发吉星，和马赛地的合作关系始于1951年，迄今已有65年，占马赛地总销售的40%份额。

合发吉星持有大马马赛地奔驰的49%股权，另外51%则由德國戴姆勒集团（Daimler AG）持有。

谈及经济环境充满挑战和消费者买气疲弱，合发吉星总执行长黄劲富说，市场有涨跌循环，因此需要不时探讨和规划，以克服挑战，放眼在今年能表现得更好。

430万打造陈列室

踏入130年历史的辉煌新里程碑，马赛地挥别传统的展销厅模式，在吉隆坡市中心敦拉萨路的一站式综合娱乐热点TREC，打造全新的马赛地City Store陈列室。

由于该陈列室独树一格的概念，有别之前推介的“星徽理念”（Autohaus）陈列室，因而特别名为City Store。

占地9373平方公尺的马赛地CityStore，斥资430万令吉以先进和崭新的设计和摆设示人。除了让顾客有舒适时尚的体验，同时以不同的概念，将马赛地品牌呈现予客户。

该陈列室能容纳7辆轿车，同时设有私人iShowroom休闲室和酒吧台。为了迎合客户，展销厅也会营业至晚上10时。

黄劲富指出，综合娱乐热点TREC吸引众多人潮，因此公司借助此优势，以革新的概念和客户接洽，让他们在轻松舒适的环境下，更深入了解马赛地品牌。

年中设第12分行他说，该公司将在今年中在吉隆坡蕉赖迎来第12间Autohaus陈列室。

他透露，公司目前在Autohaus注资了1亿2000万令吉，同时将再投资3000万令吉提升国内另外6间Autohaus，加上蕉赖的Autohaus，估计在完成整个升级和拓展计划，投资额为1亿8200万令吉。

销量增长41%　马赛地冀次季再创佳绩

（吉隆坡14日讯）大马马赛地（Mercedes-Benz）2016年首季销售量按年增长41%，创下该公司首季销售量的歷史新高。该公司也期待次季可以继续交出进步的业绩。

大马马赛地今天公布2016年首季销售数据，今年首季共卖出了2658辆轿车，去年同季销量为1886辆，按年增加772辆，或激增41%，但若与去年末季相比，销售量则不相上下。

大马马赛地汽车营销副总裁马克瑞恩在今天的匯报会上指出，截至今年首季，马赛地不只创下首季销售新高，而且马赛地于大马的市佔率也从去年的1.8%，上扬0.5%，至2.3%，在大马高档汽车领域居冠。

马克瑞恩说，「大马马赛地的豪华汽车销量，平均增长了26%，当中，马赛地C-Class销售增幅最为惊人，首季销售为1359辆，或暴增871%，为现有最畅销的车款。」

马赛地首季业绩標青，归功于首季推出的4款新车、一系列市场行销活动及良好的售后服务。

推3款新轿车

大马马赛地汽车总裁兼首席执行员克劳斯韦德纳表示，今年是马赛地的第130週年，该公司除了继续加强零售设施及销售网络之外，亦將专注于给予顾客更好的售后服务和產品体验。

展望未来，克劳斯韦德纳对今年的销量保持乐观，但不愿透露任何销售目標。

另外，马赛地今年將推出3款现有型號轿车、2种新引擎及1种新车型（Facelift）。此外，马赛地亦將特別推出3款崭新车款，惟，马克瑞恩暂时不愿对3款崭新车款轿车透露任何详情。

另一边厢，回顾马赛地以往的销售成绩，该公司去年成功售出1万零845辆轿车，比起2014年的6932辆，按年上升56%。该公司去年次季及第3季的销售量，分別为3277辆及3033辆，按年成长94%和109%。

合發吉星首季淨利大漲43%

（吉隆坡19日訊）合發吉星（CCB，2925，主要板消費）截至3月31日首季營業額按年揚20%報3億1513萬8000令吉，淨利按年則激增逾43%至950萬令吉。

合發吉星對首季業績表現感到滿意，稱儘管整體經濟走軟，但旗下價格較為便宜的車款銷售量仍然取得50%增長，需求表現正面，部分熱門車款還出現供不應求情況。

展望未來，合發吉星表示整體市況料持續低迷，而其旗艦豪華轎車E-Class生命週期即將邁向結束。

同時，該公司今日也面對多項人事變動，包括副主席拿督賽益達敏安沙利將從即日起退休。

據合發吉星向馬證交所報備文告指，該公司副主席賽益達敏安沙利萌生退意，即日起將退休，由羅沙娜阿尼扎接任，任期將在今日年度股東大會結束后起生效。

文告指，合發吉星主席亞歷山大紐比堅早在今年2月份已宣佈將卸任，其任期同樣在今日結束，並由公司非獨立非執行董事哈斯南比斯頓接任，此前取代亞歷山大紐比堅職務的邱星傑（譯音）也將同時退出董事局。

At the AGM, Datuk Syed Tamim Ansari Bin Syed Mohamed ("Datuk Syed") expressed his intention to retire as Deputy Chairman of the Board.  The Board thanks Datuk Syed for his contribution to the Company through the years, and warmly welcomes his successor, Puan Rossana Annizah Binti Ahmad Rashid ("Puan Rossana"), whose appointment took effect upon the conclusion of the AGM earlier today. Also joining the Board today as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director is Mr Teng Wei Ann Adrian ("Mr Teng"). Mr Teng is currently the Group Finance Director of Jardine Cycle & Carriage Limited and brings with him extensive international banking experience. As part of the Group’s succession planning, the Company also announced in February 2016 that Mr Alexander Newbigging ("Mr Newbigging") will be stepping down as its Chairman upon the conclusion of this year’s AGM and will be succeeded by Mr Haslam Preeston ("Mr Preeston"), a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. At the same time, Mr Chiew Sin Cheok ("Mr Chiew"), who was Mr Newbigging’s alternate, will cease to be a director of the Company.  The Board expresses its appreciation to Mr Newbigging for his leadership and Mr Chiew for his service to the Company, and also welcomes Mr Preeston to his new role on the Board. 馬賽地銷量高速成長‧合發吉星獲利亮眼

凡提到馬賽地（Mercedes-Benz），就會想起合發吉星（CCB，2925，主板貿服組）。

大馬共有9家公司經銷馬賽地，合發吉星是當中最大的經銷商，大約握有40%銷售份額。

對於一些投資者而言，合發吉星早已與馬賽地掛鉤，大家幾乎忘記了，這家在大馬股票交易所上市近40年的公司，原有業務其實不只是經銷馬賽地，不過，合發吉星一路走來，其命運始終與馬賽地緊密相連，確是不爭的事實。

根據公司網站，合發吉星前身Cycle & Carriage Company limited（C＆C）早在1895年成立。當時，該公司涉及的業務為販賣腳踏車、縫紉機、肉荳蔻及雜貨，與汽車毫無關聯。

1899年，謝氏兄弟在新聞上看見英國倫敦在銷售4輛轎車，從這一刻開始，謝氏兄弟就開始佈局汽車相關生意，正式開啟合發吉星的新頁。

在馬新未分家的英殖民的時代，C&C在怡保、檳城及新加坡開設分行。1930年代，經濟大蕭條時，C&C幾乎把所有業務都集中在新加坡，直至1951年後，才回到大馬市場，也正式成為亞洲第一家贏得馬賽地特許經營權的公司。

1967年，C&C成立獨資子公司合發吉星；1974年，合發吉星從C&C手上接過馬賽地的特許經營權，並在1977年正式在大馬上市。

在大馬股票交易所上市後，合發吉星積極擴充汽車業務。1989年，合發吉星獲得馬自達（Mazda）的特許經營權，1995年再搶下起亞（Kia）的特許經營權。

合發吉星的業務蒸蒸日上，商業版圖不斷擴大。1995年，市場曾傳出合發吉星有意收購已故丹斯里駱文秀的家族企業――東方實業（ORIENT，4006，主板消費品組），後來該公司斬釘截鐵否認。

好景不常，該公司在亞洲金融風暴時迎來嚴峻挑戰。當時，馬賽地銷量大跌60%，甚至需要凍結生產部的運作，只專注於銷售、維修及售後服務。1998年的4月1日，該公司開始關閉裝配業務，裝配員工也只能領取75%的薪金。

當時，該公司的高級執行員表示：“就算我們每個月只裝配80至90輛汽車，也沒人有興趣購買。”隨著挑戰加劇，該公司淨利大減94%，過後甚至陷入虧損困境。

原本擁有起亞經銷權的合發吉星，在1999年放棄這家韓國汽車公司的經銷權；2000年，市場更傳出德國汽車集團戴姆勒克萊斯勒（Daimler Chrysler）打算回收合發吉星的馬賽地代理權，令投資者大吃一驚，到後來，該公司選擇與戴姆勒克萊斯勒聯營，才保住馬賽地這個金飯碗。

2004年，該公司希望得到福士偉根（Volkswagen）經銷權，後來卻臨尾告吹；2008年，合發吉星脫售馬自達特許經營權給成功汽車（BJAUTO,5248,主板貿服組）。

走過幾許風雨，合發吉星始終如一的汽車業務，依然是馬賽地。

去年售出10845輛創新高

雖然汽車業近期面臨挑戰，但馬賽地銷量高速成長，連帶合發吉星業務展望也愈加亮麗。

2015年全國總共售出1萬零845輛馬賽地，比2014年的6千932輛高出56%，創下歷史新高。

今年首季，馬賽地銷售勢頭不減，銷量按年增長41%，從1千886輛增至2千658輛，繼續改寫歷史新高。

馬賽地市佔率
高檔車居冠

隨著銷量不斷上揚，馬賽地的市場份額也節節攀升。截至今年首季，馬賽地的大馬市佔率上揚0.5%，從去年的1.8%增至2.3%，在大馬高檔汽車領域居冠。

馬賽地的銷量創新高，合發吉星的業績跟著轉進高速大道。

2010至2013財政年，該公司的營業額保持6億令吉水平，2014年成長加速，大幅走高43%至9億2千250萬令吉，上財政年更寫下15億8千萬令吉銷售額。

淨利上，該公司表現也非常亮眼。2015財政年淨利大漲5倍，從1千零33萬4千令吉提高至5千212萬5千令吉。

該公司4月19日公佈截至2016年3月31日第一季業績，表現依然出色。由於馬賽地銷量大漲50%，合發吉星營業額上揚19.77%至3億1千513萬8千令吉，帶動淨利激增43.03%至950萬2千令吉。

該公司派息紀錄良好，除了2013及2014財政年之外，從2007年開始，該公司年年派息。2015財政年派息每股5仙。

馬賽地撐起一片天，帶動該公司業績走俏，惟面對其他馬賽地經銷商的急起直追，該公司也不敢怠慢，不斷改善服務。

以今年為例，該公司已完成耗資700萬令吉的八打靈再也星徽理念（autohaus）特許銷售服務中心，檳城的分行也已完成升級。

未來2年內，該公司將會撥出3千萬令吉，提昇亞羅士打、威南柔府、怡保、珍珠白沙羅（Mutiara Damansara）及新山的6間星徽理念特許銷售服務中心，繼續透過更佳服務，爭取馬賽地客戶的歡心。

售6017辆 历年最佳
马赛地上半年多销17%

（吉隆坡21日讯）大马马赛地（Mercedes-Benz Malaysia）上半年汽车销量按年增长17%，至6017辆，创下历来最佳的半年销售纪录，并看好下半年销量可持续上半年的增长势头。

大马马赛地也同时创下单月和单季销量记录，在6月卖出1203辆轿车，刷新历来最佳单月销售。

同时，今年次季销售3359辆轿车，创下历来最佳季度销售表现。

领先名车市场

在亮眼的销量表现扶持下，大马马赛地的市占率也从1月的1.2%，走高至6月杪的2.5%，并成功捍卫国内豪华车市场的领导地位。

同时，该公司用于衡量售后服务顾客满意度的客户满意指数也录得新高水平。

大马马赛地乘客轿车部副总裁马克雷因表示：“尽管市场消费情绪低落，我们透过多元化产品策略和提供卓越的客户服务，上半年依然取得双位数销售增长。”

此外，大马马赛地服务私人有限公司提供的新车融资服务也取得不俗的表现，截至6月的融资总额已超过15亿令吉。”

大马马赛地总裁兼总执行长魏德指出，去年卖出的轿车只有10%是通过大马马赛地服务融资，但今年上半年的比重已飙升至40%，证明顾客对公司越来越有信心。

下半年加强东马投资

马克雷因指出，该公司的认证二手车业务销售额表现也相当不错，相信增长空间仍然很大，而且公司投入很多资金在这个业务。”

“凡是接收回来的二手车都经过215个检验测试才能重新出售，也越来越多人开始接受二手马赛地。”

他说，上半年的出色业绩表现中，东马业务也贡献不少。

“我们看好在东马销售的贡献，所以下半年将持续投资，升级与增加东马的销售点。”【e南洋】

次季净利跌9.9%

（吉隆坡26日讯）由于汽车业务表现欠佳，合发吉星（CCB，2925，主板贸服股）截至6月杪第二季，净利按年跌9.87%至1967万3000令吉，或每股净利19.53仙，上财年同期净利2182万7000令吉或每股净利21.67仙。

次季营业额也按年跌10.5%至4亿2274万6000令吉，低于上财年同季的4亿7235万9000令吉。

累积首两季，净利按年增2.48%至2917万5000令吉，相比去年同季的2847万令吉。

同期营业额按年微升0.33%，从7亿3547万9000令吉，升至7亿3788万4000令吉。【e南洋】
