OKA创办于1981年，在2002年上市于大马创业板，并在一年后 转至主要板交易。集团创业初期仅是一家砖供应商，之后才逐渐将业务多元化至制造混凝土产品 (Concrete Products)。

目前，OKA已是是国内最大的预制混凝土 (Precast Concrete) 制造商之一，产品主要被用在沟道、过滤、建筑和水务相关基建工作上。它曾参与国内多项大型发展计划，如吉隆坡国际机场 (KLIA 2) 、地铁项目 (MRT) 、轻快铁 (LRT) 、南北大道高速公路、东西大道高速公路、雪邦F1赛车跑道等等。

日前 (2/24)，OKA发布了FY17Q3业绩，其盈利按年按季分别增长32%和8%，首次突破RM7m大关，创下集团历史新高。同时，它也建议派发每股2仙的单层股息，超越去年同期的每股1.5仙股息。整体来说，OKA的FY17Q1表现非常优越。

其FY17Q3营业额按年按季分别增长11%和3%，主要归工于较高的产品销售量。然而，这个成绩只能说中规中矩，毕竟其FY17Q3营收增长幅度不大，甚至还低于FY17Q1的表现。OKA的盈利走高主要归功于较高的产品赚幅。值得一提，OKA这个季度的税前利润率 (PBT Margin) 是22%，而其FY17Q3的税前利润率只是16%。

展望未来，目前本地建筑领域的发展依然保持良好，OKA预计可继续受惠其中。然而，原材料成本、燃料和水电费等不在控制范围的成本，包括劳工短缺，预期将对OKA的业务表现造成影响。为了提高在行业内的竞争力，管理层将专注在产品多元化、改善产品组合以及实施成本节约措施。排除任何不可预见的情况，管理层乐观看待OKA接下来的表现。

此外，马新高速铁路 (High Speed Rail) 项目招标将在2017年后颁发，建设工程预计将于2018年下半年开始。这项计划的价值大约在RM50-60b之间。除了建筑公司，建筑材料企业也将受益于高铁建设，包括水泥厂和预制产品制造商。这马新高速铁路计划和西海岸大道建设被视为OKA未来成长的动能。

目前，OKA没有任何银行借贷，而且手握RM38m的现金。其整体财务水平非常健康，FY17派息有望比FY16高。

估值方面，OKA最新四个季度的每股盈利为15.2仙。保守估计，假设它在未来一年的表现保持不变。以标准10倍的PE推算，OKA的每股潜在价值是RM1.52，相等于15%的潜在上涨空间。

从技术走势来看，OKA的整体上涨格局依然非常健康，正在往1.36的阻力价位前进。随着盈利业绩创新高，其股价有望在下个星期突破这个价位，并迈入下一波上涨走势。

对于有兴趣的股友，OKA只适合中长期投资，而非短期的业绩炒作，毕竟这家公司自上市以来非常低调，鲜少有媒体报导关于它的资料和进展。其派息能力强，业绩仍然在成长中，目前PE也只有8.8倍。基本上，长期持有OKA肯定是最佳的投资策略。

大家不妨考虑在1.36左右的价位买进。

当我们分析上个季度的季报时，已经说了上个季度的盈利是历史新高，没想到在三个月后OKA就刷新了自己的单季盈利新高。

本季度最大的亮点是盈利比去年同季增加了70%以上，税前盈利接近12m而净利接近10m了。更夸张的是净利率(profit margin)竟然有26%，这让其他建材公司情何以堪。另一点股东乐于见到的是现金从去年同期的28m增加到这个季度的49m，比上个季度的38m增加了9m。去年笔者有提到OKA是净现金公司，而这个季度的现金存量更是足以偿还所有的负债(current liability + non current liability)。

当然客观分析后OKA也是有一些数据不是那么理想的，营业额比去年同期下跌了7%。在管理层的解释中并没有提及为什么营业额少了，笔者担心这是市场需求少了。如果今年建材需求减少了，那么2017年OKA就只能靠降低成本来增加收入了。在营业额下跌的情况下存货也增加了23%，会不会是生产部门高估了这个季度的销售量？不过好事是OKA的产品都能耐久存放。

以下是管理层对本季季报的解释：

公司一再强调“high margin product”，证明了公司长期以来所执行的“成本策略”取得了很好的效果。这个季度的26% profit margin就是最好的象征。

与上个季度一样，管理层在未来展望中表示将会扩大产品的种类，并提升现有产品的性能与提升成本控制。笔者个人觉得OKA应该把手上部分的现金用在R&D研发更好的产品，因为“成本控制”方面已经做得很好了。

OKA（OKA机构，7140，主板工业产品股），成立于1981年，并于2002年6月6日上市大马交易所第二版，并于2003年12月30日转至主板。

OKA从事混凝土生意，生产超过17种混疑土产品， 如混疑土排管、混疑土方桩和工业化建筑系统（IBS）部件等。 所生产的产品主要要供应给发展商，用来兴建基础设施、滤水厂和高速大道等。

OKA的业绩一向来都四平八稳，归功于我国政府长期推动各大型基建计划，除了直接让建筑领域受惠外，建材领域其实也获益不少。

我们且来看看OKA过去两年的季度业绩：

从以上季度业绩，可见公司每个季度的营业额都处在3700万令吉以上，而每季的净利也都可以维持在500万令吉左右。可是近一年来，其营业额开始突破每季4000万令吉，而每季的平均净利大约处在680万令吉。

再来看看其年度业绩：

从年度业绩有一个发现，那就是该公司自2010年至今，无论在营业额和净利都已经连续7年取得增长（注：2016年营业额稍微下跌），这确实是一个相当骄人的纪录。

OKA的业务主要将受惠于政府的大型基建项目，公司的销售额是很依赖政府颁发的大型工程。

而今年开始，政府将会陆续发放MRT2、LRT3、以及其他各项基建工程，连续推动的基建计划将会给公司带来好处。

以OKA 2017年财政年的17.54仙每股净利和目前的股价来计算，其本益比约10.2倍。

这个估值是否合理呢？ 那我们就拿它的同行来作比较好了。

OKA的业务与CHINHIN类似，可是CHINHIN目前的本益比已处在18倍，OKA的明显被低估许多。

如果OKA的合理本益比应该处于15倍的话，那么其股价还有望重估至RM2.63。
