HapSeng 在沙巴有很多房屋发展,很像都有好的评语
有详细的spec吗? |

刚刚打去Hap seng, 他们说大概九月会销售.
没有详细的spec:S

Dear Mr xxx,
Thank you for writing to us.
For your info, D'Alpinia is a Build and Sell project, meaning the houses will only be open for sale once construction has been completed.
You would be happy to know that construction of the houses for Phase 1A are 100% completed and we are now awaiting on the construction of the access road which is currently underway. We should be launching once the access road is completed which should be in the 4th quarter of this year. So it could be very very soon.
As for the information of the houses in Phase 1A, there are 2 types: Terrace and Semi D Cluster. For Terrace Houses, the land area is 22' x 75', with a build up area of 2200 sq. ft. The price has not been confirmed, but it is between RM300,000 - RM400,000. For Semi D Cluster Houses, the land area is 35 ' x 65', with a buid up area of 2300 sq ft. The price has not been confirmed, but would probably start from RM400,000.

此外就风景而言,Paragon 的景点应该是比 d'alpinia 漂亮的! |

Paragon 202 接近完成!!?? (讽刺得很,Paragon Mastery S/B 能够在所承诺的今年11月如期交屋是不可能的,它们恐没有这个能耐!)
Paragon 129 - 20' x 70'正确是 Intermediate Lot RM345,000 起跳!值得与否,自己衡量。。
同时,也不见得Paragon 的景点比 d'alpinia 漂亮... |

以下是个人的看法,如有得罪的地方请多多原谅.
d'alpinia最大的问题是在两条highway的中间.
22’ x 75’ Built-up Area: 2,200 sq.ft
RM300,000 - Rm400,000
看照片路很大下少少都有40feet吧!gate前可以塞多两辆车,还不会顶到别人
看到他们用红砖来起的
