1. 未来盈利开番的确定性非常高，而且盈利开番快。
2. 营收和净利没有下降，可是股价因为某些事件而大幅下降。
3. 股价不能长期被低估。
4. 股价不能起跑太过多。

• 去年盈利开番，主要是因为美元走强。
• 公司的营业贡献主要是美国。
• 看好公司的营业额继续增长。
• 和其他家具公司比较，LIIHEN拥有最高的ROE (15%)，最低的PE (3.3)，和最高的DY (10%)
• 公司的新工厂将在5月竣工，很快就可以开始贡献盈利。最近公司也租下了一间工厂，用作生产抽屉用。可以预计公司的营业额和盈利只会继续往上爬。一切顺利的话，盈利可以在2-3年里面开番。
• 公司的未来挑战主要是最低薪金制，对赚幅有一定打击。
• 目前PE是3.3，如果说家具业的合理PE是5的话，那么股价 = RM1.75。还没算上未来的营业额成长。

利興工業取消建橋合約

（吉隆坡27日訊）利興工業（LIIHEN，7089，主要板消費）取消在早前頒發給JDK建築有限公司的合約，同時頒發橡膠樹種植整地合約給Messrs Temasek地產承包商有限公司。

利興工業向馬證交所報備，子公司PPL種植有限公司近期發現可利用另一條道路直接到達橡膠樹種植土地，因此決定取消建橋工程。

報備文告指出，橡膠樹種植整地合約將在明年2月開始動工，預計能在2016年7月竣工。[中国报财经]

Description	Award of Contracts
Further to the announcements made on 25 July 2012 and 21 May 2012, the Board of Directors of Lii Hen Industries Bhd ("LHIB" or "the Company") wishes to inform that the subsidiary of the Company, PPL Plantations Sdn Bhd ("PPL") has identified a new access directly to the 3,473 hectares permanent reserve land ("the Land") by road without building a bridge vide Johor/Pahang border - Endau Town. In view of relocation of the access to new site, the award of contract for the construction of bridge to Pembinaan JDK Sdn Bhd ("JDK") for a contract sum of RM6.50 million has been mutually agreed to cancel. The PPL has paid a sum of RM112,949.24 for the cost incurred on the initial work done by JDK and both parties have confirmed and undertaken not to make any further or other claims against PPL whatsoever. The Board of the Company also wishes to inform that PPL is set to carry out the land preparation for forest rubber trees planting in forthcoming February 2014 and has appointed a contractor, Messrs Temasek Estate Contractor Sdn Bhd ("TEC") of No. 12A, Jalan Intan 7/4, Taman Intan, 86000 Kluang, Johor Darul Takzim at an accepted provisional contract amount of Nine Thousand Nine Hundred and Eight (RM9,908) per hectare only ("the Contract"). The contract amount is firm and shall not be subject to fluctuation in the cost or materials and/or labour for the whole duration of the Contract or any extension provided for in accordance with the conditions of Contract, whichever is the later. The scope of work for land preparation is to carry out and complete the following but not limited to as described below: a. to supply labour, machineries, plants and all other necessary tools for the satisfactory completion of the works as summarised in the Bills of Quantities and standard Terms and Conditions including preliminaries, mobilization and demobilization. b. the work shall be within the designated area of the site to be determined by PPL's authorised representative and TEC shall extend full cooperation to PPL's other contractor working within the Land. TEC shall complete the scope of works within a period of Thirty (30) months, commencing from February 2014 and completion by July 2016. PPL shall have the option to terminate the Contract without assigning any reason by giving a month notice in writing and will impose a Liquidated and Ascertain Damage of RM200 per calendar day on TEC for any delay resulting from their works without prejudice to PPL's right to terminate the Contract for non-performance or breach of contract. The estimated cost to be incurred on the land preparation for the financial year 2014 of 2,000 acres is amounted to approximately RM8.0 million and the source of fund for this estimated cost is from the LHIB Group's internally generated fund and/or bank borrowings. The Contract will not have any effects on share capital and shareholdings structure of LHIB and has no material impact in the earnings of LHIB for the financial year ending 31 December 2013 and 2014. The Board of the Company does not foresee any exceptional risk other than operational risks associated with the land preparation. None of the directors or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the Contract. The Contract is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of LHIB.

工厂遭火灾摧毁 利兴工业股价下跌

（吉隆坡4日讯）利兴工业有限公司（LIIHEN，7089，消费产品组）由于柔佛麻坡工厂发生火灾，令人担心会影响该公司的业务，因而使到该公司股价今早一度跌至1.73令吉的全日低位，过后在投资者吸纳下，使到该公司股价跌幅收窄。

午休时，该公司股价急挫6仙挂1.76令吉，有21万1100股成交，半日波幅介于1.73令吉与1.80令吉。

利兴工业称，其坐落在麻坡武吉巴昔工业区的利兴工业家具私人有限公司的工厂是于星期四傍晚6时50分遭到祝融光顾。

该工厂是由3个单层厂房与3层企业办公室组成。尽管火势于晚上约9时受到控制，它已经摧毁了其中两个单位的建筑物、机械、输送机系统和喷涂厂，并且影响到半制成品产量。

该工厂称，产业、厂房、设备和存货已在这场大火中摧毁，但公司有购买保险。

它称：“此事件将对卧室家具业务有影响。这一事件对集团的财务影响正在评估中，一旦有定夺后公司会有所宣布。”

闭市时，利兴工业股价降8仙挂1.74令吉，有39万5100股易手。【光华日报财经】

The Board of Directors of Lii Hen Industries Bhd. ("the Company") wishes to announce that a fire occurred yesterday night at about 6.50 p.m. at the premises of Lii Hen Furniture Sdn. Bhd. ("LHF"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company in Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Pasir, 84300 Muar, Johor Darul Takzim. The premises comprise three (3) blocks of single-storey factory building together with a three-storey Group's corporate office at Plo 43, Bukit Pasir Industrial Estate, 84300 Muar, Johor Darul Takzim. The fire was under control at about 9.00 p.m. The incident has caused major portion (i.e. 2 out of 3 blocks) of factory building, machineries, conveyor system, spraying plant as well as inventories of semi finished products destroyed by fire and the Group's corporate office is intact. The property, plant and equipment and inventories destroyed are adequately insured. The management of the Company and LHF are in collaboration with insurers and contractors to ascertain the actual extent and quantum of the losses caused by the incident. This incident will have operational impact on bed-room sets operations of the Group. The financial impact of this incident is being assessed and the announcement will be made once it has been determined. The potential impact on the earnings of the Group will be mitigated as it is insured against consequential loss at an amount of compensation which will be determined by the loss adjusters in due course and further, an immediate measure is being taken by the management of the Company and LHF in order to minimise disruption to LHF's operations.

火灾后暂租厂生产 利兴工业恢复80%产能

（吉隆坡7日讯）利兴工业（LIIHEN，7089，主板消费产品股）在麻坡的厂房上周发生火灾后，已另外租用厂房，今日恢复生产。

该公司今日向马交所报备，旗下独资子公司--利兴家具私人有限公司，成功在武吉巴希尔工业园（Bukit Pasir Industrial Estate）租到厂房，产量可恢复到70至80%。

剩余的20至30%生产活动，该公司将外包给次级承包商。

利兴工业透露，它是向另一家子公司Favourite设计私人有限公司（Favourite Design）租用到上述厂房，Favourite设计之前已搬离该处。

该公司补充，租用现成的厂房可把营运暂停时间降至最低。

利兴工业位于麻坡的厂房是在上周四（3日）晚间发生火灾，建筑外部及内部的大部分机械配备以及半完成的库存品均被烧毁。【南洋网财经】

LHF resumes its operations on 7 April, 2014 on the rented premises which cover about 70%-80% of capacity and the arrangements have been made to outsource the balance of about 20%-30% capacity to sub contractors. The Board also wishes to highlight the information as extracted from the management accounts of the Group for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 as follows: a) LHF's turnover of RM64.419 million stands for 26.38% of the Group's bed room sets turnover of RM244.161 million b) LHF's turnover of RM64.419 million stands for 20.39% of the Group's total turnover of RM315.999 million c) LHF's profit before tax of RM4.796 million stands for 21.63% of the Group's profit before tax on bed room sets of RM22.175 million d) LHF's profit before tax of RM4.976 million stands for 20.24% of the Group's total profit before tax of RM24.582 million.
