伙拍与FELDA　合力进军白米分销业务

（吉隆坡19日讯）合力控股（HALEX，5151，主板工业股）伙拍联邦土地发展局（FELDA）进军白米分销业务。

该公司通过其独资子公司——合力（大马）私人有限公司，获得大马联邦土地发展局青年理事会（MBFM）总值1亿8400万令吉的合约，每年为该局供应及包装多达8万公吨白米。该合约为期2年，由2015至2017年，並有1年的延长选项。

合力控股执行副主席拿督威拉哈兹马苏德表示，「这项合约將对我们的盈利带来显著的贡献。」

合力控股这项合约下供应的每公吨白米，將会有200令吉的盈利，因此，若8万公吨白米售罄，则一年的毛利可达1600万令吉。

MBFM在政府食物银行项目下，推出新品牌大米，名为「d'BELDA」。

而合力控股將负责从国外进口白米，再进行包装，并供应予MBFM以进行分销。

白米的进口来源包括，泰国、柬埔寨，以及越南等地。

另一方面，该公司本月11日建议，以10万令吉收购SLAktif私人公司（SLASB）70%股权，并將通过这家子公司开拓大米业务。

MBFM总经理诺哈夫山表示，由於进口大米以美元计价，因此仍需视匯率以及市价来进行定价。【东方网财经】

Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and acronyms used herein shall be the same as those defined in the Company's announcement dated 19 November 2015. We refer to the letter dated 23 November 2015 received from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and provide the following additional information: 1.  The rice will be sourced from Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Myanmar. 2.  The indicative contract value of RM184 million, or 80,000 MT per year at RM2,300 per MT is indicated in the Letter of Offer.  However, this is an indicative ceiling volume to be purchased under the Letter of Offer. The actual volume to be traded will be subject to the orders received which may be lower than the ceiling 80,000 MT. The actual price traded may also be adjusted subject to the prevailing supply market price. 3.  The gross margin from the rice trading can therefore range between 5% to 8% of our selling price depending primarily on the prevailing supply market price. 合力控股打破白米進口壟斷？

（吉隆坡28日訊）很少大馬業者可以進入高壁壘白米進口領域，合力控股（HALEX，5151，主板工業產品組）卻已跨越。

獲1.84億白米採購及包裝合約

上週該公司宣佈獲聯土局青年合作社（KMBFMB）頒發價值1億8千400萬令吉的採購及包裝8萬噸白米合約。

The Edge發現，該公司新收購70%股權的子公司SL Aktif有限公司也獲取同類型的50萬噸白米合約。

如今該公司因此獲取新收入來源，每年共可購入最高13萬噸的白米，為期兩年及可延長一年。

熟悉此事的消息來源指出，國家稻米公司（BERNAS）依然是唯一官方白米進口機構，不過自2月起，政府開始作出“特別安排”，放寬讓企業參與該領域。

消息說，農業部於7月給予KMBFMB“特別豁免權”，以每年更新準則，通過BERNAS進口20萬白米，且可自行挑選白米廠及海外供應商並儲存在其倉庫。

反之，KMBFMB頒發合力控股兩項合約了事。

後者將採購、包裝及運送白米至KMBFMB分銷中心，以在公開市場及KMBFMB雜貨店D'Mart出售。

此舉主要是為了供應大馬人更低價的高品質白米及同時瓦解國家稻米壟斷局面。

“國家稻米已長期壟斷市場及從供應白米獲取高賺幅，政府如此做的主要原因是向國家稻米展示，其他官聯公司也能直接在短時間內為終端用戶提供品質更佳的白米。”

消息指出，國家稻米進口所有白米，但大馬市場供應依然短缺15%，除了KMBFMB，未來其他官聯公司將有望參與，包括聯邦土地統一及復興局（Felcra）。

美國農業部報告顯示，大馬生產170萬噸白米，進口110萬噸及消耗超過270萬噸對合力控股而言，白米需求是開創盈利的黃金機會。該公司回覆The Edge電郵時指出，可從每噸白米獲得200令吉或8%淨利潤，合約料明年開始貢獻營業額及淨利。

合約無競標

熟悉此合約的執行人員透露，由於是新安排，該合約沒有競標，合力控股是因向KMBFMB毛遂自薦，證實有財務能力可採購白米而獲取該合約。

合力控股回覆交易所詢問時表示，將從泰國、柬埔寨、越南及緬甸獲取白米來源。此舉引發關注，因國家稻米一直是大馬獨家白米進口商。（星洲日報／財經‧TheEdge專頁）

取消收購‧合力進軍柬博彩喊停

（吉隆坡3日訊）合力控股（HALEX,5151,主板工業產品組）因無法取得完整資料來進行精密審查工作，決定取消收購柬埔寨威贏（柬埔寨）控股公司（VW Win）至少51%股權計劃，進軍柬國博彩業大計宣告喊卡。

該公司發文告指出，根據今年9月15日與威贏大股東吳帝喜慶簽署的諒解備忘錄條款，後者需提供完整的資料來進行精密審查工作，但後者無法履行條款，因此決定終止相關協議。

雙方早前簽署的備忘錄顯示，吳帝喜同意擔保威贏從2016年起3年內，每年可為合力控股帶來至少300萬美元（約1千266萬令吉）淨利。

目前，威贏在柬埔寨經營測字業務，並計劃向柬埔寨當局申請網上博彩執照。（ 星洲日報／財經）
