any one stay serdang perdana? east lake, fortune park and sky villa. may i know all this appartment and condo maintainace fees and estimate cost for a unit? the south city plaza plan 2010 built 2 blok of appartment above the south city plaza, where can find out the show unit, and one south show unit? |

that agent say got 2 unit left only, is investment unit, the rental is 1500 a month.
i calculate it, got cash flow if this rental, they really show me the rental resit. then east lake is 1800 a month, for heritage is 2400 a month. the rental for this area is increasing |

maintainance fee is rn 0.17 psf. and sinking fees annually is rm200.
water bill also expensive. |
