瑞華撤出競標印度油氣工程 2009-01-07 12:27
(吉隆坡) 瑞華機構（SUIWAH,9865,主板貿服組）宣佈撤出較早達致的聯營計劃及財團協議，以在印度競標一些石油與天然氣勘探及生產的工程計劃。

此公司發表文告說，瑞華機構去年5月與VALDEL石油與天然氣私人有限公司及VALDEL投資私人有限公司達致財團協議，以成立一支財團，而此公司將直接持有此財團15%股權，以競標印度的一些油氣工程。
聯營計劃胥視財團是否成功標獲工程而定，VALDEL石油與天然氣公司在今年1月2日已告知，計劃中的勘探投標已告失敗，並計劃從1月2日起終止此項協議。

在考量VALDEL石油與天然氣公司的決定後，董事部決定撤出此項聯營計劃以及終止成立財團。

根據終止協議，瑞華機構在此項競標計劃需承擔總共31萬1339印度盧比（或2萬3949.15令吉）的費用，並且無法退回。

（吉隆坡）瑞華機構（SUIWAH,9865,主板貿服組）截至2008年11月30日止首6個月，錄得697萬令吉淨利，前期為552萬5000令吉，按年增長26.15%。

營業額則寫下1億8762萬3000令吉，前期為1億7770萬4000令吉，微揚5.58%。

The Group's principal activity is the operation of supermarket, department stores and hypermarket. Other activities include the manufacture and design of flexible printed circuit boards (QDOS, a pioneer and fully integrated manufacturer of Flexible Printed Circuits that was established in 1994, with highly automated, state-of-the-art facilities in Penang, Malaysia; Bangalore, India; and Xiamen, China), money lending and property investment and development. .Operations of the Group are carried out in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, United States of America and Europe.

首季度的报告已经出了，每股盈利3.57sen比较前年同期3.47sen来得高。这是因为制造工业的支臂QDOS GROUP业务方面表现恢复改善所给予的盈利贡献。

第三季度的报告已经出炉了，单季度每股盈利8.21sen。
九个月累积盈利高达16.53sen。
目前于RM1.30的价位，PE等于处在单位数位置交易。而且NTA＝RM2.91与每年股息＝8sen，我个人认为它可以说是一立隐藏着的珍珠。

Review of Performance of the Group
The Group’s revenue for the quarter under review was RM128.926 million as compared to RM97.965 million for the preceding year corresponding quarter ended 29 February 2009, recording an increase of 31.60%.
The Group’s profit before tax for the same period was RM6.014 million as compared with the profit before tax of RM4.145 million previously, an increase of 45.09%. The increase in the overall Group’s turnover and profitability was mainly due overall improved performance in retail and manufacturing in the current quarter.
The results for the current financial period have not been affected by any transactions or events of a material or unusual nature that has arisen between 28 February 2010 and the date of this report.

Material Changes in the Quarterly Results Compared to the Results of the Preceding Quarter
The Group’s revenue for the quarter ended 28 February 2010 was RM128.926 million as compared to RM97.962 million for the preceding quarter ended 30 November 2009, an increase of 31.61%.
The Group’s profit before tax for the current quarter was RM6.014 million, as compared with profit before tax of RM3.572 million recorded in the preceding quarter, reflecting an increase of 68.37%. The increase in the Group’s revenue and profitability, which was mainly due; (a) consumers’ spending following the celebration of two major festivals, Christmas and Chinese New Year sales recorded in the current quarter; and (b) better performance in manufacturing
sector.
