（吉隆坡18日讯）瑞华机构（SUIWAH，9865，主板贸服股）制造业务销量和赚幅降低，拖累2015财年首季净利下滑32.24%。

瑞华机构首季净利，从上财年的336万8000令吉，降低至现财年的228万2000令吉。

相比上财年的9211万9000令吉，公司首季营业额上扬6.52%，现财年报9812万4000令吉。

公司营业额走升，主要是槟城的零售商店开始营运，以及产业投资与发展业务增加租金收入。

瑞华机构相信，消费税将影响盈利表现，压缩成本架构，包括推高库存价格，更会降低零售业务的销量。

至于制造业务，公司看好产品的增长动力。因此，公司将持续调整商业策略，提升现财年表现。

上财年同期收597万4000令吉，或10.42仙。

当季营业额跌3.21%，录得8907万4000令吉，较上财年同期9203万令吉逊色。

该公司全年累积净利报1012万6000令吉，跌43%；营业额则涨5.52%，写3亿9903万6000令吉。

根据文告，经济低迷和令吉疲弱，零售业务备受挑战，该公司表示，将持续调整发展策略、严格控制成本和提高市占率。

另外，该公司有信心在明财年，交出令人满意的表现。

（吉隆坡24日讯）瑞华机构（SUIWAH，9865，主板贸服股）澄清，公司并没有参与竞标一个马来西亚发展有限公司（1MDB）在槟城亚依淡的94.7公顷地段。

瑞华机构今日发文告，回应《星报》昨日有关瑞华机构参与竞标上述土地的报道。

根据报告，1MDB在早前将售地对外发出征求建议书通知后，引来2家公司参与竞标，近日再有2家上市公司竞标，分别为瑞华机构和帝亿置地（TITIJYA，5239，主板产业股）。【南洋网财经】
