我在要跟院长谈之前有做了一点小纪录，不过是英文的，希望大家不要介意。
但必须强调是这是跟院长谈之前的内容，过后还有一些小插曲，迟点跟大家分享。
Q & A for before and after to school(Q is me and A is school)
The Q & A before school
Q: I wan to take the professional make up and hair-do for here, what is including for the course?
A: including all of the make up! And worth rm4000++ product
The Q & A after school
[ the including course is only 26 type basic hair, curl hair, basic make up, corrective eye make up and 7 class theory ( I already to school almost a month.. Make up more than 8 times, finish hair do 90% but not yet meet the theory)]
[ exclude- bridal make up, personal make up, state make up, studio make up, magazine make up, bridal styling hairdo, body art design.]
[ You wanna learn the exclude make up and hair do? Teacher will ask you find from website or YouTube, learn ourself, if fail, ask teacher to teach, but teacher can't do it > 80%]
[ what I get? The promise is not the promise after, I pay the fee to them want they help me to solve my problem, but I have to solve >70% problem for my self even I pay rm13,888] Whoa, nice

Q: including personal make up?
A: yes
The Q & A after school
[ 2 weeks + later, because my hairstyle is bit fast for the course, but no student can give me learn make up, I request for teacher teaching me personal make up]
Q: teacher, today no student give me make up, my hair lesson too fast, I wan learn personal make up today.
A: what? Your course is not include personal make up!!!
Q: ... when I come in I ask ms.jean, she say have, and your website also have write it?
A: NO! Need to pay to take another course! And what!? You don't know to make up yourself? OMG?
Q: ... ... ... ( thinking if I know how to make up I pay you to learn for what?)
[ after that the teacher go to buy lunch and eat lunch leave me alone at class until 2:30 without teaching anything.]
Q & A to ms Jean ( continue top topic)
[ after that I call ms Jean, why she say have including the personal make up but now teacher don't want to teach?]
Q: why?
A: ok... What the teacher say is half correct and half wrong!
Q: ... What? Half correct? She correct mean is my problem????
A: oh, because she have teaching personal make up individual
Q: so I have to pay more to learn personal make up?
A: no.. Very easy, after you finish your course, you will know how to make up yourself already.
Q: ok, mean this school didn't teach it? but now no student give me to learn make up, and my hair-do finish soon, I need to make my image for small test soon, so I need to learn my make up?
A: oh ya.. I know, your eye is a bit weird like me, so you can't solve the personal make up right? You can ask another teacher to teach you.
[ what I get!? teacher correct and the problem become my problem? Teacher problem is my problem, my problem please solve myself. The promise? After pay is GONE]

A: yes
After school
Q: Teacher A, you will teach me the bridal hairstyle and make up right? I mean not the hair-do from school, because that's all not the bridal make up and hairstyle (picture 1 below)
A: yes, if you wan to learn, you can find from website or watch YouTube... YouTube have teach many, but if some hairstyle you wan to learn or you really can't solve it, can take photo to ask me
Q: mr.jean.. How about bridal hairdo and make up
A: actually the bridal make up and hair-do is same as basic make up and hair do, once you finish course, you will know how to do all already, haha
[ what I get? This is school? YouTube are the school, just YouTube is free but pro!]

A: if no need use the special props will teach it
After school
[ I have make a research from my senior at school, will them teach about the personal make up? Bridal hair do make up? Others make up? Hairdo?
Answer is NO! NO! NO! Just teach what the thing on the book ( picture 2 below)
[ what I get? Silent, I know finish the course will auto know how to do already!?]

Q: hear from you that teaching is 1 by 1 for the teacher to student?
A: yes! But is teach what you need to learn then will teach other student too.
After school
[ teach me? Of course, like watching YouTube, teacher do once for you, after that go another floor or don't know where to play handphone or do their thing.
Still dunno to do? Go find them, wait them for 10 mins, they like repeat to do one time to you..
Q: teacher, I can't do like what you do, can you teach me the easier way?
A: like this and like this ( just redo to show you the same )
[ what I get? This is teacher? After i know all teacher is graduation from the school of enya, nowonder.. 1 is finish at 2014 and 1 is 2012. OMG]

Q: What is including for my product? What is brand for the cosmetic?
A: the product is rm4000+++ we using revecen product, only make up artist will know and use this product.
After school
[ a broken make up box, no brand eye shadow, lipstick etc, make up for life brand, revecen? Yes, but not more than 10.. Others products can find on China
[ what I get? The product even not worth rm1500, my skin is not only worth rm1500]

Befor school
Q: we need to use how many times to finish this professional make up course?
A: 6 month, but have student 2 and Half month already finish the course.
After school
[ what I get!? no wonder can finish it 6 month, even 2 and half month, learn less]

Q: what time to what time we learning from school?
A: weekdays 12:30pm to 7:00pm
After school
[ actual time is 1:30 or 2:00 to 6:00 or 7:00, before I tell this problem to ms.jean, 3 weeks I go school, teacher always come to school 1:00 or 1:30, I stand at gate there wait them open door for me, but they always too late make many student don't want go school so early, 1:30? Reach school, they have to buy lunch, have to eat... 2:00pm is the right times to start my lesson]
Q: ms.jean, why you say start lesson at 12:30 but teacher just come at 1:30 pm?
A: well.. Because if student go late, teacher also nothing do at there
Q: ... What? I always reach there everyday 12:25pm, I am not a student?
A: ok.. Well I will ask teacher to go earlier, but you need help me to ask student come early, then good to both of us, the teacher will go school early
Q: ... I try ... ( thinking their problem become my problem again?)
[ what I get!? I thought teacher need to do good example for us then we follow? But seem like reverse]

Q: we have exam right?
A: yes, we have 16 small test for school, 1 gov test, theory test, c & g test ect
After school
[ what I get!? now then I know, for my top experience.. Want me to exam but didn't teach, how to pass? Pass is mean professional? Those exam teacher will ask you think and learn or find YouTube yourself to finish it, school won't teach it, this is enya school of beauty professional make up and hair-do course and cost is rm13888]

哇，出到律师来哦。。如果我真的有扭歪的话，相信院长会一度跟我解释，不会让我觉得委屈然后说帮不到我吧？我在这里敢说出，就一定有事实性，我不是在这里搞坏这间学院的名誉，只是希望大家睁大眼睛选学院。
你何必要pm我呢？在这里说就可以了。
话说你的事情已经全校人知道，因为我问我朋友，他马上就知道是谁了，你的魔力可真大，事情传到imbi 都知道，因为我朋友是在imbi的，他说你所提的不是事实的全部，我告诉他你在这里的一切，他说他会把一切screen shot下来，不排除出律师信给你毁坏他人名誉这样，所以我相信很多可能是你扭曲了，我绝对相信我的朋友。所以奉劝你在他来拍之前，你最好把一切纠正，给人抓到痛脚你自己保重，不要说我不提醒你，他们几个学生也是律师来的。讲东西要讲好好来，不要冤枉人家。如果你觉得你讲的都是事实，那就不用理会我，我是好心提醒你，顺便一提，他说你和院长的故事不只在电话，是之前还有一段你对院长的要求和协议，因为当场还有第三者，有人可以证明你歪曲的事实，所以你还是不要搞那么多事，除非你这样做，已经有了心里准备接受律师信

如果我真的要搞针对，我在facebook或各种地方都po了啦。。我是因为这里大家99%的好评才在这里反映我的个人心得，毕竟我亲身经历。
我不怕你得罪我，我也不怕得罪你，只怕没有事实性。
再强调，我不是要叫大家不要去这所学校，只是希望大家睁大眼睛找学校。
我不是吉隆坡人，我是霹雳州的，因为这所学校我不顾那么远租房到那里就读。
但他们说过有的，但事实上没有，然后帮不到我，就那么简单。

谢谢你，我不觉得是小事吧，如果你觉得是小事也不需要出律师信吧。
但是如果你可以挖我所说的那个不是事实来说我，如果真的不是事实我可以删除。
但我希望你不要生气，没有必要生气，这里大家只是自由谈论学院。谢谢你
我也没有很费神在这里吧。。我已经找到另一家学院要开课了

我是2010在 ExxA 报读专业化妆课程。
就从你们所谓＂好＂的学院毕业的，而且拿着Distinction文凭！
避开学习内容的话，是很开心当时遇到很好的朋友，大家一起学习和分享是快乐的。。老师也很nice。。
学习的过程当然少不了吃些苦头！刚开始的1、2个月真的感觉莫名奇妙！那种感觉就像你不懂得怎样做，但却更不懂如何开口要老师帮忙，有时挺无奈的！
不只是我，连其他同学都认为＂化妆好看不代表一定懂得教人！＂相反的，就像足球，教练不亲自踢球，但却教出一流的球员！
老师是很friendly,问题在于懂不懂的教学？学院环境不错，但能够让学生成长多少？
发型课程！说真的，有学等于没学！只教你用电卷棒，电直棒，辫子，弄圈，弄转！帮人弄造型实际上还得自己上网找资料。。说好的，造型呢？还是一开始就只是这基本的带过，而我却误会会教我美美的整体造型？如果是的话，都怪我一厢情愿啊。。
至于化妆考试，全部都大概用嘴告诉你这个妆是如何的，没教你怎样化。。
还有，新娘妆（春、夏、秋、冬）完了！就这4个。。lol...
当年RM5999，这个价钱给的东西就这样，还要怎样哦？
我是因为觉得它不贵，能学到专业化妆（基础），就报名了！过后才发觉并不是我所期望那样的的！报读前是希望以后可以学很多化妆技巧，当个专业化妆师！但是学完整个课程以后，我发觉只学了基本的东西，其实离＂专业＂还远呢！
毕竟Exxx的老师都是毕业生，能帮的能力有限！只能说，以后的路自己走！
最后毕业了，学院也不会特别帮你找工！不在他们范围内，不能怪他们！
为了拥有更好的化妆技术和更专业！我选择进MAC，当他们的一份子！虽然MAC很具挑战，也很严格！但是在MAC我学了太多以前学不到的东西！让我骄傲的是，不只化妆技术进步，也对未来更有信心！原来专业化妆师是这么一回事！
哦！对了！如果化妆学院说＂我的哪位学生毕业后能进MAC、BB、SHU...＂等等！真的听听就好。。不用觉得很厉害！毕竟是学院的毕业生！要拿ex-student来做宣传就随便他们吧！（自己讲，自己爽）
只能说学院学的是一回事！毕业后工作又是另一回事！现在的我，也许用不到学院之前学的3分之1，可能早就被其他更好的代替了。。。
不管怎样，每间化妆学院都有好坏！只能在自己的学习范围内力争上游！对自己要求高一点，基础打好了，去到哪里还怕没有进步的空间？

很多地方都是这样，学生毕业就直接在学院教学，就为了扩大学院
教出来的学生也是半桶水，专业？只能靠自己了
