（吉隆坡5日讯）TRC协作（TRC Synergy Bhd）独资子公司Trans Resources Corp私人有限公司从国家基建公司（Prasarana）的手中，包揽一项价值7亿6060万令吉的轻快铁3号线（LRT3）项目的相关建设合约。

Trans Resources是在8月29日获颁这项“Johan Setia车站（第二期）TD2建设配套及轻快铁3号线的相关工程（从万达镇到Johan Setia）”的合约。

TRC协作今日向大马交易所报备，这个项目料将为集团的未来盈利及每股盈利带来进账。

这个项目将不会对该集团的已发行和缴足股本、大股东的持股权、每股净资产，以及负债水平构成任何影响。

在考量过这项合约的所有方面后，董事部认为，该项目符合集团的最大利益。

The Project will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital, substantial shareholders' shareholdings, net assets per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries ("TRC Group"). Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Board is of the opinion that the Project will contribute positively to the earnings and earnings per share of the TRC Group in the future. None of the Directors of the Company, its substantial shareholders or person connected with Directors and substantial shareholders have any interest in the Projects. The Board, after having considered all aspects of the offer is of the opinion that the Project is in the best interest of the TRC Group. 乐天交易表示，TRC协作自2017财政年以来已获颁价值超过10亿令吉的铁道相关项目，接下来有望赢得更多合约。

乐天交易指出，TRC协作在2002年于大马交易所主板上市，该公司是少数获得砂拉越州财务秘书署颁发注册承包商单位A级营业执照的建筑集团，因此可竞标砂拉越州政府的项目。

该公司最近获得国家基建公司颁发轻快铁三线合约（7亿6000万令吉）及捷运二线配套（3亿4800万令吉）。

该公司手中的25亿令吉出色订单，将可确保在未来2至3年的盈利可见度。

TRC协作与邯郸中铁桥梁机械公司展开联营，以建造高架轨道和桥梁工程，这将提升它在未来争取更多基建工程的能力。

TRC协作的产业部门预料受阿拉白沙罗即将推行交通导向的发展项目下所带动。该项目的估计发展总值为10亿令吉，其中第一期的发展总值约为3亿令吉。

TRC协作也进军澳洲产业市场，专注于墨尔本中央商务区以北50公里的可负担房屋发展项目。该公司已经和Starwood签署12年运营协议，以管理其拥有165间客房的酒店Element Melbourne Richmond，该酒店预定在2019年底前开始营业。

珍阿都拉 任TRC主席

（吉隆坡28日訊）隨著TRC（TRC，5054，主要板建築）主席丹斯里莫哈末沙農辭去職務，前首相敦阿都拉夫人敦珍阿都拉將出任該公司新任主席。

TRC與子公司主要業務為建築、建材製造和房地產發展等。

TRC向馬證交所報備，珍阿都拉在公司的職務，在2月27日起從獨立董事調任為主席，即日起生效。

珍阿都拉目前也是馬來西亞開放大學（OUM）校長、大馬景觀和熱帶雨林保護和研究中心主席，以及關懷大馬秘書處執行主席，以及大馬殘奧理事會贊助人。

莫哈末沙農雖辭去董事局主席職務，但仍是TRC的審計委員會主席。

TRC年報顯示，該公司截至2017年3月底的最大股東為TRC資本私人有限公司，持有12.39%股權。第2大股東為KOLEKTIF AMAN私人有限公司，持有12.18%股權。

New Project    :       The proposed construction and completion of residential towers, serviced apartments with retail space & show gallery, facilities block for serviced apartments, event hall, basement parking, common facilities, high street, upgrading and making good works for promenade and other ancillary works at plot 8MD3, Precinct 8, Putrajaya (“the Project”). Detail of Announcement: TRC Synergy Berhad (“the Company”) is pleased to announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd ("TRC"), had on 03 December 2018 accepted the award from Putrajaya Holdings Sdn Bhd for the construction and completion of the Project for a contract sum of RM 498,698,000.00. The Project will need to be completed within 57 months. The Project will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital, substantial shareholders' shareholdings, net assets per share and gearing of the Company and its subsidiaries ("TRC Group"). Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Board is of the opinion that the Project will contribute positively to the earnings and earnings per share of the TRC Group in the future. None of the Directors of the Company, its substantial shareholders or any person(s) connected with the Directors and/or substantial shareholders have any interest in the Project. The Board, after having considered all aspects of the award is of the opinion that the Project is in the best interest of the TRC Group. The Letter of Award is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company during office hours from Monday to Friday at TRC Business Centre, Jalan Andaman Utama, 68000 Ampang, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
