史格米工程冀投标 25亿巴西捷运工程

（吉隆坡26日讯）消息透露，史格米工程（ScomiEn，7366，主板工业产品股）计划竞标总值超过25亿令吉的巴西捷运工程。

《商业时报》引述巴西史格米总裁希尔米再尼表示，该公司准备投标巴西圣保罗将在当季发出长20公里的捷运工程，若夺标，这将会是史格米工程获得的第二项巴西捷运工程。

该集团在过去获得两项总值536万令吉巴西捷运工程，并在去年再竞标圣保罗另一捷运工程，不过竞标失利。

希尔米再尼表示：“新一期的捷运工程投标书的呈交截至6月尾，我们会与本地业者成立财团竞标。”

他补充，未来将积极参与巴西捷运工程的竞标，包括350公里的高速火车工程，料总值约765亿令吉。

“我们有兴趣投标高速火车工程，特别是系统的合约，我们也有计划成立财团竞标。”

在未来的两年内，希尔米再尼预计巴西会推出数份捷运合约，巴西史格米将与当地业者联营，上呈投标书。

史格米工程也在昨天宣布，与巴西Montagens e Projetos Especiais和Brasell Gestao Empresarial成立联营公司——Quark Fabricacao de Equipamentos Ferroviarios e Servicos de Engenharia私人有限公司。

放眼多項外國工程‧史格米工程盈利將改善

（吉隆坡26日訊）史格米工程（SCOMIEN，7366，主板工業產品組）放眼國外多項工程攫取下，有望改善今年盈利表現。

史格米工程首席執行員沙哈京賽因在股東大會上表示，公司位於巴西聖保羅的單軌火車工程即將在下月動工，相信可在明年4月交付第一個單軌火車。

“上述工程總值27億令吉，而我們負責當中6億令吉的工程，並預計可在2015年可完成。”

沙哈京賽因表示，他們將瞄準巴西里約熱內盧和聖保羅在第三季的競標，希望公司在該區域可進一步發展。

此外，史格米工程已入圍印度欽奈（Chennai）價值60億令吉單軌火車競標工程，而上述工程競標結果預計在未來3至4個月後揭曉。

目前，史格米工程在大馬和國內共握有約12億令吉的訂單。

沙哈京賽因表示，公司今年資本開銷預計將維持在2千萬至3千萬令吉，主要用於研發用途。

外匯虧損及單軌火車工程耽誤
去年虧損主因
另一方面，當被詢及公司為何在2011年財年蒙受巨額虧損時，沙哈京賽因表示，因外匯虧損加上孟買的單軌火車工程耽誤所致，促使公司去年蒙受虧損。

“若上述工程得以順利完成，將可貢獻公司約2億零220萬令吉的收入，或相等於2011年財年收入的81.9%。”

沙哈京賽因補充，上述工程已重返軌道，相信公司虧損因此可減至最少，而項目成本也得以緩解。

他指出，源於上述虧損，加上公司近期擴展活動，史格米工程今年將不派發任何股息予股東。（星洲日報／財經）

史格米工程冀争取印度火车合约

（新德里19日讯）史格米工程（ScomiEn，7366，主板工业产品股）印度伙伴EngineeringProject（印度）有限公司（EPI），希望能尽快在印度取得更多单轨火车计划合约。

EPI主席兼董事经理SPS巴希表示，尽管目前只有孟买兴建单轨火车系统，其他地方政府也正考虑兴建。

巴希今日出席经济研究机构颁奖典礼时说：“许多地方政府者对单轨火车系统感兴趣。我们希望能更快取得一些单轨火车合约。”

他补充，单轨火车系统将成为当地MetroRail系统“综合者”，为当地人提供联系便利和不同大众交通选项。

2010年间，史格米工程与EPI签署了一项了解备忘录，以在印度境内发展迅速的城市和南亚地区联营参与单轨火车计划。

目前，史格米（Scomi，7158，主板工业产品股）正与印度伙伴Larsen&Tourbro合作，在孟买兴建19.5公里单轨火车系统。

史格米也已透过EPI呈交拉贾斯坦邦科塔（Kota）和焦特布尔（Jodhpur）城市相关单轨火车系统可行性研究报告。[Nanyang]

史葛米鐵道 短期可獲100億工程

（吉隆坡14日訊）史葛米工程（SCOMIEN，7366，二板工業）預計，旗下史葛米鐵道公司（Scomi Rail Bhd）短期內可獲得約100億令吉工程。

史葛米鐵道公司主席蘇海米耶谷在今日媒體邀請會上說，目前公司在國內外都有競標幾項工程，其中包括大馬各價值20億令吉的第2條路線捷運工程和檳城單軌火車工程、印尼價值30至40億令吉的工程、巴西價值20億令吉的工程和印度真奈價值50億令吉的工程。

“公司對于這幾項工程十分有信心，很有把握得標，此外該公司亦有在泰國等地方競標著其他的工程。”

他指出，目前製作軌道交通系統計劃的公司在全球只有4大家，史葛米鐵道公司便是其中1家。

未來5年內，全球軌道交通系統計劃潛在價值約45億美元（約137.8億令吉），因此他十分看好公司前景。

該公司目前在進行著的工程有4項，其中包括吉隆坡單軌火車更新工程、印度孟買的工程和2項巴西的工程。

蘇海米表示，獲得巴西工程，除了能將我國製造的火車銷售到巴西，亦能將一些我國生產的火車零件推廣到該國。

史葛米鐵道每年大約可生產300節車廂，除了本地工廠每年可生產250節車廂外，在巴西街的工廠可生產約50節車廂。

目前公司的廠房使用率只有30%，因此有能力應付未來所接獲的工程。[ChinaPress]

史格米工程竞投印度50亿合约

（吉隆坡16日讯）史格米工程（ScomiEn，7366，主板工业产品股）披露，准备竞投位于印度钦奈、总值50亿令吉单轨铁路计划。

史格米工程铁路部总裁苏哈米耶谷表示：“我们正在准备投标书，希望在明年3月份或6月份上呈。”

若夺标，这将是史格米工程获得的第二项印度单轨铁路合约。

史格米工程在2008年11月，透过联营公司获得总值18亿5000万令吉的孟买单轨铁路工程合约。

首期工程料在明年中完成，第二期工程则估计在6个月后竣工。

物色更多工程
史格米工程也与Geodesic Techniques私人有限公司联营竞投，位于印度班加罗尔、路程59公里长的单轨铁路工程合约。

《商业时报》引述苏哈米耶谷指出，史格米工程将在印度各区如德里，物色更多工程。

印度联合城市发展部在早前公开要求当地政府在德里建立13至14条单轨铁路线。

“印度单轨铁路未来5年的发展计划总值约459亿令吉。我们希望可分得大块蛋糕。”[Nanyang]

申请服务延伸至双威城镇 史格米献议私有化单轨火车

（吉隆坡20日讯）史格米工程（ScomiEn，7366，主板工业产品股）献议私有化吉隆坡单轨火车系统，并计划将单轨火车服务延伸至双威城镇。

据《商业时报》援引史格米工程总裁苏海米耶谷表示，公司已就私有化吉隆坡单轨火车系统，以及延伸单轨火车服务至双威城镇的计划，已经提呈了两项计划书，并希望政府可以批准。

“我们希望，政府会为单轨火车延伸工程亮绿灯，预计在2014年放行。届时，我们将采用兴建、经营和转移（BOT）方式，来延伸单轨火车服务。若有此机会，我们也计划私有化和自行营运单轨火车系统。”

国家基建掌管
吉隆坡单轨火车计划原本是由吉隆坡基建集团（KL INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP）耗资11亿8000万令吉打造，并拥有40年的特许经营权（包括收费）。

不过，由于经营艰辛加上财务陷困，吉隆坡基建集团在2007年10月2日除牌，而国家基建有限公司（Prasarana）在同年12月，接管了单轨火车系统。

如今，单轨火车系统由国家基建有限公司的独资子公司———KL StarRail私人有限公司掌管，其中12组两节车厢的单轨火车，是由史格米工程子公司———史格米铁路公司所供应。

苏海米指出，22公里长的单轨火车延伸工程，由吉隆坡中环开始，途径谷中城中心和旧巴生路，最后延伸至双威城镇。

“基于单轨火车的现有路线和车站已过于拥挤，政府因而将两节车厢转换成四节车厢，以及延伸路线至十五碑以外的地区。”[Nanyang]

史格米竞标4 国单轨火车

（吉隆坡21日讯）史格米（Scomi，7158，主板贸服股）正在竞标巴西、印度、泰国和印尼的单轨火车（Monorail）工程。

史格米旗下史格米铁路（Scomi Rail）主席苏海米耶谷在吉隆坡告诉记者，集团正在巴西竞标20公里单轨火车计划工程。

他说，预计明年再竞标巴西另12项单轨火车计划。

“我们也将在明年首季竞标印度钦奈的50公里单轨火车铁路计划。”

公司也有意竞标印尼50公里单轨火车铁路，以及泰国曼谷12公里单轨火车铁路。

无论如何，他拒绝透露这些工程的竞标价格。

放眼竞标槟20亿工程
另一方面，史格米工程（ScomiEn，7366，主板工业产品股）指出，槟州政府明年一旦招标总值20亿令吉的单轨火车工程，公司将参与竞标。

史格米工程集团交通解决方案部总营运长肯尼善告诉《商业时报》：“过去我们曾得过标，很希望再竞标。”

2008年1月，国家基建有限公司（Prasarana）将总值16亿令吉的工程意向书颁给由史格米工程、马资源（MRCB，1651，主板建筑股）及槟城港口委员会组成的财团。

不私营化
当时，其它竞标业包括美丽华工业集团（Melewar Industrial Group）及伙伴布特拉资本（Putera Capital），另外还有MMC-Metrail。

不过，联邦政府在第九大马计划中期检讨时决定搁置。

据了解，联邦政府将把槟州单轨火车计划提呈内阁审批。

整个计划造价逾20亿令吉，原因是路线更改及车站增加。

肯尼善说：“我们不打算私营化单轨火车系统计划，我们将继续扮演系统供应商和设计师角色。”[Nanyang]

沙哈金再恩稍早前因出任史格米海事（ScomiMr，7045，主板贸服股）总执行长一职、而悬空史格米工程总执行长职位。

现年52岁的卡尼山在金融服务、汽车、产业和基建、交通和油气领域拥有超过30年的经验。

传史格米工程 竞标印度单轨火车

（吉隆坡18日讯）知情人士称，史格米工程（SCOMIEN，7366，主板工业产品股）将在3个月内呈上表格，竞标印度两项总值50亿令吉的单轨火车工程。

《商业时报》报道指出，这两项工程分别位于新德里（New Delhi）和喀拉拉邦（Kerala），总长度为33公里，新德里和喀拉拉邦的轨道长度，分别为11公里和22.2公里。

得标者也需负责供应列车车厢、兴建讯号与通讯系统、兴建车站和仓库。

与此同时，公司也和印度IL & FS运输网络有限公司合作，竞标金奈总值46亿5000万令吉，全长57.1公里的单轨火车工程。另一个竞标者是印度的Gammon公司。

消息称，这项工程竞争激烈，成绩会在9月出炉；一旦赢得这项工程，将是史格米工程的最大项单轨火车工程。

肯尼善曾表示，公司已准备好竞标印度其他单轨火车工程，包括金奈（Chennai）、喀拉拉邦、班加罗尔（Bangalore）、德里（Delhi）、海得拉巴（Hyderabad）和浦那（Pune）。[南洋网财经]
