2017年10月31日
(吉隆坡30日讯)受惠于美元走强和销量提升,带动家丽资机构(HOMERIZ,5160,主板消费产品股)截至8月31日末季业绩亮眼,净利按年大涨52.74%,建议派息每股2.2仙。

末季净利报700万6000令吉,或每股2.34仙,优于上财年同期的458万7000令吉,或每股1.53仙。

营业额按年攀涨16.91%,从3392万3000令吉扬至3965万8000令吉。

全年赚3089万

全年净利增10.21%,达3088万8000令吉;营业额则涨7.23%,写1亿6895万8000令吉。

家丽资机构今日向交易所报备,比较上财年同期,平均美元兑令吉在末季和全年,分别走强约6%和4%;销量分别上升11%和3%。

美元走强不仅改善营业额和盈利,还缓解劳动成本上涨。

面对全球经济起伏,加上生产成本上涨和汇率波动,公司将持续专注核心业务。

PROPOSED FINAL SINGLE-TIER TAX EXEMPT DIVIDEND FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2017
The Board of Directors of Homeritz Corporation Berhad ("Homeritz" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Directors has on 30 October 2017 proposed a final single-tier tax exempt dividend of 11% equivalent to 2.2 sen per share for the financial year ended 31 August 2017 ("Proposed Final Dividend"), subject to the approval of Homeritz shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The total dividend paid and proposed by Homeritz in respect of the financial year ended 31 August 2017 is 21% (equivalent to 4.2 sen per share). This represents more than 40% of the consolidated net profit attribute to the owners of the Company for the financial year ended 31 August 2017.

The entitlement date and payment date in respect of the Proposed Final Dividend will be determined and announced by Homeritz in due course.

This announcement is dated 30 October 2017.

最近有机会瞄了一下homeriz的增产计划,发现了

-她在2015年买了一片40,746平方公尺的农地(估计是要转换成工业地,除非是自耕?)

-公司去年在一片数年前买的土地上建了一间2.4mil的新厂,同时也购买了3.6mil机器与设备

未来股息有望保住。不过哪位大大知道新厂几时投入生产?

The Board of Directors of Homeritz Corporation Berhad (“HOMERITZ” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 06 December 2018 incorporated the following new wholly-owned subsidiaries under the Companies Act 2016 (“Incorporation”):

1)   Homeours Sdn. Bhd. (1306535-W) (“HOMEOURS”); and

2)   Home Newcastle Sdn. Bhd. (1306536-K) (“HOME NEWCASTLE”).

INFORMATION OF HOMEOURS AND HOME NEWCASTLE
HOMEOURS and HOME NEWCASTLE were each incorporated as a private company limited by shares. The issued share capital of HOMEOURS and HOME NEWCASTLE is RM1.00 divided into 1 ordinary share each. The intended principal activities of HOMEOURS and HOME NEWCASTLE are manufacture and sale of furniture, property investment and investment holding.

PURPOSE OF INCORPORATION
The Incorporation is to cater for the expanding production activities which shall form part of the Group’s on-going business expansion plans.

FINANCIAL EFFECTS
The incorporation of the two wholly-owned subsidiaries mentioned above are not expected to have any material impact on the HOMERITZ group’s earnings, gearing and net assets for the financial year ending 31 August 2019.

DIRECTORS AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS
Mr Chua Fen Fatt and Madam Tee Hwee Ing, being the Directors and Major Shareholders of HOMERITZ are also the Directors of HOMEOURS and HOME NEWCASTLE.
