（吉隆坡5日訊）近期無企業消息的祥龍控股（XIANLNG，7121，主要板消費），一度暴漲41%或18.5仙至64仙，創下3年新高水平，接獲馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”（UMA）質詢。

該股以47仙開盤，先揚升1.5仙，在10時55分飆漲41%或18.5仙至64仙，為2012年以來的最高水平，以60仙掛休，升幅為14.5仙；半日成交量112萬9000股。該股午盤持續收窄增幅，閉市報56.5仙，起11仙，成交量達144萬1700股。

值得一提的是，該股自去年底便顯著大漲，與年初的34仙想必，該股年初至今已勁揚22.5仙或40%。

基于安德在未有特別進展下大漲，遭馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”質詢，並需提供或推高股價走勢的最新企業發展。

祥龍控股截至1月底2015財政年轉虧為盈淨賺50萬令吉，營業額為1270萬令吉。該公司2014財年虧損189百萬令吉。

不過，祥龍控股回復質詢時表示不知情。

JOHOR-based Xian Leng (Fundamental: 1.35/3, Valuation: 0.9/3), an ornamental fish breeder, saw its share price increase 2.6% to close at a 3-year high of 60 sen last Friday.  

The rarely traded stock — which has been range bound between 25.5 sen and 42 sen prior to the recent rally — has risen by 69.0% since June 1.

The company has been in the red since FYJan2009, but returned to the black in FY2015 with a small net profit of RM503,465. It has a net debt of RM605,000, down from 10.4 million in FY2013.

For 1QFY2016, revenue fell 13.9% y-o-y to RM2.7 million, owing to lower production and sales volume. However, Xian Leng chalked up a net profit of RM31,000, compared to a net loss of RM191,000 in 1QFY2015, primarily due to increased sales of higher grade Arowana fishes.

The stock trades at a trailing 12-month P/E of 58.37 times and 0.9 times book.

祥龙削减面值80仙 抵销累积亏损

（吉隆坡20日讯）祥龙（XIANLNG，7121，主板消费产品股），将股票面值从每股1令吉，削减到20仙，以抵消累积亏损。

祥龙向马交所报备，削减面值80仙后，将获5816万3600令吉，可抵消累积亏损，剩余则将进入储备户头。

该公司指出，削减面值前，每股1令吉，缴足资本共7270万4500令吉。

削减面值后每股面值20仙，缴足资本则减至1454万900令吉，股票数量维持7270万4500股。

议案仅获58.05%赞成 祥龙削面值建议告吹

（吉隆坡3日讯）祥龙（XIANLNG，7121，主板消费产品股）建议削减股票面值的议案，今日在特大上仅获得58.05%的赞成票，不获股东通过。

祥龙今天早上在柔佛举行股东特大，以寻求股东通过削减股票面值和修订组织章程大纲的议案。

不过，这两项议案都没有获得股东的首肯，而不获通过。

根据该公司在马交所发布的文告，建议削减股票面值的议案，仅获得58.05%，或2967万600股的赞成票，反对票有41.95%，或2144万1800股，故不被通过。

至于建议修订组织章程大纲的议案，则仅获得55.4%，或2662万9600股的赞成票，反对票有44.6%，或2144万1800股，同样不通过。

特别议案需75%通过

据了解，上述议案是属于“特别议案”，因此根据法令，需要得到75%以上的票面价值赞成票，才能被通过。

而一般的议案，只要取得50%以上赞成票，就能过关。

一般涉及到上市公司资本的议案，都会被归类为“特别议案”，也因此，祥龙建议削资的议案，在没有得到超过75%的赞成票下，而宣布不被通过。

8月19日，祥龙建议，把股票面值从每股1令吉，削减80仙，至20仙，以抵消累积亏损。

该公司表示，削减面值后，将获得5816万3600令吉，可抵消所累积亏损，剩余的则将进入资金储备户头。【南洋网财经】

该公司第三季净赚75万2000令吉，相等于每股净利1.03仙，大幅高于上财年同期的3万9000令吉，或0.05仙。

此外，营业额从313万4000令吉，按年增长27.92%，达400万9000令吉。

首3季赚113.5万

至于首9个月，公司净利则大涨14.55倍，达113万5000令吉或每股净利1.56仙，而营业额则上扬8.8%，达1028万9000令吉。

祥龙拟私配筹333万

（吉隆坡15日讯）祥龙（XIANLNG，7121，主板消费产品股）建议通过私下配售，发出最多723万2400股新股给第三方投资者，冀望筹得最多332万6904令吉。

祥龙昨天向交易所报备，假设每股配售价为46仙，将相等于是截至6月13日5日加权均价的约9%折价，最多能筹得332万6904令吉。

其中，285万令吉将注资在未来的业务或投资项目。另外的37万7000令吉，将用来支付员工薪金。

该公司解释，目前尚未决定任何新业务及投资项目，但有可能是与现有业务不同的领域。

祥龙首季表现优于去年同期的净亏146万9000令吉，或每股净亏2.02仙。

（吉隆坡26日讯）祥龙（XIANLNG，7121，主板消费产品股）截至7月杪次季，净亏收窄至42万8000令吉或每股0.59仙。

祥龙今日向交易所报备，上财年同期净亏203万8000令吉，或每股2.80仙。

当季净亏收窄，主要是因为上财年同期的产业、厂房与设备减值亏损拨备达109万9000令吉。

同期营业额，则从上财年的235万5000令吉，按年增加27.98%至301万4000令吉。

该公司指，虽然魟鱼价格下跌，导致该类鱼的营业额减少，不过，进口鱼类食品及金鱼销售量增加，激励次季营业额增加。

累计上半年，该公司净亏39万5000令吉，上财年同期净亏350万7000令吉；同期营业额则按年涨20.88%，至631万7000令吉。

继续改善财务
