金龙鱼销量走高 祥龙第三季转亏为盈

（吉隆坡21日讯）祥龙（Xian Leng Holdings Bhd）在截至今年10月杪第三季转亏为盈，净赚2万6000令吉或每股0.03仙，归功于金龙鱼销量走高，上财年同期则净亏67万令吉，或相等于每股亏损0.92仙。

尽管黄貂鱼销量下滑，但金龙鱼销量增加，提振现财年第三季营业额按年增加18%至329万令吉，上财年同期为279万令吉。

公司在现财年首9个月净亏36万9000令吉，上财年同期则净亏418万令吉；首9个月营业额则从上财年的802万令吉，按年提高20%至现财年的961万令吉。

祥龙的核心业务是养殖和买卖观赏鱼，公司预计前景继续充满挑战，但将继续探讨新商机，并且谨慎监督其财务状况，以改善整体资产负债表。

“公司正继续加强研发工作，以进一步拓展鱼类的生产基地和品种，有望为未来的整体集团盈利作出贡献。”

根据文告，祥龙控股与TH Mestika私人有限公司已于10月8日签署了解备忘录。

TH Mestika是该计划的二手承包商。

根据了解备忘录，TH Mestika将负责项目的规划和设计，以及为建筑工程提供机器和设备，而祥龙控股将为建筑工程提供资源和服务。

了解备忘录为期12个月。在这段期间，任何一方均不得与任何第三方讨论、谈判或提供资讯。
