看合约性质。。。通常是包销公司吞完--所谓的包销公司就是那些投行比如CIMB-OSK-AMMB。。。CIMB通常只作大单的比如MAXIS...小角色都是OSK啃骨头。。。面子问题通常都是会卖完的说【优惠价格给特定人士。。。再在上市第一天至第一个月内想办法把股票维持在高过自身买入价的情况下出完票。。。】

    我记得osk 有做过 ASTRO 的IPO。不过好像这次这个OVERSEA 我可以在OSK 和 CIMB买到，那就是说OVERSEA 给两间公司包销？

卖不完有没有机会上市不成功？

很多新股IPO后，即使有很好派息政策，如MSPORTS,HOMERITZ,到现在不断下跌创新低点。OVERSEA没固定派息政策，有点模宁两可，短期和长期收票都不明朗。或者更难听的话，这公司上市只要A钱。劝他的老板别这么狡猾，公开他们的派息政策，让公司股价稳定和股东更安心

首季淨虧雖惡化‧海外天盼下半年業績回穩

（吉隆坡5日訊）儘管第一季度淨虧損擴大，海外天（OVERSEA，0153，創業板貿服組）依然看好集團發展前景，盼下半年業績在佳節帶動下回穩。

該公司替代董事俞達滕在股東大會後表示，根據以往紀錄，餐館業務在上半年表現不理想是正常現象，他預期第二和第三季度營業額將受喜慶節日，如農曆新年支撐而漸漸好轉。

他表示，新投資項目還未正面貢獻業績，坦言目前的新加坡餐館業務還未達至理想狀態，尚需1年半至3年時間建設市場。

“現階段會轉注發展新加坡及香港的餐館業務，並無開拓他國市場的打算，但未來兩三個月內，會在蒲種開設一家港式茶餐廳。＂

與CNI合作進軍清真餐飲
至於與CNI合作經營咖啡廳事項，他表示是雙方為進軍清真餐飲市場所作的投資。

“CNI的直銷業擁有很高的馬來客戶群，他們想進軍餐飲業，而我們也有興趣開拓清真市場，因此決定在國內開發具有本地特色，價錢大眾化的清真美食咖啡廳。＂

他表示，已於今年6月接管Tropicana Mall的Otak-Otak Place餐廳，雙方將聯合探討營運方針及定位品牌市場，近期亦打算在巴生河流域物色地點，開設新咖啡廳。

該公司分別於2010年及2011年，進軍新加坡及香港餐營業，2012年與CNI聯營合作經營咖啡廳，目前餐廳業務貢獻約80%業績，另外20%貢獻來自月餅製造業。

截止2012年6月30日第一季業績顯示，海外天淨虧損擴大至168萬4千令吉，前期為70萬9千令吉，營業額減退7.16%至1千298萬4千令吉，前期為1千398萬5千令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡24日讯）历经上周大涨后，海外天（Oversea，0153，创业板）今日回软跌6.9%。

过去52周以来，海外天平均在12.7仙水平交易，上周开始显现扬势，周五时曾一度涨至16.5仙高位，3天涨幅约莫37.5%。

不过，海外天今日开始走跌，全日处于下滑格局，最后以13.5仙的单日最低点挂收，跌1仙或6.897%，成交量有79万9800股。

相较于周五的16.5仙，海外天今日闭市价跌18.18%。

市场人士指出，海外天上周大涨，主要是临近佳节餐厅短期展望良好的因素，亦不排除经上周大涨后，海外天（Oversea，0153，创业板）今日回软跌6.9%。

首邦证券行抽佣经纪吴继宗稍早前提醒投资者，应该谨慎看待海外天股价走势。

“海外天从事餐馆生意，过去2年都取得逾100万令吉的盈利。

作为知名餐馆集团，市场认为佳节来临有利于餐馆生意才成了近期的投资主题。”

不过，他也不排除海外天股价由合法自营交易商推高，这些交易商偏好直接受益而不专注佣金。

“一旦赚了钱，他们会将目光转向其他股项。待股价回升后，投资者恐怕难以脱手，因此更需小心谨慎。”[Nanyang]
