林順福成顯著股東‧達雅迎新氣象？

（吉隆坡13日訊）拿督林順福在本月初，以每股8仙在場外收購達雅集團（DAYA,0091,主板貿服組）5千萬股股票，以6.65%持股崛起成為顯著股東。
林順福在2011年8月受委為公司董事，其公子林海良（譯音）也是公司代理董事。
有趣的是，林順福和家族持有的Optic Marine Services私人有限公司（OMS），據網站介紹，該公司主要提供潛艇纜繩組裝工程等全面和綜合解決方案，其中包括工程管理與顧問、取證、海事機構與物流諮詢、電匯、拉索着陸裝置等。
目前，O M S擁有鋪纜船（總值1千500萬美元和1千萬美元的M V Orchestra和Cable Empowered）、MV Janet錨處理拖船和多個船幅。
基於OMS為私人公司，無法一窺其財務狀況，但從其馬爾代夫——斯里蘭卡光纖海底電纜工程、杜邁馬六甲電纜系統等工程紀錄來看，相信公司獲利甚豐。
達雅集團則擁有涵蓋海底建設船艦，以及貿易和特殊化學與催化劑代理等資產基礎。同時，該公司也擁有25架石油與天然氣領域岸內與岸外起重機。
截至2015年9月30日止9個月，達雅集團淨利和營業額分別為1千850萬令吉和5億7千812萬令吉，比較前期為1千456萬令吉和4億8千210萬令吉，業務表現改善歸功於船艦使用率增加、低成本架構和化學下游業務銷售改善。
同時，達雅集團手握9千935萬令吉現金，而短期和長期債務則分別為8千349萬令吉和7千612萬令吉。（星洲日報／財經‧The Edge專版）

達雅集團 700萬脫售子公司
2016年4月17日
（吉隆坡17日訊）達雅集團（DAYA，0091，主要板貿服）宣佈，將以不超過700萬令吉脫售旗下獨資子公司達雅產業管理（Daya Urusharta）100%股權予聯營子公司達雅CMT。
據達雅集團向馬證交所報備指，達雅集團現持有達雅CMT共51%股權，后者業務主要提供工業設施管理，包括建築工程、設施營運及維護服務、提升、改型、設計及建設工地設施。
上述股權買賣是為了整合集團架構，收購金額則會從內部措資完成。
完成股權買賣后，達雅集團在達雅產業管理的持有權並沒有改變，只是后者將成為達雅CMT的直接子公司。【中国报财经】

達雅終止租船協議‧SD2收益須付SORAS

（吉隆坡20日訊）達雅集團（DAYA,0091,主板貿服組）宣佈終止與挪威Siem岸外公司（SORAS）之間的5年租船兼購船協議，條件是需把有關岸外海底施工船SD2（Siem Daya2）所獲得的收入繳付給SORAS。
該公司透過文告說，旗下達雅OCI公司是在週四（19日）和SORAS簽署了終止協議，承諾依條約終止在2013年簽署的租約。
為解除公司作為租方的義務，達雅集團旗下達雅OCI私人有限公司（DOCSB）同意把SD2賺取的應收盈利繳付給SORAS，惟這將對DOCSB的短期營運表現帶來負面衝擊。
“不過，我們相信終止上述協議將讓集團在長期內受惠，原因是成本節約效益顯著，而且岸外市場仍充滿變數，這也有助集團優化有關在過去3年來持續虧損的業務。”
資料顯示，達雅是在2013年9月與SORAS簽約，向後者租下SD2船艦，有關租約還附帶購船權力，允許達雅向SORAS買下SD2船艦，而實際上達雅之前也一直在探討買斷SD2的可能性。（星洲日報／財經）

挪威購船協議終止‧達雅營收受創

（吉隆坡23日訊）達雅集團（DAYA,0091,主板貿服組）宣佈終止與挪威Siem岸外公司（SORAS）之間的5年租船兼購船協議，條件是需把有關岸外海底施工船SD2（Siem Daya2）所獲得的收入繳付給SORAS。
●分析
大眾研究初步估計，終止SD2租約將對達雅營業額造成低於1億令吉的影響，對盈利的影響則約是25%。
不過，在完成評估和取得更多有關未來計劃的細節前，大眾保持達雅財測不變。
“我們相信終止SD2租約帶來的衝擊，將獲收購SD1帶來的龐大節約效益所抵銷，相關利好料反映在2016年第一季業績上。”
大眾研究認為，由於達雅和Technip公司之間的租約將持續至2020年，加上收購SD1降低了營運成本，油氣業務料能繼續支持達雅業績表現。
“我們瞭解到該公司正持續探討具有長期盈利能見度的計劃，成本撙節措施也將強化其未來展望。”
整體而言，大眾維持達雅的“中和”評級不變，目標價12仙，相當於2016年8倍預估本益比。（星洲日報／財經） |

达雅主席Azmil Khalili退休

（吉隆坡15日讯）达雅集团（Daya Materials Bhd）独立非执行主席Tan Sri Dr Azmil Khalili Khalid将退休，即日生效。
根据达雅2015年的年度报告，55岁的Azmil是在2007年9月19日加入董事部。
他的职业生涯始于一家总部设在英国的Tarmac National Construction，而回国后，他曾就职于Trust International Insurance和花旗银行。
他是Alloy Mtd Group的总裁兼总执行长。他在MTD Capital Bhd的上市子公司，即 MTD ACPI Engineering Bhd担任相同的职位，亦是前者在斯里兰卡科伦坡证券交易所上市的子公司MTD Walkers PLC的主席。
Azmil还是MTD Capital子公司MTD InfraPerdana Bhd和Metacorp Bhd，以及大道公司ANIH Bhd的总裁兼总执行长。
他是Perdana Leadership Foundation的受托人，以及大马菲律宾商业理事会主席。

油气前景黯淡 达雅重新定位

（吉隆坡15日讯）石油与天然气领域前景仍黯淡，达雅集团（Daya Materials Bhd）将充分善用在建筑业务的优势，重新定位至电力和基础设施的项目。
油气领域在过去几年受到重创，达雅截至3月杪首季净亏2920万令吉。单是油气业务就蒙受2560万令吉的亏损。
“由于油气领域在过去几年大幅走低，我们也有探索其他领域。特别是，我们还着眼于印尼的一些能源项目。我们倾向于可创造经常收入的长期特许权项目。我们也探讨一些基础设施项目。”
集团总执行长拿督林添祥今日在股东常年大会后表示：“我们正在努力重新定位，因为岸外业务冲击我们。我们不能骗自己说这会回升，这将需要一段时间。同时，凭手上的资源，我们可把部分努力放在其他领域。”
执行副主席Nathan Tham还补充，该集团正在探讨的领域将为建筑业务提供协同机会。
“如果你看看任何的这些电力或基建项目，你会发现很多都是建筑为先。通过善用我们在建筑的优势，我们参与这一些项目，并为我们带来重大意义。”
“我们的目的是寻求经常收入，并通过这些长期和短期项目，希望本集团将向股东交出一致的表现。”
据林添祥说，该集团希望把重点放在精简岸外业务，一旦完成子公司的重组计划完成，达雅有望从中取得增长。
由于岸外领域的不确定持续，终止Siem Daya 2（SD2）的租船协议，是达雅精简业务的努力之一。
该集团表示，这将为每年省下约2700万美元（1亿1050万令吉的）的成本。
至于该集团拥有的Siem Daya 1船只，达雅正寻求长期的高质合约，且项目竞标的进展乐观。
达雅目前的订单为18亿令吉，其中一些是为期7年。
“随着有信心取得一些项目，以及终止SD2的成本节约，我们相信本集团将在今年下半年有所表现。”

達雅集團獲3年合約
2016年8月15日
（吉隆坡15日訊）達雅集團（DAYA，0091，主要板貿服）獲得美國油田技術服務公司斯倫貝謝（Schlumberger）合約，在沙地阿拉伯提供油井服務。
該公司向馬證交所報備，旗下Daya Maxflo獲斯倫貝謝發出為期3年合約。
上述合約將從今年第3季開始動工，專門為沙地阿拉伯提供專屬油井服務。達雅集團發佈文告指出，Daya Maxflo旗下業務包括坑井介入（Well Intervention） 服務、輸送管修復、砂石管理及生產提升服務。
Daya Maxflo主要產品包括井下攝像機、鎂粉切割（radial cutting torch）、動力除砂器、視覺過程分析、超聲波技術、 測井電纜介入及其他完井及坑井介入方案。

Type | Announcement | Subject | OTHERS | Description | DAYA MATERIALS BERHAD ("DMB" or "the Company")- AWARD OF CONTRACT FROM SCHLUMBERGER MIDDLE EAST S.A. | Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 15 August 2016 (“Announcement”) in relation to the Award of Contract from Schlumberger Middle East S.A. For consistency, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcement.
Further to our Announcement pertaining to the Award of Contract from Schlumberger Middle East S.A. (“Contract”), the Board of Directors of DMB wishes to disclose the additional information as follows:
1. The Contract value is approximately RM37 million. 2. The tenure of the Contract is three (3) years and the Contract may be extended by mutual agreement. 3. The provision of the services of the Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Daya Group during the Contract period. 4. The Board of Directors of Daya is of the opinion that the acceptance of the Contract is in the best interest of Daya Group. 5. None of the Directors and/or the substantial shareholders of DMB and/or persons connect with the Directors and/or substantial shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect in the Contract.
